if you havnt kissed befor than follow him by doing almost anything he does...like put ur tongue in after he does or whatever but act like your good at it and stuff and he will think you are really good after yall get done...and dancing is really easy just go with the beat and move your hips alot! and like the person under me said go up and down a few times so it wont be boring! have fun and i hope i helped!!

Things have been really not too good lately. I'm 15, female and I know this is the time when everybody changes. But OK I have 2 BFFs - like, I have other best/close friends but these 2 are like my best best friends if that makes sense - well anyway, I am not too fond of change and seems like everything is changing. Last week was our spring break, these 2 girls and I usually would have done everything together, but we didn't hang out that much by ourselves, only in bigger groups and only sometimes. We don't feel like BFFs anymore. And another thing, one of them is switching schools next year to go to a private school, so IDK. Can someone just help me, explain to me whats going on? The one girl, Michelle, was kinda being mean to me and they don't seem to tell me stuff anymore. Should I just forget about them and hang with other friends? But they're my BEST friends and I will miss that. Also, not Michelle but the other one, her dad was just diagnosed with cancer so maybe thats making her act weird and I want to be there for her but Michelle has no excuse. I'll rate 5s for anything that helps, sorry if its long and confusing! But tomorrow in Italian we're supposed to pick partners for this big project and Michelle's in my class so I don't know how that will go .. so just help me please! try to talk to them , if they are really your BEST friends than they will understand , also try to be your friends (the one with the dad with cancer) try to be her shoulder to lean on. and really be there for her and let her know that you will try to help as much as you can . and the other friend , try to talk to her and get to know her . try planing a day for all of yall. like call your friends and ask if they want to go to the movies or something.i hope i helped!

Ok so here's the deal....I went out with this guy Teddy and he is 19 i am 17... well its about the same in my situation. but i play softball and tennis and track so i dont really need bangs in my face but alot of girls wear there hair up in a ponytail and than its like a huge rubber band , and kinda a headband. they really help alot trust me! they come in every color to!!! or if you cant find what i am talking about than use a headband with your poinytail. i really hope i helped!!

okay, well my friend got fingered for the first time the other day and now she's been worrying about it. she think's that she is pregnant but i'm telling her that she can't be because it's totally impossible because she didn't have sex or anything. and she hasn't gotten her period and she's 2weeks late. i told her that i think it's because she doesn't have a regular period, because she hasn't had it for over 2years and normally that's when it starts getting regular. her boyfriend only fingered her, she didn't do anything to him so i'm really not sure what to tell her except that she isn't pregnant. what do you guys think?

tell her that she is deff not pregnant because it takes sperm to make a baby ..... and maybe she needs to get that checked out if she isnt getting her period and getting it sometimes.... the bleeding thing is perfectly normal all you need to tell her is to make him cut his finger nails or you will regret it later haha and if his finger nails are cut than to start using lub because she could be bleeding from his fingers rubbing her raw. really all you have to let her know is that it takes sperm to make a baby thats why you always need to use protection!!!!!!!!!! hehe i hope i helped

ok...so i knda sorta love brandon. and it all started in the beginning of december when he asked me out, then 2 days later he dumped me. apparently the second he dumped me, he was on the fone with kayleigh.. who he asked out right then and there. then 2 weeks before christmas, my school had a christmas dance. brandon ended up going. and so kelly was sitting next to brandon and she said " you should date kristy(me)" and he said " i would but i cant" and kelly said "why not" and he said " i cant say". well eventually i found out about kayleigh. and right when brandon broke up with me he made this s/n and was pretending to be his cousin gina and asking me all this stuff about himself. and then after i fond out about kayleigh being his g/f he went on the s/n and was like "guess what.. brandon told me he wanted to dump his girlfriend and ask you out again" and i was like ok... then a week before christmas.. we went christmas carroling with some school thing called teens inc. and at the end we were about to hook up.. but then of course alyssa.. came over.. acting like a crack head.. and blew it for me. so after he left alyssa called him and was like how badly do you wanna hook up with kristy? and he was like really really bad. but he had a girlfriend. so then he dumped kayleigh and one night when i was at the movies with all my friends, he was on the fone with alyssa and i started talking to him.. then he's like put alyssa on put alyssa on, so i got really mad and i was like "w/e brandon, my boyfriend wants me" but i really didnt have a boyfriend. so alyssa took the phone and pretendec to be my "boyfriend" and he was like getting all defensive and crap and hung up. then he called back and left a message saying "i was gonna ask kristy out again but that was all so gay so nvm" and that was the second time i blew it.so then.. kayleigh comes in the picture. i was at a dance, and i met her. it turns out she was fighting with brandon.. i forget why though. so then kayleigh was like "are you kristy?!" and i was like " yeah.. are you kayleigh?!" and she was l.ike yea.. so she told me that brandon had called me an ugly shit.. and all this other stuff. then me and kayleigh became really close friends. so then my mom went away on a trip to europe and theresa was watching us. and like the second night she was watching us.. alyssa slept over, and we stayed up til 630. at 2 in the morning... theresa took us out to meet up with brandon, who snuck out of his house. but we were only with him for like 5 minutes.. then we left adn went to wawa. then as the weeks went by, along with the dances i started finding out more from kayleigh about him talking shit about me. then comes rachel. at a dance, i ended up meeting her, but it turns out i kinda already knew her, cause she was friends with a girl in my dance class, my step mom taught her in 6th grade, shes friends with alotta my friends etc.. anyway, so she went out with brandon but dumped him. and brandon still really likes her. but brandon is blaming me cause he thinks i said stuff to her about him to make her hate him but she just already hated him.. she didnt really need my help. so then tonight.. i was talking to kayleigh on the phone and we told eachother everyhthing that was said and done by him..and i found out all this shit he said about me and so kayleigh 3 wayed him in and i muted my phone. and then it became a fight and he started saying shit about me and he was like.. ill talk to kristy if she can get rachel to talk to me. and then later on in the conversation he was like " oh well kristy just ruins everything cause she became like best friends with rachel and blew it for me" so i got soo mad that i unmuted the fone and said " yah know what brandon, i didnt ruin anything for you, i didnt even know that that was her you were dating.. she didnt need my help to hate you" and we started fighting.. all 3 of us.. so then he hung up on us and kayleigh was like "yah know what.. im gonna have to call you back" and so i waited and waited till i finally called her and she told me he said that he was gonna ask me out again and give me a second chance but now he doesnt know what he was thinking cause he hates me and hever wants to talk to me
now i fell like i screwed everything up.. for the third time.. and we were finally just beginning to be friends again.. but then i just blew it and now i hate myself for it.. and im soo annoyed and mad at myself
i guess my questions for you are :
1. what do i do?!
2. how can i gain his acceptance for him
3. how can i stop loving him
4. how can i handle being friends with him
please please please help me!!

