i didnt know where to put this but when you get your braces off, how do they do it and does it hurt? thanks :)

It doesn't hurt. They take a pair of pliars and squeeze the bracket and pop it off. That's all. And then they might scrape some gunk off your teeth, and they clean them because you might have white spots, but it doesn't hurt.

how to reply to the frequently asked question in the interviews such as this one" tell me about ur self" actually what does the interviewer expects from us when he asks this question?

They mean, what's there about you? What do you like to do? What are you good at? What's your hobbies? How long have you lived here? Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend? Stuff that doesn't have a specific question.

I am 14 and my boyfriend is 18 but we are madly in love ...so we had sex about a month ago and i havnt had my period....we were also protected with a comdom but you know they are only 85 % protective...so i have been looking online about signs of pregnacny and i seem to have none of the signs except of a late period...i told my boyfriend about it and he said to wait till the end of october and see if you get your period..so im gonna wait and then take a pregancy test....but theres a 50 50 chance i might be and if i am...im not shure wut to ..is there any way i can get by this with out my parents knowing ?? is there any way i can kill the baby before its nooticeable...?? ...can i i have an abortion with havniing my parents know and can i have it before it get noticeable? or is there any pill i can take that can kill ??...i know its wrong but i dont know wut to do so plz tell me...thanks!!

Sure, why not kill it? It's just a fetus, it's not a living breathing thing, hell, it won't feel a thing.

Oh, that's right. YEAH IT WILL. Just because you screwed up you're going to kill the consequences? God. I know SO many people in your same situation that had the baby and eventually got married to the father. If you don't want to keep the baby, adopt it out. Let someone else who wants the baby have it. Just because you screw up doesn't mean the baby has to suffer.

Now, I'll try to actually help. You can't take a 72 hour pill because it's been more than 72 hours. You can't have an abortion without your parents knowing because they have to sign papers.

im in a real jab. i like my best friend and he likes me but... he also likes my bestfriend. I had the EXACT same thing. I liked this guy, he liked me, AND my best friend. It turns out he was a total asshole anyway and we broke up. It's not worth the fights you have with your friends about him. If he goes out with other people he's obviously not interested in an exclusive relationship. Dump him.

More than likely yes, he will still be fertile. But honestly, have him checked out. Prostitues carry SO many diseases, just be on the safe side. Tell him that you think that's disgusting and let him know that you find it really gross. Talk to him about it. Ask him why he did it.

Anyway, don't wear it. Keep it in your room. If he comes and doesn't have you one, say "Oh, I forgot my mum!" or "Forgot something!" and run up stairs and put it on. Good luck!

If I were you, I would talk to him first. Don't mention liking him, just strike up a conversation. Talk about whatever. After a few days of talking, have your friend be like "Hey, what do you think of yournamehere?". Then you can keep talking to him, and eventually have your friend ask him if he likes you. Good luck!

First, 15, you're not even an ADULT yet. You're not even fully grown! You're totally not ready to have a baby. Second, you have money. Now. What's going to happen if the baby gets sick and you have to pay medical bills? And this little thing called food...you need it. EVERY WEEK. Unless you have money saved...then...thirt, just because he promises doesn't mean he won't do it. Seriously...don't.

Hi there! I've got my own column on here (EMiLYELiZABETH) but today I'm needing some advice.

I'm 2O/f and tomorrow I've got a huge job interview with the police department. My question is... what should I wear and how should I do my hair?? It's brown with reddish highlights, half way down my back (about to the bottom of my bra). I like it either up or down, so that isn't an issue.

As far as what to wear, I was wondering about pinstripe pants or a skirt? Also, what kind of shirt? I've got a few nice sweaters or some that I can layer with.

Any help would be GREATLY appricated!! Thanks so much!

Don't wear anything too short, you want to come off as a serious business woman, instead of a slut. :) I would go with pinstripe pants, black pumps, and a black tank/spaghetti strap top. And leave your hair down. :) Good luck!

ok i got this bacterial infection in my throat adn i was prescribed pills but i dont care much for them. i took them how i was suposed to for a week and i have like a bunch left but i feel fine, should i continue taking them even tho i feel fine?

Did the doctor tell you how long to take them? If not, keep taking them and call him and ask. But if he told you how long to take them, take them for however long he said, no matter how good you feel.

I NEED to learn how to swallow pills... i just cant do it, i have a huge gag reflex but i'm in so much pain and the only med. i can get is swallowable. Anyone know any tricks??

Take a drink of water, keep it in your mouth. Wait until you REALLY need to swallow. Then, don't open your mouth, just push the pill in between your lips and swallow immediatly. If it doesn't work the first time, if you haven't swallowed the pill, quickly take another drink and swallow again. Good luck!

First off I'm 16/f. I have a dilemma... These two boys (a 7th grader & a freshman) are sort of obsessed about me. They're both really starting to creep me out. How do I break this little unintended spell I have over them w/o making them mad or suicidal. The kid in 7th kind of has anger issues and seems to be really depressed already. My hair right now is a little past my shoulders and for me, it's long. I was thinking about growing it out longer to about the middle of my back and then cut it to a little past my chin and donate my hair to Locks of love. My question is, what is the minimum in inches of hair you can donate? Thanks for the help!

My friend did it, and as others said, it's 10 inches. If your hair is curly they may straighten it. But just be SURE to tell your stylist that you want to donate it. Then they can keep it in a ponytail and everything for you.

hey okay im a 14/f and im home sick from school today...i have a stuffy nose, really bad cough, and a super sore throat. my whole back and neck are really sore, and it hurts to move my neck really bad. is this just from being sick or do i have something else wrong?

Yep, just from being sick. Your body is sore because it's working extra hard to make you feel better, and muscle aches are a really common cold/flu symptom. Hope you feel better!
