So, my name's Blake to start off. I live alone in a bachlour appartment and rather enjoy it. I'm a health nut for the most part and love things like martial arts and the likes. I'm also some what of a geek though in the sense of pretty much the only thing I watch is anime. I'm a very open person and I never really shy away from a question or topic. My universal advice (These are things that I would urge everyone to take to heart):
1) Drink more water, because I'm almost positive you're not drinking enough.
2) Excersize at least once every day. It only takes like 5 minutes to do a few push ups and sit ups, and no, it's not as hard as you may make it out to be.
3) Eat properly. Try to eat at best 6 smaller meals a day and to get all the food groups. Also try to limit your intake of junk food.
4) Try to find one thing about yourself that you like every day.
5) Don't have friends that will just drag you down. Trust me, they're not worth the effort and will just make your life a lot harder.
6) Don't focus on the negative things in life. If you keep a happy demeaner then you're life just seems to start working better.
7) Stop putting yourself down. If you think you're ugly/fat/both or whatever. Then either accept it or do something about it. If you keep going on about how your fat or whatever then that opinion will rub off on others. If you want to look good, then just believe that you do, it really is that simple. And if that's not enough for you, then refer to advice 1, 2, and 3.
8) Sleep more!
Finally, I have a challenge for everyone that has visited my page. For a week straight set a schedule for yourself. Make sure that you get up at the same time every day, when you get up, do a set ruitine for an excersize (if you need help figuring one out just message me), make sure that you eat properly through out the day (no junk (come on, it's only for a week, don't make such a big deal out of it)), make sure you drink lots of water, make sure you get to bed at a good time (if you want to you can do another excersize before going to bed, you'll get the best results out of that), and then repeat the cycle the next day. I don't care what you're lifestyle is, if you do that for a week you will see a significant difference in your life. Although you will feel slightly sick for the first day or so due to your system being in shock.
Anyone that actually does that challenge I'd love to hear from and get their opinion/testomony/rant about wasted time.
And that's everything outta me for now. I hope that I can help at least a few people on here.

Did you purhaps update your OS lately? It could be that something you've done has caused a conflict. I'm not that familiar with Apple but if they have a rollback option I'd say try rolling it back to whe it last worked and see if that works. If not, maybe try just finding a more up to date version of Office to be using. Past that I wouldn't really know. Apple doesn't normally like to use Microsoft things, it's the reason I don't use Apple.

No, just like all the hair on your body, it really just depends on what colour your hair is to start with. Most of the time pubic hair just seems like it's darker because 1) It's normally shorter due to Trimming/Shaving/Waxing and 2) A lot of the time it's seen under lower lights.

Well, I can't do much without knowing the specific problem. I'd guess the first problem would be that you're trying to mix Microsoft and Apple, which typically doesn't work very well. Assuming that that isn't the proplem and that it's a valid version of word (as in not pirated and downloaded of the net) then I'd say try just uninstalling and reinstalling it. If you don't have the disks to install it yourself then you could always try downloading a trial from Microsoft and putting in your serial number to it, that or just download a pirated version. If it already is a pirated version than it's probably corrupt and you should just find another version of it. If you need any more help on it or some other issues pop up feel free to contact me.

Well, flirting is something that really has to be natural. If you try to force it then it'll just seem awkward and may scare him away. If you want to get him to notice you then the first thing you should always try is just being yourself around him. Don't be timid or shy around him, you have to have confidence in yourself for other people to notice you. If you don't really want to try the just being yourself thing then do something to grab his attention. If your main goal is you want him to notice you and get to know him well then why not go ask him if he wants to have lunch with you or something like that. Just try to set up a situation where you two would be able to talk and relax around each other. If you want to get really into you could even make him a lunch I suppose. Of course you could always just go right out there and ask him out. If you could do that then you'd be able to get him to yourself for a while and learn a little bit more about him while your at it. One last thing, if you want him to get to know you, then the main thing is just let him know in one way or another that you want to get to know him. Since you said he's not shy he may even take over and start leading things along.

