I love giving advice & I think I'm pretty good at it. I can get along with almost anyone unless they piss me off. I adore Hollister, it's my favorite store ever. I'm not a girly girl but I'm not a tomboy either. I don't wear any make-up at all, I don't like it. I hate it when girls wear way too much of it, it's.. ew. I'm a pretty big goofball & I love making people laugh. I'm not very mature, either. Love me or hate me, I'll still be me & I won't change for anyone.


I have a lot in common with people but I'm still different. I'm not stuck up & I like making new friends. I have a lot of them but I have no idea what I'd do without my best friends. I don't judge people by the way they dress, their personality is what gets me.


Music takes up a huge part of my life. I listen to pretty much anything & everything. Literally, you name it.. I probably like it. I love romantic songs & songs that make me wanna dance. :D


Kevin is the love of my life. He's always there for me when I need him & he's everything I've ever wanted. He's handsome, romantic, sweet, smart, hilarious.. everything. Words can't express how much I love him. We've been together since June 14, 2005. We're gonna be together forever & no one can stop us. ♥ ♥ He has a column on here, too. theres this boy and hes been going to my school for like 3 weeks and he is like a thug boy and my best friend really likes him but i do to and he is such a flirt with all of us.i just cant get him out of my mind. he hangs out with us all the time but he has a girlfriend. And just the other day he asked me out when he had a fight with his girlfriend...i said no but deep inside i was thinking yes! so if he asks me out again what should i say? also i dont wanna hurt my homies feelings

I wouldn't go out with him. If you two end up going out & you have a fight, he'll more than likely go to another girl & ask her out. I can't believe he did that to his girlfriend, that's just horrible. If you did start going out with him, your best friend would probably be very sad because she likes him & you'd be going out with him. So, I'd save the drama & your friendship & not go out with him.

how am i supposed to get bigger bobs mine jus wont grow and im getting older and nothing is there any natural at home way icould.. mmake my boobs bigger?

No, there's not, but they'll keep growing up until your early twenties. You could always wear a padded bra to make your boobs look more bigger for now. I wouldn't recommend plastic surgery though, it's not safe & in my opinion, it doesn't look normal.

my boyfriend and i have been together for a year and we have a great relationship for the most part but lately we've been fighting a lot...the other day he got a message from his ex gf on his myspace and he replied to it. i told him it bothered me and he told me it was okay and that he was only gonna say that. then today i came home and he left his myspace up on my computer so i checked the messages which i know i shouldnt have done but i found more messages back and fourth with her. i dont know if i should be mad or not but i feel like i cant say anything because i kind of violated his privacy but it really does bother me. i know he doesnt like her i just feel uncomfortable with it. HELP PLEASEEE!!

If he's flirting with her on the messages, question him about it. If it's just a normal conversation that two friends would have, let it go. Just because they're friends doesn't mean that there's anything going on between them. Keep in mind he's with you & not with her, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. :]

im subscribed to cosmogirl, the magazine..and in it there's a contest you can enter... the pet beauty contest. the only way you can enter is on a website, this website: www.cosmogirl.com/petbeautycontest. i've tried to enter several times but every time it says this page can't be found! or something. it's really starting to bug me. is it just my computer or what?! ok, i'm thinking it might be the size of the picture or something. it says "Your photo submission MUST be a JPEG file no smaller than
3" x 5", no larger than 250Kb and with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI." how can i make sure it's the right size and if it isnt, change it??? i know theres only a slight chance of winning, but you never know, and you can win a nintendo ds, and i really want one! thanks =]

When you go to 'My Pictures' hold your mouse over the picture that you want & it should show you how many kilobites there are & the dimensions. If the photo is too big, you could make a free account at photobucket.com & resize your picture there.

Okay, this guy Karl in my biology class likes me, but I don't like him the same way. I mean he's a really sweet nice guy and all, but I don't know what to do. My friend told me that he likes me, and later in Bio. class i heard people her across the room talking with him and two other people about it. I pretended I did'nt hear anything because I was so far away. but anways, If he says anything about it to me, what should I do? I don't want to hurt him. What should I do?

Just tell him in a nice way that you don't feel the same way for him & you guys could always be friends. If you keep leading him on, he's just gonna get more hurt so I'd tell him as soon as he tells you anything about it.

I love hollister. Torn mini skirts with uggs and leg warmers and a cute sweater is my fave outfit. But a lot of people I dont pull off the "prep" look? Is that even possible? Ugh, and why do people even CARE what I wear..is it really their business to tell me what I should and should not wear.

