Well let me tell you I am or was one and it isn't all its cracked out to be! As much as I try not to be anymore its hard cuz thats all I get called is PREP PREP PREP anyway mostly all they wanna do is start drama and crap, but if you really wanna be one just dress really fashionable and girly! Flirt with boys a lot and shop like at a'gaci forever 21 wet seal American eagle stuff like that! and don;t talk slang you know like aint all that just like act suffistocated and then go and try to make friends with other preps. Also if you want go take gymnastics and try out for cheerleading that majorly helps. I'm 16/f and I do not have severe acne. Just a few spread around my face with marks of past zits. I went to a Dermo a while ago and he recomended two medications that I ended up not using because I didn't feel comfortable. I just went to a different Dermo today and he gave me perscription medication when I told him I wanted to try to get rid of it without medicine. Anyway, I still don't feel comfortable with the medicines so if anyone is familiar with them, can you give me as much info as you can about them? He gave me instructions to first in the A.M. to cleanse with Neutrogena, then use Cleocin T Solution, then use DCL light textured moisterizer. And in the P.M. to cleanse with Neutrogena, then used Cleocin T Solution, then use DCL light textured moisterizer, and then add a pea size of Ziana at bed time 20 minutes after the moisterizer. I usually just cleanse with Neutrogena at bedtime and I just bought this Neautrogena light night cream instead of using baby lotion after :P tell me what I should do because I really don't want to spend the money on the medicine if I can just use the two Neutrogena things at bedtime for my acne.(I also used St. Ives blackhead and ance scrub and it just made me break out more so I found on the internet that you can't use it every day when the Dermo said it isn't good at all. I actually got proactiv and it worked really good on me! it takes a month and it really works!(: I hope I helped and btw its 29.95(: Good luck! btw I tried neutrogena and it didnt work for me but proactiv does! If you want it I would suggest goin on line and doing it!

Is clearasil oil free daily face wash a good product to use? Cause I just got this evening and used it a few hours ago and my friend has it and her skin is very clear. I don't have too many pimples but I'm a 13 year old girl so it's my age too but I want something that works and it's probably too soon to tell but it looks a little bit better than before. Hey(: Actually Clearasil didn't work at all for me. I will tell you what did tho! Proactiv. My mom ordered it for me 29.95 and it is a miracle worker! it takes one month to work and it works good My acne is gone(: I'm really glad I got it so I say lose the clearasil get Proactiv!:D Hope I helped! OKay so I wont take long I am senior and in the 12th grade and there is this new admission in my school he is in the 11th grade

Actually about 3 years ago I met some of my cousins that I hadn't seen sense I was little and they didn't know I was there cousin one of them was 1 year younger than me and the other 2 years younger, but they just thought I was at there grandparents house because they where baby sitting me but they kept telling me they liked me and I was pretty and wanted to go out with me, and I said Im your cousin and they didnt believe me they had to ask, and they still went on liking me. So yah It is ok to be in love with him. I have heard many things like this it is normal. Like some people are in love with their brothers and sisters, so yah this is better than that. Hey there(: trust me they woun't think anything about it. Boys and girls swim with each other all the time outta school. They woun't think anything about it. Like if you have a best friend thats a boy when you get in the pool your not gonna freak out and say oh my goshh I dont want him to see me! Actually when we go swimmin in field trips at my school thats my favorite trip. Guys and girls don't think about stuff like that, they just wanna have fun. Boys don't care if there shirtless thats not bad at all. Now if a gril was then ya. Also its kinda the oppisite at that age bein a teen instead of a girl not wanting a boy to see her at that age they normaly want boys to see them like that. I hope I helped(: Ps. Why do others call me stuck up cause I'm shy?
I'm not around family and friends. I'm just sometimes quiet around people I never talked too or I'm quiet when I'm tired. Sometimes when I first meet people it takes me a while to come out of my shell cause I think I'm going to get judged . I'm happy and smiling all of the time. That’s just how I am, a happy person. Since elementary school I've heard girls say that I'm stuck up or "I think I'm all that". I honestly feel like I'm the nicest person I never talked bad about someone even behind their backs. There's no point if you think about it, you never know what someone's going through. I'm not a bitch. It won't get you anywhere in the future. Can someone tell me why people do call me stuck up cause I'm shy? I really don't get it

