How to wear compression shorts?

Question Posted Sunday April 27 2008, 5:22 pm

I wear compression shorts when i work out and all that good stuff. Usually i wear nike or under armour, but anyway I was wondering if you're supposed to wear underwear underneath? someone told me you're not supposed to...

i kinda hope it doesn't make my cough cough to get sticky... not to mention people seeing the shape....

The main thing you want to worry about is air circulation. Just as long as your skin can still breath you should be fine no matter what you're wearing.
