My whole life I've been told and thought I'm stupid. Because I'm not school-book smart. I don't get good grades in the "smart subjects" like science, math and so on. I am so sick of believing this. I'm a different type of smart. I know I can make something of myself.
I am especially good at 3 things; public speaking & reaching out to people, languages (I know 4 different languages and intend on learning several more) and I sympathize, more than anything. People always turn to me because of that, I long to help. More than anything.
I've researched at least a hundred different professions in my attempt to find a major that will equip me with the right tools to help save the innocent from the corrupt and ultimatley change the world. I need a profession that will make me come alive. I have a picture of myself speaking infront of thousands of people, touching their hearts, or working at a homless shelter, somehow helping those who have been used, or anything of that kind. But in BIG levels, it wouldn't mean anything to me as a doctor or anything like that. It's not the kind of thing that would make me come alive, it wouldn't matter to me. I don't want to help one person at a time, I want to help thousands.. at once. I want to do something that would end homelessness and stimulate world peace!
I am compassionate and am able to provide stability in people's lives when they are shaken up. I am 16 years old, female, and more than anything.. I want to do something with my life.
No one believes in me, because I am not suited for the typical "good jobs" I will never have the grades to become a Lawyer, Doctor, Journalist or any of the sort.
Help me, what can I become? And how do I get there?

I see what you are tryin to say but you cant always save somebody what, I'm tryin to say is that you cant save everyone at once there will never be or maybe someday in the further there will be peace for everyone but untill now it cant as you see there is lot of things happing in the world everyday, every min and not one person can do much about it. But you can still help people, the ones that may need it the most,people may think you are not smart at math or whatever but you smart at heart. You care for people who in need and to me its somthing that most people dont do. But you can make a differance in the world, so the job that i think you might be good at is a physoloihst. Dont listen to other people because not everyone good at everything but they good at somthing just like you, you good of helping people and reaching out to them so keep up the good work.

well maybe you should try and talk to him tell him whats been goin on between yall two cuz it seems like to me that he is one of those guys that think they can get any girl they want and know how to make a fool out of them.You need to tell him how u feel about him and ask him if he feels the same way, and it maybe hard but you have to give it a try somehow.But im goin to tell you this that those kinds of guys are not good for you and aint worth it espaclly if they do drugs and stuff they will try to get to you and use you. i recently switched school, because of my group of friends. i came home every single day crying. it was horrible. they were known as the 'mean/plastic girls in school' i liked them, intill, they would start fighting with me. because i was hanging out with other people then the other 5 girls in our group. they then would stop inviting me places, like they didnt invite me anywhere. and i was friends with these girls since 2nd grade!!!
anyways, once i switched schools it was great, i made tons of new ones, i only stayed friends with one from my old school, and we were like BEST friends. but then all of a sudden, shes turning into one of them. her and all of them keep calling me. and saying i said things that i didnt!! and they usually always have done that since i switched, but i didnt care, i just didnt answer.

ok well im 15/f and my ex bf is 16. WE broke up before my birthday which was april 11th. He called me to wish me a happy birthday and ever since then we have been talking. He asked me what would i say if i we went back out. I told him i would think about it. Well one of his best friends said that lately he has been doing drugs for the past month and stuff. I asked him about it and he said that he does do drugs now and he sells it now too. Well thats just not cool to me but i love him alot i mean hes the one who broke up with me i didnt want to lose him. I dont know wat to do i want to go back out with him but im not sure if thats a good idea?!? i need help thinking of the pros and cons of me going out with him if hes going to do this. well all i can say is that maybe you should just forget about him, if he does drugs and sell them then you dont wan to be around someone like that because they can put you in danger.It might sound stupid but its true i mean think about it what if he slick somting iun your pockest or whatever and then the police found about it.And to me he dont sound like a guy you want to be around with but all i can say is just leaving if he broke up with you the first time aint no doubt he might do it again. hope i help and good luck.

