Question Posted Thursday October 21 2004, 3:52 pm

Hey,
Gender- F
I have my own advice colulm, but I need some advice now. Theres this kid in my class that I like. One of my best friends is friends with him and she used to like him too. She said she would talk to him for me but I'm kind of afraid of what he'll think of me. Should I talk to him, or should i have my friend first?

If I were you, I would talk to him first. Don't mention liking him, just strike up a conversation. Talk about whatever. After a few days of talking, have your friend be like "Hey, what do you think of yournamehere?". Then you can keep talking to him, and eventually have your friend ask him if he likes you. Good luck!
