easy but helpful workouts

i hav a problem with making myself workout...anyone know of any movtivations (14, girl)

Theres alot of ways to motivate yourself like maybe befor eyou eat you do so much exercise or listen to music when you do it or just watch tv and when its commercial just exercise or even just get other friends together to work out with you that sometimes motivates you or hold compentition to see who can do it better make games out of it and have fun with it just make sure you stretch out first before you do any extinsive excersies..

If you reward yourself, do it with something besides food: massage, nails, new clothes. Find something in your closet that is tight on you and work to make it fit better. Then work for it to be too big.
You will have more energy and feel better, but you have to constantly remind yourself that you are doing it to feel better and for your own benefit, not someone else's.

Just think: "Either I could sit here and keep gaining weight, or I could spend a few minutes a day excersizing to lose it."
