Growing breats only comes naturally. Using those so-called "miracle breast creams" and other OTC medication is just plain bogus. It only takes time. In fact, my friends had small breasts until they turned like 25. They went from a cup A to a cup C.
However, when you are old enough, (like 18) or if you are able to, you can try getting plastic surgery, or use padded bras that give you not only another cup bigger but more comfort.

Mine won't grow either. Try a super padded, push-up, or gel filled bra. You can get good ones at Victoria's Secret. The ones from target and walmart tend to get too flimsy after a couple of wears. There are no natural ways to get bigger breasts. They'll be bigger if you gain weight, but nobody wants that.

No, there's not, but they'll keep growing up until your early twenties. You could always wear a padded bra to make your boobs look more bigger for now. I wouldn't recommend plastic surgery though, it's not safe & in my opinion, it doesn't look normal.

ok, you still grow up until your early 20's... so i would say just wait IF you want to get surgery that is. a woman's body is still growing up until your early 20's and they could get bigger naturally. but besides that.. you could get pushups like the other girls said, or you can get bras with a lot of padding in them. having smaller boobs is a plus... because they won't get saggy as quickly as women who have large breasts!

There's not really any way to do it unnaturally, other than plastic surgery. I'm guessing you're still pretty young, so even if you've already got your period, you may still be developing. It may just be a bit slower than compared to others.
Gaining weight will help in that area, but I'm not sure if you're a person to be willing to try that, because once you lose the weight, you also lose that weight, too.
As the others have said, a pushup (most likely padded) will be helpful. =)

There is no natural way. They will grow over time, and if you end up not being fully happy with there size you can surgery on them.

hey, well your boobs will grow over time. if not then theres always plastic surgery. i wouldnt go that far tho. people with flatter chests are actually luckier i think. that way perves arent always staring at you and bigger boobs hurt more. for right now pushup bras seem to be your only option.