Alright, first thing I can say is relax. You probably couldn't have asked a better person right now because I went through something like this a while back.
Anyways, what I'd advise you to do is to go to a health clinic nearby and get yourself tested first chance you get. I know it's an embarressing thing to do (trust me, I had to do it) but it's better then the alternative of not knowing and things turn for the worse. Also, even if it turns out that you are positive, there's lots of drugs out there now to combat it and the health center should normally give them to you for free, depending on where you are.
Since you used a condom you can probably relax, all the same I'd still suggest going to a clinic to be on the safe side. Washing with soap wont actually do anything besides potentially cause an infection. And remember, relax! When I found out there was a posibility of me having something I wanted to punch a hole through the wall but instead I just ended up chucking my water bottle and then I calmed down a little. For the most part the nurses you'll deal with are very understanding and they also do everything they can to keep things confidential. So even if they end up calling your house they wont tell your parents even what they're calling about.

Poetry eh? That brings back some memories. Well, for me what my trick was, was I would choose a topic I was really passionite about. It didn't matter really what the topic was, just as long as it was imporant to me. Then when I would just think about it and try to express my feelings about it. Most of the time I had a habit of never actually mentioning what I was writting about it my poems, this is a way to make your poems seem a bit more deep and mysterious. Anyways, when you're thinking about your feelings on your topic, just try to let them consume you so to speak. Get completly caught up in them and let them overwhelm you. Then write! The best poem is one that is written from the heart and never forced. If you get stuck on something, just stop writting it, go back, and just think some more. When you feel you've finished the poem, then it's time to go back and be all critical about it and torment yourself over all the spelling mistakes you're bound to have made (for some reason it always happens).
Also, the most important thing to remember about your poems, while you know that other people will be reading them eventually, that doesn't mean they're made for them. Make them for yourself and only yourself. The only expectations you have to live up to are your own and no matter what anyone else says, if you write a poem that speaks to you, it's worth any critism someone might give you down the road.

Could mean that I suppose. Could also just mean that they may have been wearing just regular underwear which could have been pulled down with the pants. Or they could have been wearing some odd low riding thong or something for all I know. Look for colour differences next time and see if you can see anything.

okay so i have a sweating problem. I could be sitting in first period, just sitting and start sweating for no reason and i'll start getting wet stains on my underarms. it's sooo embarrassing and i can't wear clothes i want to. i don't know what to do. i've been using secret clinical strength for like a year and it still doesn't work. should i like try guys deodorant or something? can my doctor help?
i'm desperate i've had this problem since 7th grade.

You should go talk to your docter. It sounds like you have overactive sweat glands. They can give you some medicine I believe that will help with that and then all should be good. Don't worry too much, as far as I know it's actually a common thing and getting more so with each generation.

so im sick and tied of kids calling me fat, i know im not fat just could lose a few pounds.
so im 5'4 and 118 pounds. i have round hips and a pooch on my lower belly.
my arms look like man arms and my thighs touch.
i would really like to lose my pouch loase arm fat and i already have a lot of muscle on my arms, and then i would like it if my thighs did not touch and my calfs were a little slimmer. i used to be a dancer since i was very little and i was skinny then, and thats why i have a lot of muscle.
also i get a really strong motivation to work out for like a day then i give up.

