okay,it happens whenever you feel wet or something and you feel all sticky.you might feel nausious[sp?]and feel like you smell really bad[like the period smell].thats all normal.and before you start,about 1 day before,youll start smelling periodish and youll think you started.you didnt,that just means that you will soon.hope my advice helped.=]].

well its not really a spot were it usaully hurt it just feels like it hurting everywere. and you might know cause its like a feeling that you really dont get.it feels like you have to go to the bathroom bad but you really dont.

well you can tell by the feeling at the bottom of your stiomach or your vaginal area..its a certain feeling that you know either you're having it at the moment or getting it soon. another way is keeping a log of the time you start and end you cycle to the next time you start it. but if you never had you period you dont really feel it because its really light the first time..hope i helped:)
