I get sick very often. If something is "going around" i KNOW i will catch it. Is there anything i can do or take (like maybe vitamins or something) to help my imune system so i wont get sick so often?

My brother is ten and does not have enough self confidence. He is shy around everybody expecially at school. In class he totally blanks out if a teacher asks him something. The worst thing about this is that his french teacher hates him. He comes home everyday saying that he has no friends yet everyday he is seen talking to someone comming out of the school building. My parents sent him to a psycologist and he (psycologist) made him answer questions for around three hours. The psycologist is not helping what so ever and I am the only one that actually understands my brother. What do I do? (link)

maybe try to include him when you and your friends hang out and if your friends have sibling around his age (like within 2 years) have your friends bring them and hang out

I'm on my summer holiday and my dad and my mother are absolutely getting on my nerves. They know that it bothers me and it really angers me. I wish that they'd shut up with it all. They argue about everything and it has always caused issues for me since I was a child. I have always protected my dad and I have always repressed my feelings because I was always worried about them. Pleasing them and being perfect for them and it feels like I receive nothing. Nothing. I don't know what to do and the pain. I don't know how to deal with it all. They are really gettting to me and I want to know how I stop them from driving me crazy. I know that I'm not happy and that's what bothering me and I want to know exactly how to be happy. I just never knew it truly. I don't know how to deal with it at all. I have no one to talk to . We have no car so I am stuck in this house for all summer and I will flip if I don't get away from my dad who's husslin' me about my weight just because he doesn't understand what it is to have womanly curves . How in the hell do I deal with this. Because I'm on the verge of doing them some serious harm if they don't stop because nothing seems enough after all the things that I have done for them. Tell your dad that you don't care that much and he should let it be.
You can't repress your feelings you need to talk and you could be reading this and saying i know but its harder then just talking but too bad the same thing happens to me I repress myself and it s killing me and ever since my dad taught me to not repress so much and talk more I have feel alot better so TALK you have to force yourself to talk you will feel alot better I promise

If you absolutly can't talk then write everything in a journal it helps and it's alot eaiser take your journal and a pen(cil) with you everywhere and write whenever you feel like it write whatever comes into your head and this journal is like a diary top secret for your eyes only.

If the guy and your friend are together then don't go tell the boy that his girlfriend wants tioo have sex with him and he should not be hitting on you.
Then tell your friend what happend.
If thei not together then your friend should not want to have sex with him.

I need help. When I get around people I never know what to do. It dosen't have to be a big group just one or two people but for some reason when I'm around them I just freeze. If they try to talk to me I just stare at them or walk away. It's getting really bad because now my friends are getting mad at me becasue of this. What can I do to get over being shy. (link)

I think shy is like a phobia. So ask your self what are you scared of around your friends it's worse if you don't talk because here is whats going to happen:
If you do talk to your friends they won't be mad and you'll all have fun talking about all the stuff you do
If you don't talk they will be mad and they might drop you and you can't make friends if our silent all the time. so be courageous forget your fears and just talk.

i didnt know what catorgory to put his under but my brother is 17 and has done the following
> stole my moms bank card n stoel all of her money out of her account
> stole money out of her purse many times
>stole the truck while not having a liscense and wrecked it
> ran up paperview bills and cellphone bill and jsut doesnt care
my mom didnt press necharges and now she had kicked him out of the house but hes only 17 so the family he went to called the cops and the cops told my mom to wait til hes 18 and kick him out my brother has stoel from my mom again and has began stealing from me but lies about it i think she should be punished for his actions and should get sent to jail or somewhere he needs to go somewhere and i need help of what to do and i need it fats before he steals again (link)

If your mom doesn't know that your brother steals tell her. If she does then tell her again and add that since he's moved back in he is stealing from you and he denies it. Say to her that you can't wait untill he is 18 that you need to act now.

my history teacher and i dont get on. i was quite a disruptive student in year 8 and 9. he used to teach geography which i cudnt do. he now teaches history. he always picks on me. if the class is noisy hel immediatly blame me. he sends me out for the slightest thing. like for saying im lost or i dont understand.its really getting me down. we just had a project to do and i tryed really hard and i only just got over half marks..what shall i do? cos the haed usually goes on the teachers side more than the students. Talk to the teacher privatly after class o rhave a friend around to vouch for you later on a day you don't understand something. Don't announce it in class. Say I didn't understand..... today.