Well, I can certainly relate to your lose of motivation. And unfortunatly, it's because of the brain that we lose our motivation. What happens is when you work out your body tells your brain that what you're doing is hard and your brain goes something along the lines of "Hmm...this is tiring. Screw it, why are we doing this again?" and then you've lost your motivation.
The real trick to getting what you want is just be stuborn and spiteful. Works for me at least. Start a schedule, and when you feel like not doing it, do it just to spite yourself. If you think that you don't have time for it then just be stuborn and make time, even if it means sacrificing a few extra minutes of sleep.
Ok, so that's the brain, now for the body. There's several key elements to toning the body: regular excersize, proper diet, and a regular schedule. Since you used to be a dancer your lucky, your body should already be used to being toned and it'll respond a lot faster to excersize then one that isn't.
Here's a little trial you can do to see if you can keep up a regular schedule. Set a certain time, and make sure you get up at that time every morning. When you get up do something along the lines of 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg lifts, 20 squats, and you can even go for a little jog. Make sure you eat properly (recommended is 6 small meals throughout the day) and get a lot of nutrients because your body is going to start needing more energy. No eatting junk food for the trail either. Also, drink lots of water, if you keep your body hydrated while having an active lifestyle you'll burn double the calories then with out. If you can do this for a week and don't have any real trouble with it, then you can make it a regular ruitine and you'll see results in no time. You'll actually see a little bit of results after the first week, but it all depends on how much effort you put in.
One last thing I'd like to cover, I know it sounds cliche, but if you think it, it'll happen. So if you try my trial, go into it with the mind set of "I'm going to get this done, and I'm going to get the results I want". Be realistic with yourself, but stay optimistic.

Unfortunatly for you, guys at that age are approaching their sexual peaks, don't blaim them too much for it. I know we have a tendancy to be dicks at times but there are guys out there that share the same feelings as you, you've just got to be patient and keep your faith that you will eventually find someone that's right for you. If you think about it, there's no point in getting in to lots of relationships that don't mean anything. Might as well wait for those one or two special ones that'll treat you right.

Well, there could be a lot of different reasons about why. You could be afraid of getting hurt by opening yourself up to someone and as such you make sure to distance yourself from anyone that you might open up to.
On the other hand, it could be that because you didn't have a father figure in your life that you're just in some strange way afraid of being with guys.
Or maybe there's just something in your head telling you that you're not ready to commit to a relationship and you constantly avoiding it is your way of dealing with it.
If you really like this guy and you want to be with him, then my best advice for you is to face whatever is troubling you. If you can't figure out what exactly keeps stopping you then just force yourself not to make any excuses, get your friends help if you have to. It's probably the fastest way to confront whatever your issue is as well as to make a stronger bond with your guy.
Also, this is just a little bit of side advice coming from someone who's been around lots of people that have had similiar issues: don't be afraid to draw your strength from people around you. If you feel that you can't face this alone, then don't. Face it with your friends, face it with your guy, or anyone else that you can trust, because trust me, they all want to help you if you need it, and I can say personally there's nothing more painful then watching a loved one go through something that they wont let you in to help with.

I took 4 ecstacy pills (dealer said only take 2, at most), i know that you can't measure what they have in them, since they aren't made by pharmacies.
I OD'd and got rushed to ER, they said all they could do was pump fluids into me. I had 2 ivs.
A urine test showed that the 4 pills contained: ecstacy, ketamine, and SPEED which I didn't know about.
I had went to ER in ambulance, paramedic injected .09% chloride or w/e to negate effects (acids/bases).
I got to hospital and nurse said my blood pressure was hovering around 220 for 2 hours, then it SLOWLY dropped over 2-3 more hours. my heart rate was very high, around 200 also. and my core temp. had risen also. i began having minor hallucinations. and i was sweating like i was in a sauna.
nurse said i was going to be okay, and she laughed when i asked her if i was, but i thought she was just saying that. she mentioned aneurysm, heart attack, etc. then looked away.
i wanna know what were my chances, of really having a serious problem. i'm very healthy, 16 years old, 170 pounds, on the varsity wrestling team, workout 5 times a weak, im on the off season and only wrestle 3 times a week for 2 hours a time.
was there really a good chance i wasnt going to make it? (link)

I couldn't give you an exact statistic but ya, there was a very good chance you could have died from that. If people hadn't dealt with you as fast as they probably did then your systems probably would have started to shut down. Considering you had a mixture of drugs in there that really only made things worse. I'm not really sure what to tell you about this, you should be thanking whatever god you can find that you're still alive and I hope you learn from this. There's too many people as it is that aren't lucky enough to get help when they need it.

Hey, there could be a few different reasons for why you have it. Purhaps you should think about using a different type of gel (if you use gel that is), hair wax is a little bit more expensive but it works a lot better anyways and wont flake like gel does. Also there's lots of shampoos that are designed for dandruff (Head and Shoulders). Try looking around the grocery store next time your near it and seeing what you can find. It could also be maybe you're skin is just too dry and is starting to flake because of it, which would mean just go drink more water on a regular basis. Hope this helps.

Unfortunatly, photography is a very expensive hobby as well as a very hard thing to make a living off of unless you can make it big or get a contract with some magazine etc. Most professional cameras start at about $600 and just go up. It makes it really hard for new people to try to make a career out of it. My advice for you would be just to get a basic 35mm film fed camera (I'm anti digital most of the time mainly because of the costs of the good cameras), get some different lens for it, and start from there. You'd be amazed at the type of pictures you can take with low end cameras some times. You can then try to sell some of your pictures or get them displayed at an art museum or something and use the money from that to buy a higher end camera. Odds are though if you spend $350 on a camera you'll probably get something useful for tourists only. Sorry if this wasn't really what you were looking for but I'd hate to see you waste money on a camera that wouldn't help you.

Well, for the most part, you're right about putting too much pressure on yourself. You need to not try to force things because it really doesn't work. First off you should really wait until you're actually in the mood before trying to masturbate, secondly, when you do start don't try to force yourself to orgasm or anything like that. It's a natural thing and if it's going to happen then it will without you stressing yourself out over it.
Of course that's not to say that there aren't things you can do to make it easier for yourself to orgasm. The biggest thing you can ever do is just learn to relax and enjoy it, don't sit there waiting for the climax. Besides that there's other little tricks you can do. If your thinking your biggest problem is just not being able to stay turned on, then there's mind trick you can play. First off, don't do anything sexual to yourself for a while, even if you get turned on. Set a date for when you'll allow yourself to masturbate again and make sure you hold out till then, till that time feel free to fantasize and tease yourself as much as possible, because the more you do the more intense you can make it for yourself. Well, my favourite book would be The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy. I'd give it a summary...but it'd be really hard considering the book. If you haven't read it, do! It's probably the funniest thing I've ever read. The auther is Douglas Adams and if you like that one book I'd advise going to find the rest of his stuff.
Some other good books would be The Catcher in the Rye. It's an old one but very good. As well as The Laughing Man, although this one is a short story it's still a very good read. Both of them are written by J.D. Salinger.
My last suggestion is actually based off of an anime/manga/tv series but it's still a very good read. It's called .Hack//AI Buster written by Tatsuya Hamazaki. The story follows two characters that are part of "The World", A Mass Multiplayer Online Roll Playing Game. Both characters are connected by a vagraint AI. The story makes a powerful statement about judgements and pregudice and is very action oriented yet still remains very funny.

It depends on your race actually. Caucasion people have an average of 6", Asian people have an average of 5", and I believe that Black people have an average of 6.5"-7" but don't quote me on that last one. I don't know what the rest has. Anyways, like was said, you don't want to worry too much about size. If you can learn how to do what you're doing well then trust me, you'll be leaps and bounds ahead of lots of people that are 7" or 8" and just rely on their size.

Well...they kinda don't. Most anime movies don't actually fit properly into the time line of the series, they're just like little side stories. But if you insisted on trying to place them then it'd be something like movie 1 would take place before Tetsiga (sp?) was broken, movie 2 after it was broken, movie 3 would be some time around when Naraku was reborn (a bit before it I'd assume), and I have yet to see movie 4 so I couldn't tell ya.

Well, there's a few different ways to speed up a cut for healing. If it's still bleeding make sure that you put pressure on it. Also, don't constantly wipe away the blood because you're body needs that to coagulate so that the cut can be sealed. If you want it to scab quickly well then just wait for it to coagulate and a few hours later you'll have a scab.
