Bloated... 15/f~
I feel bloated all the time. What are some reasons (besides your period because I know it's not that) that someone could be bloated? Especially all the time...
Does it have something to do with diet?

What you eat is a big part of what can make you feel bloated. Eating really salty foods can make you bloated, as well as soda. Eating a ton of food in general can do it, also. If you eat a lot of dairy products and that is the cause of your bloated feelings, then it's possible you are lactose intolerant. There are many things you can do to stop feeling bloated, like taking a walk after eating, eat slower, or trying herb tea- as well as many more.

Here are some things that cause you to bloat:
1. Eating grapes
2. Eating foods with lots of sodium or sugar
3. Drinking caffeinated beverages
