ok so i have a boyfriend that i've been with for about 6 months now. im 16, my boyfriend is turning 19 in september And about four months into the relationship, i got raped by his older brother and now his family is blaming me and telling ppl it wasnt raped so now im questioning myself if it was rape or not. and then the cops got involved because my boyfriend called the cops since i told him what happened when i slept over. so when the cops were investigating, they found out that me and my boyfriend have been having sex as well. so now me & andrew arent even allowed to see each other legally and im just wondering if i should stay with him after all this happening, we want to have kids in the future and he even asked me to marry him...is this a good idea? If you love your boyfriend and believe he is the one then by all means spend the rest of your life with him, but the brother thing might be a little awkward...

I think any major company would have a well working camera phone though, you can always charge it. Car charger/in house.

I recently recieved a goldfish from a friend. It's orange mostly, with clear fints, some black patches, and a blue stripe next to the fin. I THINK it's girl but i'm not sure lol. What should i name it? And is there anything imparticular i should know to help me keep a goldfish content and healthy?

My experience with goldfish, well they died after the 2nd day. But just put it in a regular fish bowl and you can get that at like Wal-Mart with some fish food. If you need help with what kind of fish food there is always the employees to help you :)

You could ask him on some type of instant messagner.But then you wouldnt hear him the sound of his voice, like if he paused to think about it.
lol my uncle was looking over my shoulder and he is always saying that i cant give advice well jokingly so i proved to him that i can! :) and he had some advice too.
he says: ask him on instant messager/e-mail.In some way of typing it. Because if you ask him in person/on the phone he will feel like he is being put on the spot and will have to react quickly. Which might lead to lying.Then you would have to react back to whatever he says. Putting you on the spot. aka(dont put him on the spot)
You might want to ask him to hang out,tell him what you told me,"i really like you and sometimes i feel like you could be cheating on my because we never hang out, even though you call often i would like to see you more".

I had the same problem. You can go to almost any store and get a kind of nail polish (clear or maybe in color) that is made to taste like really nasty. And then you get this really nasty taste in your mouth, and yea you pretty much stop after that.

I had the same problem.My mother is very strict. I wanted to get them so badly,cuz everyone else had them. I think you should ask your parents to let you try a wash out of the color you want, see if you like it and if they do. Then maybe in sometime you can get permant.
But i warn you, i dont know how dark your hair is but mine is naturally pure black. I got brown highlights and it showed up orange (i mean like pumpkin orange) I got them in Feb. I was teased for months "Halloween is in October dipshit" It sucked. I'm not trying to scare you about getting them, im just telling you my story of what could happen. Its August and im going to my salon once a month to get a shine treatment,slowing reducing the color. It costs my mom $60 a month.
Everytime we go, she always says "i told you so"
It sucks.
(im not saying this will happen to you,heck it might be worse, or if you have any amount of degree in luck [[unlike me]] it will turn out fine)

I have an idea. Don't drink it. Trust me, because once you can get down the alcohol, you wont be able to stop. And then your life will go down in to a deep dark hole, that will be hard to get out of. You'll have to build yourself a ladder out of mud. And that will take a very long time.
So stay away from it. And if that means staying away from some of your friends that are pressuring you to drink, then so be it. Trust me, i've seen this way to many times. Get out while you ahead.

I have some trouble getting boyfriends, well, that's my opinion. You see, my friends always tell me I'm pretty and popular but I never believe them because of course your friends are going to say that right? let me tell you right now hun, you will have lots of time for boyfriends.(im sure you've heard that and you tired of hearing that) But its true. Its good that he knows you like him. You should def. see each other before you start going to different high schools. Hang out once in a while, talk to him a lot. But dont annoy him. Dont call every 5 seconds. Let him call/talk to you.See if he will IM you first. Ask one of his friends who he likes. Or one of your friends to ask him who he likes.Heck, since you guys seem close, you could ask him if he likes you.Say "insert name here, as you already know,i like you a lot, more than a friend, and i was wondering how you feel about me"
If he doesnt like you more than a friend because he doesnt want to ruin what you already have as friends and what not, be understanding. Before you ask him this though, make sure you hang out with him a few times,or at least talk on the phone, flirt with him,either verbal, or when you talk to him in person touch his arm,play with his hair, whisper in his ear, you know be firty with him, if he doesnt seem to want to flirt then dont carry on (duh) dont force him into anything he doesnt want to do. Make sure he feels comfortable in the situation. Maybe he still likes you,and is shy to say so 95% of guys want you to make the 1st move.

Let's say you are in a store or some other public place and you see a kid running around, maybe doing something dangerous, like climbing on something unstable. Is it ok to say something to the kid if you happen to be nearby? I would tell the kid "That is dangerous. Don't do that." And then, ask the child, "Where is your mommy or daddy?" Then find them, and tell them what their child was doing. Some parents get really pissed off and might tell me to mind my own business, but I can't in all good conciousness stand by and do nothing when there is a child at risk. My husband was in a situation like this when we were in a thrift store and he saw a bunch of kids running around unsupervised, taking all the toys out of some bins, and climbing on things. He said one child almost fell. I said he should have said something to her. He said that there was also a baby in a stroller sleeping that the mom was not watching. The baby was in a corner while the mom shopped in the middle of the store. That is so stupid. It makes me so angry to see this kind of thing. If my child was running around and doing something dangerous, I would not be in the least offended if another adult helped to make me aware of the situation as long as they were polite. But then again, I keep a good eye on my daughter because she is precious to me. I remember panicing when I couldn't find her for a few minutes at a park. A parent found her playing with another child. Does anyone have any insight on this, or have been involved in a situation like this? What would you do? (link)

I totally know where you are coming from. Heck im 13 and i often see kids running around doing things the shouldnt while parents pretend they dont know the child is even alive.Personally, it makes me sick and mad. Cuz the kid is gonna get into trouble and then the parents are going to be upset and not know what happened.
My Aunt was talking to my mother about the countless times she said she would loss her 7 year old son in the malls in CA. She'd have to go to secrity to find him.She expects him to stay with her at all times, no matter what she is doing, getting her nails done,hair,shopping,talking,etc. But he is 7. He doesnt know to do that. Kids that young have a short attention span. Parents are really oblivious to a lot of things their kids do.
My point is, whenever you see a kid doing something they shouldnt and their parental guardian isnt watching them, confront the parent first. Say "excuse me Ms./Mr. but i believe your child is unsafe running around these cans, they might fall over and hurt your child, im just looking out for your child is all.Not to be rude or anything."
Something nice,but not controling, you dont want the parent to feel like your telling they cant raise their own child right and they need a strangers help.
If the parent isnt there, or doesnt look to friendly... go up to the child and say "sweetie you shouldnt do that, you might fall" or something like that. Dont touch the child, or bend down to their level making it seem like to other people around that your going to take the child, you could get slaped or the child could cause a sence by screaming.
i dont think you want that to happen..
