I dont think it really is i hear drinking tea or diet rite is better for you beacause it has splenda which doesnt contain the chemicals that can suppose to be hurtful just look on the back of the can bottle or box and usually the words are in red or very bold then its supose to be not healthy i heard it can eat holes in your brain and some say it causes cancer..

Well i have to done the same thing to girl basicly its when you get the feeling you want time alone or your never sure what you maybe keep your options open like maybe this girl will be better for me then this one.. The thing is You have to do what makes you happy.. If you think your gonna be happy with your real dad just give a trial period but after that you should be able to know.. If you want to stay where your at beacause of friends then maybe you should stay there .. I mean its really your own choice you dont have to do the things you want .. My advice

Theres alot of ways to motivate yourself like maybe befor eyou eat you do so much exercise or listen to music when you do it or just watch tv and when its commercial just exercise or even just get other friends together to work out with you that sometimes motivates you or hold compentition to see who can do it better make games out of it and have fun with it just make sure you stretch out first before you do any extinsive excersies..

Heres my advice on this one I would get a hold of her and just explain every single problem that you have and your feelings with her...