Try to find a substitute drink (thats healthier)
Make sure theres no cola in your house so your not tempted. Count thirty days from the day you offically decided to start this. Count thirty days and you should be cured other wise count another thirty days. Keep doing this untill your off cola. It's advised that you don't drink cola ever again.

Tell them all that you just want to be friends. This could go two ways:
1.The boys will go crazy and say i fyou don't love me then I don't want to have ANY kind of relationship. (or something of the sort)
or
2.They could say ok and you guys could just be friends.
What ever boys take appoach #1 then they don't love you that much.
If 1 or more of the boys take approach #2 then they really love you. Be friends with all of them and see where the relationship goes with each of those boys.

i go to a christian school and i got into some trouble with one of the male teachers, {he took my friends journal with her poems and personal thougfhts} and decided to give it to the vice pricipal because she has some problems and hes a overprotective jerk. so i stole it of his desk and they hid it and then he found later. my called and tried to help and said i did it and i got into trouble but now hes kinda picking on my friends who kinda helped and hes kinda being mean too me {maybe he really isnt but im kinda jaded towards him but still, every one calls him a jerk} anyway, i was with my coven {im a witch} and we decided to bind him, but the thing is im afriad he'll like sense satanism or whatever when i walked by him or something, i m scared ill be the nexet kid on his bash list...... please help (link)

If your a witch then you could use a spell or something to read his thoughts and come up with a counter before he has a chance to bash you. I don't know if yo could do that but if you can I hope I helped.

Can you say phenomenon? God didn't create it satin did. Maybe it's god's way of saying stop looking at this stuff. Maybe this is god's way of stpping you fromlooking. He is saying stop looking and bad things will stop. I hope the bad things stop.

i just started a new job a couple days ago, and i've come to believe that one of my co-workers doesn't like me very much.
why i think that is because on my second day, i came up to her to ask her a question to see if our store carried baby books for a customer that was looking for one. my co-worker just rudely glared at me for long while, and looked away without answering my question.
as you can imagine, i was pretty pissed off because i hadn't familiarized myself with the merchandise and the customer was waiting on me to give her a response. and my co-worker, who was working in infants, didn't even bother to put any effort into helping this customer!
not only that, she ignores me every time i'm around and she complained to the same customer i was dealing with: "she doesn't know anything, she hasn't even been working here long."
what i want to know is what i should do about this situation? obviously i don't want to confront her about it with the risk of increased hostility between us. and i'm not sure if it's appropriate to talk to my other co-workers about it...should i just wait it out and toughen up and hopefully she won't be so "bitchy"?

Talk to your boos and tell her/him that this co-worke is acting like this. Tell your bossd that your co-workers additude is making it very difficult to help costermers (can't spell).

ok, i love my girl friend, and i have loved her since the day i first saw her, and because i have loved her for so long (i first saw her 12 years ago) when i finnally got to be with her (just 3 months ago) i guess i went really into things cause i felt (causa my love for her) that we've been going out for 12 years, but i didnt get to do anything...so i guess i rushed into things when we were first going out... All we have done was i hold her during movies, and i put my head on her shoulder, and then every once in a while i kiss her on her cheek or neck. And now, she said that she wants to take it slower, but i dont really know how to go TOO much slower, i mean, i first kissed her on the cheek when we were going out for 2 1/2 months. So does anyone have any advice on what i can do so i can show my affection, but not doing "too much"?? (link)
