this is for skaters. (((skateboarders)))
do you like it if a girl is a skater to (((not punk or goth or anything ))). or do you like prissier, preppier girls?
Well, I'm not a boy, or a skater. ;] But it seems to me that a skater boy would like a skater girl, since you would share a common interest, and therefore have a built-in fun activity/conversation topic. C:

does anybody know anything of possible the cure of erythema dyschromicum perstans?
my friend has that skindisease and its been 2 years. i really feel bad for her she said that there is no cure for it or at least not that she knows of... it hurts me that she just has to wait for it to go away by itself andi wanna help her find the cure for it because i feel that she has given up..
she told me that she doesnt research anymore..or even go for regular check ups with a dermatologist...
also the dermatologist here are expensive i dont think she can afford it :(
ANY HELP FOR THE TREATMENT OF IT???
I think it's great that you want to help out your friend, and it's too bad that she has this disease. That being said, there really is no way to cure or treat it. One thing I found is this: http://www.medscape.com/medline/abstract/15009398?src=emed_ckb_ref_0 where it said at the end: "Some authors have suggested the therapeutic efficacy of clofazimine and dapsone on EDP. We report a case of EDP that responded remarkably well to treatment with dapsone." I'm not entirely sure what that means, but it did say that it helped, so that could be something to maybe show your friend- perhaps she could look into it with a doctor?

I have a couple questions, if you can answer all of them that would be great but if you can only answer one thats ok ;)
On July 3rd, i bought a psp on amazon and the person shipped it fed ex ground. i was so excited! i was so happy to be getting a psp! SOOO i went to fedex website and entered my tracking number. it said the estimated delivery was on today, July 7th. and of course, it didnt come. so my first question is, is fed ex estimated delivery always reliable?
my second question is, will it come tommorow or later on the week?
and my 3rd question is, is it lost? and can i call a number to track it?!?!?
THANKS A MILLION :)
It's called estimated for a reason. C: It's not completely exact, but you can expect it around the estimated date. I can't tell you for sure if it will come tomorrow or sometime else this week, but it will be there soon almost definitely. I wouldn't even worry about it being lost until next week- if it hasn't arrived then, you should contact FedEx and see what's up. Hope you get it soon, PSPs are really fun! C:

Names Gina, 15.f. Ill get straight to the point..Theres this guy(17 yrs old) and I started talking to him at the beginning of july. I realize that it has not been a long time since we have started talking. He was apparently engaged before..But i think she left him for another guy. Well anyways, I keep bringing her up and he started crying once on the phone with me..I really try not to bring her up but its involuntary. Any suggestions?
Just don't bring it up- let him talk about it on his own terms, if he wants to, when he brings it up. You haven't known each other for long, so there will be plenty of time to get to know about each other's pasts. :]