The reason why they call you that is because you don't talk to a lot of people and they think the reason why you don't talk to people is because your to good to talk to them. Hey there(: I would defintly say you like him or starting to like him either one, your feelings will start increasing more and more. Feeling nervous is one of the first signs of knowing you like someone. I know it can be akward trust me I know how ya feel(: actualy boys can't really tell that your nervous if you don't make it to obvious just keep your conversations like they used to before you started getting all nervous. Also eventualy if you want to go out with this guy start flirting with him but not too much! like one of the simplist things is to look into his eyes when you talk. Also another thing thats good is come up with like inside jokes between each other especialy nicknames and make them kinda cute/weird basicaly make it unique. Start calling him that name and then he'll come up with one for you or you could come up with one urself and say I call you this you call me this ya know? but anyway when you talk to him start calling him that name and smile when you do it. Well, I have a problem. I like this guy, but he recently broke up with his girlfriend like a week ago. And I want him to ask me out cuz he used to have a crush on me. And now, I like him. Hey there(: I agree with the first person I would wait a while until you go out with him because your friend and this guy just broke up. I would go out with him though don;t let your friend hold you back he isn't hers anymore, he's free. I did this once like me and my fried liked the same guy and he went out with her first and I got soo mad at her but it didn't last long and we were back having sleepovers and things. Then they broke up and later on I went out with him she was mad blah blah then we were friends. So she may be mad at first but she'll get over it and eventualy start liking someone else. I would calmly tell her that you like him but you don't want him to come between your friendship, and see what she says. Okay so I am in senior year. Here 12th grade is VERY important..My admissions into a good college will be only on the basis of the marks I score in my "board examination" which is held at the end of the year. The papers are not checked by my teachers but by some other teachers who don't know me and are teaching in some other school. This is done to make the examination fair. The cutoffs for any college where i live (new delhi) are CRAZZY. I mean nothing below a 475/500 is acceptable.
I have Physics, Chemistry, Computer science, English and Maths as my subjects.
Im telling you all of this just so that you know there is a lot of pressure to perform well.. and I have to in order to get a good college.
Ive just been real distracted for a while. I don't know how to concentrate on my studies. I dont feel like sitting with my books. It is freaking me out because every day matters to me. Please help!!!!! (link)

