A lot of the time dandruff could be from not getting the soap all out of your hair though. That's always the case for me because usually I don't have the time to but if you do make sure it's well worth it. Also make sure your hair is dry. If it's not you could also get dandruff that way.

of any kind and give it a try. It make take
a couple of times using it before it helps,
but it will.
I also want to add that if you wash your
hair daily, don't. Washing your hair every
day strips out all the natural oils from
it. So unless your hair is just extremely
oily, every couple of days is often enough
to wash it. If you have hard to comb hair,
use cream rinse without washing it first. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

Purhaps you should think about using a different type of gel (if you use gel that is), hair wax is a little bit more expensive but it works a lot better anyways and wont flake like gel does. Also there's lots of shampoos that are designed for dandruff (Head and Shoulders). Try looking around the grocery store next time your near it and seeing what you can find. It could also be maybe you're skin is just too dry and is starting to flake because of it, which would mean just go drink more water on a regular basis. Hope this helps.