My family has molested me, beaten me, vandalised my property and homes, told lies to my bosses and co-workers, had me fired numerous times. And I'm the bad family member.
I had blocked out most of my life and has taken me 20 years to remember. During this time, I have had no control on what I remembered and when, it just kinda happens.
My question is this: Do I owe it to the rest of my family to shut up about all the crap they did and still do to me? Or should I seek legal remedy? Prosecute them for all of it? They have brainwashed my children as well.
In a way I feel like a traitor, but they are the ones who betrayed me. The "adults" of the family have lied about things since I was 3 or 4 the first time I was molested.
My mother, who is 82, vandalized the home I purchased. It was 1 year old when I bought it. She and my brother tore holes in the walls, tore up the kitchen floor, scraped the stainless steel from the kitchen sinks, tore the rubber splash guard from the disposal, tore up the carpet. My daughters, broke the top of my glass stove, tore apart a computer work station. They made sure it went into foreclosure by having me fired and calling the place I had a job lined up. They gave me 2 seperate start dates then told me they gave the job to someone else. My youngest daughter was the only person I told. I paid $103,000 for it.
It was done so I would under their control. For 7 months, she told me what I could and couldnt do, what I could and couldnt eat, they disabled my car so I couldnt go anywhere.
Oh, I'm 49 years old and am ill. I have Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Raynaud, Crest syndrome, I have all the symptoms for Scleraderma and Sjodrens Diseases.
I am currently living in a rented storage unit.
Please advise.
First off, I'm so sorry that all of these things happened to you. No one should go through everything you have.
That being said, you most definitely should get legal help- especially if they are still causing you problems. It seems to me that you don't like to talk about it- since you blocked most from your memory, and have only told your daughter these things. What you're going to need to is find a lawyer you can talk to and trust, and tell them everything you can remember that has happened- molestation, beating, harassment, vandalism, battery- all of those things are illegal no matter what age you were when they took place, and need to be dealt with. Once you have talked it out with your lawyer (I'd advise getting a therapist too, it could help you work out your problems) ask your lawyer what the best course of action would be, taking into consideration everything that happened. I'm sure that there are a lot of things that your family could be charged with- though one thing to take into consideration is this: I'm pretty sure you can't be charged for something that you did as a child, when you are an adult. I'm not entirely sure- maybe I'm completely wrong- but that's just something to think about regarding your cousins and brother.
I hope everything turns out okay for you- you'll be in my prayers. Good luck!

Hey, im 14/female. Im about 5'5, and im not ugly, im cute :) i have a pretty nice body (or i've been told so) a good size breast, and a nice booty, and im thin. Lmao.. Anyways. I dont like my legs... I would like them to be a lil' fatter, or thicker. How do i get them like that?? (: thankssss!
You could try running a lot. That would build up your leg muscles, which would make them look muscular and perhaps a bit thicker. They wouldn't look fat though- I don't know why you would want them fatter, but the only way you could get them fatter is by eating more- which could and probably would result in just a pudgy tummy, unless you drastically increased your caloric intake. The best you can do is try to build up your leg muscles, and just be happy with the body you've got. C:

About 5 days ago I was will some friends and a guy that I had never met started texting one of my friends. He had seen me on Myspace on my friends page(They knew eachother from sports)And he started asking them if i had a boyfriend and me and my bf at the time had been fighting a lot (but the fighting you do when you care about someone a lot) and rarely got to see eachother anymore because he had been gone a lot. So they told him its complicated. I saw him later that night at a hockey game and then afterwards we went to a friends to watch a movie we ended up a holding hands but no big deal right?
The next day me and my bf got into another huge fight and me and the new guy had been texting all day. So me and my bf decided we should break up that night because of our frequent fighting. Me and the new guy texted the rest of the weekend, and on sunday night we hung out and we ended up almost making out, and we have plans to hang out tomorrow. Hes like the sweetest guy ever and I feel like we can talk about anything. My ex has been calling me a lot just to talk but we had agreed to be friends, so I understood why. Tonight hover he called me at about midnight to tell me that he missed me, i really didn't know what to say back but oh...
He told me hes still hooked on me and hes never been like that with another girl. Hes trying to change for me I can tell by his voice and what hes saying but who knows how long that will last. So now I'm tied between two...
An old caring love but with fights?
or a new love with what looks like a bright future?
It's really up to you. There are merits to both relationships, like you said there at the end. On the one hand, you have a guy that you've been with for a long time, that you're really comfortable with, and you know really well- but you fight a lot. On the other hand, you have a new guy that is easy to talk to and is really fun and sweet. It seems like you need to examine your feelings for your old boyfriend before you get in too deep with the new guy. How much do you love him? Do you genuinely want to make things work out? Are the fights really serious, or are they stupid ones that you could try and work on phasing out of your relationship? If you really feel like you'll be sad without your boyfriend, you should at least give him another chance. You could even stay friends with the new guy- but I'd say before you go further with him, you should think about trying to work things out with your old boyfriend- and try to cut down on the fighting. Hi, I am considering buying a Nintendo DS. I was wondering if any of the users here have one and would share what they like/don't like about it and the games they have with it.
Please give advice on whether to buy it or not and what games to buy/not buy if i do end up getting the DS.
That would be great.
Thanks a lot!
I'd definitely recommend it! With the DS Lite, the screen is really bright and easy to see, and it's really comfy to hold as well. The stylus is large enough that you won't lose it too easily, and easy to hold. My only complaint is that with the Lite, any GBA games stick out of the Dual slot, so it's kinda annoying to store them there. As for games, there's anything! You can play all DS and all GBA games, which is really great. Some of my personal faves are Animal Crossing: Wild World, Mario Kart, Pokemon Rangers, Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Mystery Dungeons, Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass... the possibilities are seemingly endless. I think it's a great little game, and would recommend it for anyone. C:

Is Azula older than Zuko or it's the other way around?
It seems that I heard from the commercial (that talks about Azula) this Line:
"Dreaded Elder Sister of Prince Zuko"
But when I search in the Internet it says that:
Azula is 2 years younger than Zuko.
Was what I heard was wrong or the info in the internet was wrong?
Azula is two years younger than Zuko- she is 14; Zuko is 16. C:

ok so i was txting my friend (shes about to b my step cousin) and she said she had a docters appointment and i said ohh why? and i sorta kept bugging her cuz it was bugging me and she goes: (my name) please nobody knows about thin except me my mom and my dad okay.
and i really wanna know!! shes 15
what do u think?
It's not your business. If she doesn't want to tell you, that's her decision and you really should respect it. If you had something you wanted to keep from her, would you want her pestering you constantly to find out what the deal was? Think about it.

hi. we have a prom coming up, and im wearing a black suit (no-body is wearing a tux). ive bought my black suit, and i've found a tie:
http://www.topman.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=17551&storeId=12555&categoryId=38993&parent_category_rn=38990&productId=660326&langId=-1
what would be the best shirt colour to go with the tie? like ive said, black suit, with waistcoat, black shoes. what colour shirt? cheeers in advance :)
Well, white of course would always look good. For something a little more colorful, I'm picturing it with a light blue shirt. Red would look good too! Or even green, or maybe purple- any color really, as long as it's not too dark. It's best though that there isn't any prominent pattern, because it may clash with the paisley pattern on the tie. Good luck! :]

I really badly want to learn to play the guitar. I thought I would start off learning with an acoustic guitar. But I have some questions...
1) If you know how to play the acoustic guitar can you automatically be able to play an electic guitar? (By that I mean like the guitars you see rock bands like Bon Jovi, Buckcherry, and Coldplay using)
2) I'm left-handed. I know I will have to get a special guitar to play. But I will need to take lessons and if the instructor is right-handed can he still teach me? If so, will it be hard for him to teach me? Or should I just find a left-handed instructor?
3) What are like the best kind of guitars? Cost is not an issue so please give me the best you can think of.
4) What kind of accesories will I need for my new guitar? (ex. guitar pick, carrying case, strap...?)
5) Can you give me some links to good begginer guitars?
Thank you in advance!
I used to take guitar lessons (for about 3 years; I quit last year) so hopefully I can help you out.
1)I don't see why not. I was able to make the change pretty smoothly; it took a tiny bit of time to adjust to the smaller size but it wasn't that hard.
2)Your teacher will still be able to teach you just fine- the only difference will be that you do everything oppositely.
3)I had Fenders for both my acoustic and my electric. They were good- they were sturdy, they played well, etc. There are surely other good (better) brands out there, but I'm not in possession of such info because it's never interested me all that much. C:
4)In addition to the already mentioned case, pick, and strap, you'd want a metronome to help you keep the beat, a tuner to... tune :P, a clamp, which holds onto any specific fret so you can play in a different key, and extra strings just incase. There are probably more, but I can't think of them right now.
5)The best I can do is give you the link to Fender's guitar page- but they make good beginner guitars: http://www.fender.com/products/search.php?section=Guitars
Hope I helped you out at least a little bit! Good luck. :]