My calves are huge and i hate it, theres nothing i can do to make them smaller or go away because a)ive tried and b)theyre hereditary.
BUT my thighs are kinda muscular (and i love them like that) and i want them to be waay more muscular
So what im wondering is:
Is there any way i can make my calves MUCH more smaller?
Do guys like girls with msucular thighs?
Do guys think girls are uglier with disgustingly big calves?

Okay, I really think you should here my story.
(I am 13 and female)I went on a camping trip last year in August, and my grandmother's friend brought her 2 kids and her sister's son Zach. Zach and I really connected, and I REALLY liked him, but he never made a move, I didn't get his address, his phone#, or his email address. So, I haven't been in contact with him since, and I'm afraid he's found a new girlfriend by now. I thought about waiting till this august, but my mom said we might not go camping again. I've thought about asking to hang out with him, but my mom doesn't think I am old enough to have a boyfriend. I've even thought about asking my grandmother to hang out with Zack and her friends 2 kids so I wouldn't sound obvious. But, I've changed a lot since I last saw him, like cutting my hair, losing weight, making the basketball team, and i don't know if I'm ready to see him again. i THINK I'm just looking for a mean to contact him, with out seeing him in person, but I have no idea on how to get in contact with him, and I think I'm really crazy about this guy, I'm always thinking about him.

tell him that you really miss him and that u will try to stop the arguing and start to look at situations his way more often. and than you can try to start looking at things his way. i mean sometimes you both can be right and other times one of you is right. but no 2 individuals are the same and agree on the same thing so there will be problems. its just sometimes we have to catch ourselfs being wrong . but if he is wrong than try to talk to him and try to get him to see things your way but really really try to see things his way it will make a better relationship!

14-f. Okay, well I have this problem.. I was dating this guy named Mark that lives about 15 minutes away from me.. who's 15. We were dating for a month & he broke up with me because we don't see each other that often. I've liked him for a few months & I still like him now. We still talk and he said that maybe we can start dating again once he gets his license (he's taking drivers ed)Well, the things is, I'm really worried that a year from now I won't have the same feelings for him. My other problem is, I've been best friends with this other guy named Ethan from the same town as Mark & well I've dated Ethan 2 times. I consider him my first true love. The only problem is.. he treats me differently while we're dating then when we're just friends.. like he finds these stupid reasons to fight with me all the time.. and well I think Ethan likes me again, and this whole time.. I'm 23 years old and I study in Holland and I have more than 1 year and a half with my bf ..I first met him at my old job(place where I was born,the caribean) and we where just friend.than I quit my job because I had to come to Europe to study.Meanwhile HE got a girlfriend and they had a son togheter but sadly he had to com to europe to study leaving his girlfriend and son behind ,He did this because he was going to get a house and job and than send for them(they could't come together because the girl was still in school,she was about to graduate)SO When he came up here we met again and we begun to hang out (as friends) and it was fun having him although things were really thoug for him (he could not get a job to send money for his kid)around..He than told me he was having trouble with his girlfriend ..so I offered to talk to his gf through msn explaining her what was really happening to him up here..because she did't believe him...But I begun to really understand him the way not even her ex did't and we kind built a nice friend relationship ..it was soon that we had to see each other ,call everyday and for a long time I begun to see him smile again..After about 1 year her girlfriend broke up with him ..and we begun to date,,this was not planned but in theory the relationship was broken sinds the day he came in Europe because they did't communicate without a fight and most off the time it was me who put them togheter.Now we are more than a year togheter and me and his ex still chat with eachother .....I explained to her what was happening between me and her ex and she was fine with it because she had a new boyfriend anyway.....But 3 month ago her boyfriend broke up with her and she than told me that she thinks she is still in love with my bf and that she iss going to try to get him back.....I did't see it as a problem because sinds she is far away from here and I kinda trust my bf and I told him what his ex had told me and he than told me that he won't go back with her...
Now this is my problem..
Yesterday She told me that she is giving up everything and she is coming to live in europe just in the same town we live...
I feel kinda strange ,or afraid because they have a kid togheter and that a powerfull reason...