At lunch I used to be friends with probably the most snottyest (sp?) people ever. They are insecure. I sat with them everyday. They critizied whatever I wore, or looked like or anything out of weakness. I got in a cat fight with them. So I asked one of my very good church friends who sat at that lunch who is EXTREMELY popular. And She's like sure you can sit with me. So I have been sitting with her for a while. But you see she is like really confident, and she gets whatever she wants, shes out of nowhere GORGEOUS. and shes like the boy magnet in our school. She teaches me to be confident when ever I see her. She always gets all the attention. And I just cant act myself around her and if I do then she just thinks of me as "oh my gosh you are so boring". Im not jealous of her. Its just I wish I could just have fun with her but shes the one is just too cool for me. We go shopping together etc. Hollister is where we go. So I have become more stylish. But you see a few days ago she sometimes ditches me at lunch so sometimes I HAVE to go sit with my old friends and they are so still rude to me. But I like my church friend a lot more. So what should I do? And I dont have any other friends on this lunch shift at school. Im dead serious. So what do you think?

what you need to do is make new freinds, freinds that like you for who you are, that dont judge you. And your old friends forget about them they aitn really your friends if they judge you in anyway.and as for your other church friend dont try so hard to be her, be who you are and dont worry about what others say about you. And yes there will be times when people dis you but hey you have to learn how to deal with it sometime or another.

Second everyone deals with of kinds of problems and you probaly just want a guy that want hurt you or noting and you probaly feel like no one cares for you but they do.You just dont know it yet, like your family they will alwayz love you no matter what and you got your friends even teachers sometimes.So here is it dont commit sucide, stop feeling sorry for yourself,and try to do things that make you not depress or notin and for the whole guy thing wait.Dont give up on lfe it want take you nowhere and just wait for that right guy to come around.

My boyfriend is 29, we've been dating two years and we're getting married in three months. He has a nine year old daughter in another state. She doesn't know about me. He only visits her once or twice a year because she lives really far away, but he tries to call a lot and always sends money to her mom. I'm just scared because I've read articles about how a lot of kids have a harder time dealing with a parent getting remarried than they do dealing with their parents getting divorced in the first place! What's the right thing to do? I don't want to make her accept me as this new "mom" if she doesn't have to, but I also want to be honest, and I feel like I should get to know her if we're family now. well for one try to spend time with her get to know her and stuff. Do something fun like going shopping or take her some place like to the park of watever. Make her feel comftable around you. It may not be easy thought cause some kids have a hard time dealing with new parents so you and your husband and his daughter or yalls do somthing that a normal fammily would do. try to have fun.

Theres this guy I have like since first grade. I really really like him; I was always hoping I would see him outside of school or whatever. Well, I never stopped liking him. okay, i just realized that my boyfriend can be really controlling at points.
like earlier today, i was on the phone with him and i was on myspace too, and he asked me if i was on myspace and i told him i was and he got mad because i have a bone disease in my wrist and so it like makes it worse when i type and so he got mad and he was like you didnt tell me that you were gonna get on the computer. and he does that constantly.
and he sometimes treats me like his dog or pet or something.
like at church if i just stand there and dont follow him, he'll like yell at me and say something like get your butt over here! or why aren't u coming with me? and he'll say it with an attitude and it seems like hes the one on his period.
but i just dont know what to do about it.

oka one controlling boyfriend are a pain in the ass dont take that shit form him at all.And when yall talk on the phone and he ask what you doin you dont have to tell him everything you doing its really not his bussnies just say notihing just chillin or watever.Second talk to him tell him how you feel about what he doing to you,and dont be afraid to tell him.And third having a controlling boyfriend can lead to somting worse like abruse or somthing somtimes sometimes not but you really need to talk to him straight form your heart of how you feel

Dont worry you will get your period soon i mean some comes early than others ans some comes late.And having your period aint all that fun, to know if your coming on your eaither start having bad cramps, you will see blood,ans somtimes people say that your voice change when you on it or your moods start to change.
