My best friend
ok so here is the deal. i met this girl in 9th grade and we became like best friends. we hang out all the time. i had asked her out once and she said she just wanted to stay friends. so i let it go. but i couldn't stop liking here. im not sure how she feels now cause sometimes it seems like she gives me sign and other times it doesn't. should i try asking her out again cuz i really don't know what to do. this is a year later so...

im in the same postion except she said she didnt want a boyfriend right now
so just stay friend with her and everthing and just wait for a year or so and bring it up again and dont just go straight out ask her out
or if u two start makin out or sumtin be like so r we gonna get serious now

well just don't randomly ask her. first ask her friends and stuff and see if shes said anything about you. if that doesn't work ask her yourself.