It doesn't matter if you pull off the prep look off or not. All that matters is being yourself & loving yourself for who you are & not what people want you to be. Your best friend & the other people are more than likely jealous if they have to say ignorrant stuff like that. You're right though, it's none of their business to tell you what you should wear, don't listen to them. I think that outfit sounds adorable & it's something I would wear. I listen to "emo" bands, too. I more than likely get judged like anyone else in school does but I don't care. As long as you have confidance, no one can bring you down.

Any preppy store because the majority of them sell skin tight clothes. Victoria's Secret is deffinately a good store, too.

soo i just got my period. and im kind of confused- about everything. how long can i leave a tampon in? can i wear one to bed? and how long does it last? one week every month?

You can only leave your tampon in for a few hours. If you leave it in for a long while, you can get TSS [ toxic shock syndrome ] & that's deffinately not good. I wouldn't wear one to bed, a pad would be better. Periods can last from 3-7 days. They occur every 28 days if you've had your period for over two years. If you've had it for less than two years, it can happen at anytime.

these 2 girls got in a fight..k and e. k is the one that they are mad at for no reason. e got one of her friends and then she got involved. at lunch , and friend that got involved pour a whole container of milk of k 's head and her friends' head. i was friends with all of them. now, the involved friend with e called and asked if i was mad and if i still wanted to be their friends. i said i was mad so now they are mad at me!!! wat do i do.

If you're not friends with E, forget her & her friend. That was so mean to pour a whole container of milk on their heads & they don't even have a reason why they hate her. Even if they did have a reason, that's not right. If they're mad at you just because you said you were mad about something they did, that's just being immature. You could tell your councelor what happened or just let it go. I think you should still be friends with K, she didn't do anything wrong.

It seems like all fashion models are tall, and when watching Americas Next Top Model on tv, there was this one girl (bre i think) and they said she was like almost too short to be a model, and she wasnt even that short! I'm only 13/f right now, but when i grow older i want to try to be a model, but i'm extremely short, so i was wondering if there is any modeling careers out there that let shorter people model (right now i'm only like almost five foot)

There might be but I doubt it. All fashion models have to be really tall, like at least 5'7 if you want to be on the runway like the models in America's Next Top Model. You're only 13 though so you have lots of time to grow. You could possibly become a model sometime later on or model in a magazine.

My mum says I have big breast...! I think I have pretty normal sized ones but she says mine is too big for my age and that it will keep growing until im 18 (im 14) and when i have kids..it will get bigger and hang. I have 36B...sometimes (different brands) a 36c fits too. Is this huge for my age? ALSO I'm kinda fat...so I suppose there is fat that's making my booobs huge!

No, that's not huge for your age. It doesn't matter if your fat or not, that has nothing to do with how big your boobs are. You can't make them stop growing but within a few years, they'll stop growing.

Hi, I'm a sixteen year old female from Canada. I like to wear short skirts and shorts in classes since I find them to be flattering and my school is very warm. Last year, our vice principals always told me to change because they were 'too short'.

I have a few problems with this. If I'm not exposing too much (in my opinion) can they legally give me a detention if I do not change? What might happen if I did not go to the detention?

Also, can I argue that they only ask tall people to change since the clothing appears shorter? One day me and my best friend were walking (wearing the same skirt in different colours - accidentaly) and they asked me to change, not her. We were together when it happened.

Yes, they can give you a detention. If you don't go to detention, you could possibly get another detention, a call home, or get suspended for a few days. Ahh, yeah.. it does suck that they ask the taller people to change their clothes. I'm tall too & one time I wore a pair of short shorts & got in trouble for it. You couldn't see anything either so I was mad. I totally understand how you feel.

If you've been going out with your boyfriend for a while, you could make him a scrapbook. I made one for my boyfriend & gave it to him for Christmas & he loved it. It's so much fun to work on, too. If you only have a few pictures of you guys together, you could pick your favorite picture, frame it, & decorate the frame. Last Valentine's Day, I gave my boyfriend a big box of his favortie candy & he loved that, lol. Another thing you could do is you could get you & him tickets to his favorite sports game.

i'm trying to get as many peoples opinions as possible, so please answer honestly: if you went to a school that is pretty open minded and liberal, etc, (this is a question about two girls, so ignore the homophobic aspects, pretend thats not an issue, what i'm talking about is age) do people think it would be weird for a junior and a freshman to go out? you see it all the time with older guys and younger girls, but would any of you think it was strange if it were two girls?

No, people don't think it's weird. It's a pretty common thing in high school when older guys date younger girls & vise versa. Some people don't think anything of it if two girls would go out & of course some do but like anything else, they'll get used to it.

Yes, you can. One of my girl friends takes birth control for her periods & she said it helps her cramps a lot.

No, there's nothing wrong with you. Your period isn't on a normal cycle for the first two years so it can happen at any time. After two years, you should have your period every 28 days.
