My name's Megan :) I'm 16 years old and live in Kansas...not on a farm though. I'm a junior in high school. I'm a varsity cheerleader and have cheered at my school since my freshman year. I did competitive cheer ages 12-15. I'm a freshmen mentor at school as well as in a peer education group for positive body image called REbeL. I'm also involved in National Spanish Honors Society. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and still take meds to control it. I'm really mature for my age but also love to have fun! I LOVE country music, my friends, meeting new people, and driving around in my mazda 3. Feel free to ask me anything :)

hey im a black belt at karate and some people have told me that one you get to black belt your hands are classified as a deadly weapon or something.is any part of this true at all?... just curious.

Sorry if this isn't much help, (I'm no karateist haha) but I've heard that before. There could be truth to it, but it could be a myth. A black belt pretty much means REALLY GOOD, so I would say it probably is true. Congrats by the way. :)

Well, I do dance, basketball, volleyball and cheerleading, and by far my favorite is cheerleading. Not cheerleading for like a school team, but all-star competitive cheer. I go to Kansas City Athletic Cheer (www.kcaccheer.com) so you could join something like that. You get such a rush from all the tumbling, stunting, motions, AND dance! It's like a bunch of things put together. It is wayyy worth it, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

how do you spend your time? not just free time but your life? im at a loss. i waste too much time doing nothing at all. and it seems like everyone else is doing something glamorous or something. :`(

It's normal to feel that way..I feel that way alot!
Well, me personally, I go to school Mon-Fri, normally hangout with my friends on Friday or Saturday nights, and spend time with them during the day Saturday. On Sundays I have cheer practice or competitions and then I go to church and school of religion. Mondays I have cheer practice, Tuesday I help coach cheer, Wednesdays I tumble, Thursdays I have cheer prep class, and in the meantime, I find time for guitar hero. :) Haha. Really, I just try to spend time doing what I love and being with who I care about most, my friends.

Sorry, but it really depends on the people. Some people find a certain race attractive but then it gets to the individual and they don't think THEY'RE attractive. It depends on the specific person and it also depends on who the one who is attracted is. Not all latinos are going to go for a certain race..people just have their own taste.

I never appear idle on aim, and i want to know how i can

You only appear idle on AIM if you haven't moved your computer mouse for a certain amount of time. Once you move that mouse, your un-idle. I think the time it takes is 20 minutes.

I'm interested in getting the motorola Q from verizon wireless and i was wondering if anyone had it and could tell me if it's a good choice. i don't really need music on my phone but email and internet would be awesome. my other options are a razor or a samsung phone that is black. thanks for any help!

well i don't know anything about the motorola q or a samsung phone but i have a motorola razr from verizon and theres one major problem. it doesnt even hold a charge for even a day sometimes ! its so annoying. so really, i would look at the other phones moree and keep the razr as a last choice. ♥ megan

move on. why let him keep you from finding someone else? if she's moved on and won't talk to you anymore then she's not a true friend to you. don't worry about it. i doubt you have just a ton of pretend friends, i'm sure you have real friends. just be yourself and the true friends you have will love you for you. don't worry about it. ♥ megan

i'm 13. i love shopping and i'm not just saying that. i use my dads credit card when he takes me shopping but sometimes they say "can i see your lisence" and my dad shows them his. but i was wondering am i old enough to have a credit card? if not, when am i old enough?

the reason they ask to see his license is because he didn't sign the back of his credit card. that's because if they don't sign the back of the card, then they ask to see the license to make sure they're really that person and it's not a stolen card. people don't sign theirs sometimes because they don't want other people using it, and if they sign it, then the signature is on the back and the workers wouldnt have to ask to see the license. yes, you can have your own credit card. my friends have them and they're 13. so yes, you're old enough and that's why they ask to see his license. ♥ megan

When should you start wearing makeup 6 grade? 7 grade? cuz i haven't started yet i dont know the age i should start at!!

i started wearing it in 7th grade. i really wish i WOULDNT have started wearing it though. i just feel better looking naturall. you should start wearing makeup whenever you want to. make sure parents permission though. my mom always told me i didnt need makeup and trust me, i wish i would have listened to her. it's just a hassle and really, natural DOES look better. so start whenever you feel the need to. it's your choice. good luck beautiful! =] ♥ megan

I have DDR Mario Mix for gamecube, but it really sucks because it's not really like the original DDR. Is there any other DDR games for Game Cube? And where do they sell them?

i got something LIKE DDR from compusa. its for gamecube and it works quite a bit like DDR. if you can't find anything like this, i suggest maybe getting a new game console and then buy the original DDR. ♥ megan

no, thats not a stupid question! well when you leave in a tampon too long you can get TSS (toxic shock syndrome). this is rare but you CAN die from it if you get it. so really, you can die from leaving a tampon in too long since you can develop TSS by leaving one in too long. hope this helped! ♥ megan