I'm not sure which category is appropriate but what does the phrase "Two olives short of a martini" or "A few tacos short of a combo" really mean?
Thanks
It means that a person is kind of spacy and not really... there- they don't think all that much. Another example could be "the light's on but nobody's home."
what are some really good sites to get free sheet music of popular songs from?
THANKS!
Here are a few links I've found- I'm not sure what type of music you're looking for:
http://www.8notes.com/piano_sheet_music.asp
http://www.mutopiaproject.org/cgibin/make-table.cgi?Instrument=Piano
http://www.sheetmusicweb.com/
And of course, there are countless other places, I'm sure. Just try a Yahoo! or Google search for "free piano sheet music" and I'm sure you'll find something you like. Hope I helped! :]
I was reading about the late comedian, George Carlin, and his famous "Seven Dirty Words You Can Never Say on Television," that is supposedly banned to this day. But, being the curious mouse I am, was wondering, what are those seven words?? Does anyone know?

I have not cut my hair in 9 years. It is down to my behind. and yes, it is a bit unhealthy and has split ends, but it is really pretty (strawberry blond, fine) and I feel it is my best asset. Lately i have had the temptation to cut it because then I could just get out of the shower and not have to brush it or anything. that and my boyfriend of 3 years really wants to see it short. I do not want a trim and I hate shoulder-length hair, so it would have to be all or nothing. If I did I think I would choose the haircut that is chin length in front and shorter in back. I really just don't know?! Keep my long hair and with it the hassle...or chop it and forget the hassle, but possibly regret it and be depressed?!
I personally wouldn't make such a drastic change myself- it would drive me crazy if I chose to chop it all off (that's almost 2 feet of hair, right?) and then I didn't like the way it looked or felt. I'd suggest to cut it to a length between what you have now and shoulder length. Try cutting it to the middle of your back- that way it would still be long enough that you wouldn't feel like it was too short, but it would hopefully be short enough to make your boyfriend happy.
As an added note, if you decide to not cut it at all, you really should still get a trim. It wouldn't be more than an inch or so, which would barely be any shorter looking, but it would make your 9-year-old ends look much nicer. C:
When you are in the midst of all the "whore"ing and adding etc... some peoples profiles say 5.5K or 8.5 K or whatever. what does the number and the K mean?
K means a thousand. For example, if someone says "I make 200k a year!" that means they earn $200,000 annually. In this case, it would mean that they had 5,500 friends added- 5.5k.

I feel bloated all the time. What are some reasons (besides your period because I know it's not that) that someone could be bloated? Especially all the time...
Does it have something to do with diet?
Thanks in advance.
What you eat is a big part of what can make you feel bloated. Eating really salty foods can make you bloated, as well as soda. Eating a ton of food in general can do it, also. If you eat a lot of dairy products and that is the cause of your bloated feelings, then it's possible you are lactose intolerant. There are many things you can do to stop feeling bloated, like taking a walk after eating, eat slower, or trying herb tea- as well as many more.
For more info, visit http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/16/24.cfm
Hope I helped!
So what is your opinion on implants? I am completely undecided about getting them or not. And I have done the research, the myth about losing feeling is NOT true. I have read many positive reviews and many negative... What is your opinion on a female with implants?
I'd say don't do it- but that's my personal opinion. I think it's kind of weird and unnatural- generally, the size of your breasts is in proportion with the size and shape of your body, and anything too different looks kind of odd. And there is always that chance that something could go wrong, and you could even end up having to have them removed because they didn't work out well. It's really just unnecessary- don't waste your time or money.
i was giving head to my boyfriend the other week and he cummed in my mouth and i sneezed and i swear it came out of my nose is that possible?
If it happened, I would venture to guess that is indeed possible.
