okay im not fat and inoe it. just ive been on vacation and im gaining weight. i need to lose the weight and ive been going to the gym working out a lot, pilates and everything but i cant stop eating. its not like im a cumpulsive eater or nething like that. and im not hungry all the time. jus im bored or i wanna eat something because of the taste and im not hungry. i duno its wierd. and i noe some of u are gonna say to eat snacks and stuff but have them be healthy... and i do that. but like i wanna stop eating soo much. because i finish lunch and i eat a banana and then i want something else. so i eat grapes and then like yogurt and then i go to the kitchen and eat some more.??? pleassee help me. wat are ways i can stop eatingg and cut down on my cravings because i noe its gonna get out of hand im gonna start eating unhealthy foods and gain weighhtt

haha i have the same problem.... i eat when im bored. it's not a good habbit but i cant help it! lately.. since the holidays.. i have been trying to run.. it works every muscle in the body and is good for burning calories. another thing is water. if you drink a lot of water... it could just be water weight. you can gain up to 5 pounds of water weight! but it's good for you.. helps keep your system running!

ok theres this boy that i like and that i have liked for a long time and we would flirt and all like we would make bets and stuff hes a flirtnot only to me but others and he told me that he likes me as a friend but his friends and everybody around me tells me different and the thing is that he knows i like him and well sometimes he acts like he likes me more than just a friend and heres whats complicated i feel like im getting closer yet further and he knows my brothers and hes friends not good friends but friends he said that hes not scared of my brothers and he proved so on some occasions like at a party so he does act like he likes me but he never really says it or acts on it and i wonder why why act like more than a friend but not act on it and well another problem is that hes black and my parents and brother its a really really big issue like i would forever be disowened by them and the thing is that im usaually not attracted to black guys but its different with him everytime i think im over him he pops back up its like im so CLOSE BUT YET SO FAR ITS LIKE I CAN REACH OUT AND TOUCH HIM BUT YET HES UNTOUCHABLE PLEASE HELP (link)

well 1st off.. i think your parents need to look at it this way... if he makes you happy and you make him happy.. there shouldn't be a problem with race. they were brought up that way in their generation, but this day and age it's totally different. color doesn't matter.. feelings do! i would believe him.. his friends could be playing a joke or something. go to him and talk to him personally... he is the one with feelings. plus his friends could be just saying stuff without knowing if it's true or not. sometimes guys say stuff to their friends that isn't really true because they want to be "cool" and stuff. bottom line- you should talk to him!

ok, you still grow up until your early 20's... so i would say just wait IF you want to get surgery that is. a woman's body is still growing up until your early 20's and they could get bigger naturally. but besides that.. you could get pushups like the other girls said, or you can get bras with a lot of padding in them. having smaller boobs is a plus... because they won't get saggy as quickly as women who have large breasts!

straight off.. you need to talk to him. dont let things sit.. because right now they are sitting there and building up. they could get really bad, so the best thing is to ask him what's up and if he's ok. just dont blame him, or anything like that (that will make him defensive and mad at you if you do). the best advice i can give you is to talk to him, make sure you bring it up nicely and make sure you know your main points or concerns you want to bring up.

it doesnt matter what they think. if they are really your friends, they will understand. two years isn't a big gap anyways =] my boyfriend and i are almost 3 years apart. age shouldn't really matter (unless its like a huge differnece)... the feeling you get with that person is what really matters!

Hi, for the longest time I have trying to get more volume in my hair. everything I try just falls flat in the first 10 mins. I use volume shampoo and conditioner. I have tried hairspray, I have tried teasing it. I have tried volumnizing spray and gel. I have also tried blow drying it upside down. Nothing seems to hold. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could try or do to get more volume? Any products or techniques that would help. (link)

hey there! i know this really good volumizing stuff for your hair. i use it myself and it works great! ooh, and it smells fantastic too!! it's called "superstar" by bead head. it's basically for thick hair... but it works for both thick and thin hair. hope ya like it =]

Well I dumped my four month boyfriend

i would probably call him back & tell him why you guys need to break up. that is letting him know and see that you are the bigger person... that you have control and can handle the situation without playing games that little kids play (aka not telling the person to their face or on the phone). it's more personal to talk on the phone or in person. you also get to see & hear their reaction towards what you are saying. don't feel guilty, but you should call him and talk about it.

Okay, this is what is up. I was in a relationship with a 46 year old man...I am 20. Is that weird? I can not get him out of my head. We were dating, according to him, this summer, but broke up around September. He occassionally calls and asks if he can see me, etc. and I would really like to, but I don't know...How do I get this man I love out of my head, because right now a relationship is not possible?

if you think about it... alot of people who marry have a huge gap between their ages. my aunt and uncle are 20 years apart... shes 24 and hes 44. i dont think that really matters... yes it is kind of weird to you or atleast it seems to be. but i think that if there's a connection and feeling with that person, it doesn't matter and shouldn't. hope it helped!

Ok so the deal is that i had this boyfriend that i truly loved and we broke up,and he is a liar and its really not worth going back with him.The point is that i still love him.I have another guy who is really nice and wants to get to know me,even though it has been 5 months since my ex and i broke up i still have feelings for him and im afraid that jumping in another relationship is bad.I feel that i might end up hurting this new guy or maybe im just afraid of getting hurt again but im also afraid of letting a good guy go...Should i take the risk and give this new guy a chance because he is really nice and does make me feel something,or should i just be single for a while more until i dont have any more feelings for my ex? well, i'd say move on with that old ex. you just said how rude and mean he was too you.. by lieing. you also said it wasn't worth getting back with him. he may lie again to you, worse than before.
the other guy seems nice.. and he wants to get to know you =] i would stay friends with the new guy.. until you are 100% sure you are over your ex. i have been there too.. same situation.. i had a guy that wanted to go out with me, and i went out with him (to try and get over my ex.. rebound i guess). i pretty much thought that i was doing good with him, he really liked me alot. then i started feeling guilty for being with him, when i had my ex on my mind constantly. i ended it right away because i wasn't ready for the relationship. i thought i was but i was wrong.
my advice is to keep that new guy.. as a friend for now. he seems nice, but i wouldn't go out with him until you are ready and over your ex because you will hurt him and yourself. if he is a good guy he will understand why you don't want to be in a relationship and will wait for you until you are ready =]

hmm.. i think you need to go to a drug store and get the semi permanent color... to test it out. it will wash out with a few shampoos or so =]
google the hairstyle/coloring style and you will get alot of different cool styles =]