Hey(: well thanks for asking! umm so your basicaly saying your stressed right and you don't want to study because you have a lot? well Here is my advice, Try to think of things that make you happy like a boyfriend, a pet, a memory things like that or things your looking forward to doing(: also maybe set a certain time late in the day to study so you can get all of your things for the day done so you don't have and worries on your mind and maybe to make it more fun bring some snacks you like up to your room and maybe make a pillow pallet on the floor and like blankets and stuff to make it more "fun" haha instead of just sitting at your desk. Another thing is set a certain amount of time each day to study, so you don't overdue it and get stressed/ or more stressed than you already are! Okay so there is this real close friend of mine.We are classmates. And we had this sleepover, a couple of us, guys and girls. I just broke up two months back with my bf who cheated..so i am still getting over it...And my friend broke up a few days ago. We ended up chatting throughout the night, and i dont know what happened but we ended up kissing each other too..it was not our intention of doing ANYTHING like that. we pretty much have feelings for our ex's and not each other. i dont know why and how it happened.
we have promised not to tell this to anyone. and that this incident will stay a secret between the two of us forever. but i feel weird about it, i feel disgusted for doing such a stupid thing now. do you think things will change because of this? i am scared he would tell someone which i really dont want.HELP. how should i handle this? Hey, Thinks for asking me this!(: Actualy I had something like similar to this happen to me so I am sure I can help(: ok so to start off you said you ended up kissing, I think it was just like rush of the moment, like You are friends, and you and him both had the same thing happen like you and your bf broke up and him and his gf broke up and I think it was because ya'll both had this happen you know like when you brake up with someone after the sadness (if there is) is over then you feel kinda free and extra flirty and open well I think thats how ya'll both felt so it led up to doing what you did. Like you knew you didn't have feelings for each other but your body or mind just did what it wanted. Kinda like a rebound romance except you yourself didn't intend to do it. It just happened. Also it's normal to feel weird about it but it's ok everyone makes mistakes. Now you said you where scared he would tell someone well I am for sure that he woun't because it takes TWO to kiss and if you kissed him he kissed you. You said ya'll both feel the same way so he is most likely in the same place is you feeling disgusted and probaly thinking I hope she don't tell. Like he isn't going to go off to all his friends adn do that. Now maybe if you came up to him and kissed him on the lips and he didn't kiss back or just kinda sat there ya know lol we'll then ya I can see him telling his friends then, but no not in this situation! and last you said do you think things will change. Well I honestly hope not, it may be a little akward at first but if not jump right in and act like nothing ever happened, and if it is a little akward at first make small talk and buid your conversations back up it would prob only take a week at the most. Hey there, don't be scared, I felt the same way about getting a physical for cheerleading and it was all fine! I was freaked that they would make me take off my clothes or draw my blood but they didn't they really didnt make me do anything but just check my eyes (eye test), and also just reguarly look in my eyes, throat, and nose and listin to your heart and they made me squat down down then like push her hands as hard as I could and thats all! So there really isn't any reason to be scared besides if they did make you take of your clothes don't worry because they see this stuff every day! ok so i am a 13 year old female and i was really upset with my mom because she kept on yelling at me and overreacting when i was trying to make cookies. so she started yelling "stop! you arent making cookies aymore put everything back!" what really annoys me is that she had to concern herself with something my sister and i were trying to do on our own. so after we were forced to put everything away, we walked downstairs and i said "god you are such a retard" to my sister and i know i shouldnt have said tht but i was sooo angry. so my sister was like "i'm telling mommy" so my mom screams at me to come upstairs so when i do, she goes "sit in that f***ing chair and study" and i said "fine i was going to do that anyway" and so i sat down and she runs over and i flinch like any normal person would and curled up into a ball and she starts hitting me and pulling my hair and she smashes her face against mine and screams at the top of her lungs over and over again "don't give me a f***ing attitude do you f***ing understand me?!!!" so i said yes and then went upstairs and started to cry because i was so scared but then i figured "why bother caring. she does this all the time! it was worse last week whe i stood up for my dad when she was being a complete b**ch and she told me to go f*ck myself and gave me the finger and drove off so why be scared now?" but the truth is, i am scared. i have no trusted adults to talk to and friends who always just say "some people have it worse than you so shut up" i have nobody to reach out and i refuse to call hotlines because they will take me away or they will trace my number if i call as anonymous. im so scared because it seems like my whole life is a mess. im struggling with my mom and my sexuality. i told my friends i thought i was bi and one of them told another girl that i did not want to know and she told a bunch of others. it feels like i can not trust anyone anymore. please help me. i just want to curl up and die. Hey there I am really sorry to hear this:( I agree with the other person when they said try talking to your dad, but if that don't work I know you don't want to call the police or anything saying that you'll be taken away but honestly do you want to continue living like this? thats horrible what she's doing to you. Also though if you call the police and tell them or go to the police station and tell them(if you don't want to call or if your scared too) whats going on and things but express that you don't want to be taken away. Though if they wanted to take you away after you said that you didn't want to it would 99.9% sure that it would only be for a short while, while your mother went to counciling and you would most likely be able to stay with a family member like your dad or something! now thats the best thing to do and I really hope that you'll do this Its for the best and it will help. Okay so i am a belimic and my mom lives poor just me and my mom and we live in a trailer park im am 13 and a girl in the 6th grade. And My mom thinks that i am beautiful but Alittle bit over weight and so that is why i am a belimic. And she is doing whatever she can to make me a model. She is an achohalic so doesnt really know or remember alot so she sleeps alot and her abusive boyfriend is the one in charge. He always hits me and make me end up crying under my bed as he looks for me. And i think that i am transgender and i hate hOw my mom makes me look so pretty. I have no chance of standing up fOr my self or telling anyone because i will get beat up. People think that just because i am taken away from them that i will be fine but somehow they always have a way to find me. I know this because it has happend before. So please i need help. P.s. like if you get put in a foster home or whatever a family member something like that they can find you but they can't have you if somehow they got ahold of you that would be kidnapping and they would go to jail. My brothers dog lost all of its hair?
My brother took my dog to the vet and the doctor told my brother that the dog has a skin disease that it was born with. The dogs hair is gone now and she has a lot of bumps and sores from scratching. Her skin is just pink. My brother has been buying medicine that the vet recommended for him to buy at the store and it finally started working and her skin has improved a lot and my mom thinks the hair is growing back.
My brother wants to take the dog to the pound now, but wont the people at the pound kill it?
I hear stories all the time of them killing dogs.
What kind of disease do you think the dog has?

I say it probaly has cancer and yes dogs do get cancer. Thats really sad and I hate to hear about this but try your best to convince him not to take it to the pound because yes they do "kill" dogs. If someone hasn't adopted it for a while like a couple of weeks or maybe even left they kill it so they will have more room for dogs. Also they might not even take the dog if it has a disease. So I would try your best to make sure that your brother doesn't take his dog to the pound. I hope te dog gets better(: hope this helps!(:

Ok so Im Gracie and Im 13. So I just got my period a couples of months ago, this is like my 3rd time. Anyway whenever I get my period For some reason I just feel really dirty or weird so I take lots of baths when Im on it. Everytime I take a bath or a shower I never,like bleed when Im in the water. Is that normal? I mean Im not complaining, Id rather not have blood everywhere (I know that's gross, sorry lol) but I was just wondering why. If I go swimming will the same thing happen? Will all the blood just stay inside me? (link)

yep it's normal everyone does that haha! I'm not for sure why you don't when you take a bath/shower but it is defintly normal! and no you defintly shouldnt go swimming when you have your period unless you were a tampon hope I helped(:
