www.bearshare.com is the offical website for bearshare.
www.download.com is also a good source for downloaded file sharing clients.
If you want to try another file sharing client, I would highly recommend limewire (www.limewire.com). It is fast and easy to use (once you get the hang of it).
A word of warning should be extended however, file sharing clients are prone to viruses and if your not careful you can get some seriously wicked stuff put on your comp. Not to mention concealed spyware, which can slow your computer drastically.

i have an idea... go to www.google.com and type in the program name. You might even get a deal on it. Or maybe go to www.theadcademicstore.com they have great deals too. I saved a bunch of money on my computer programs by switching to giego.
