im 13 and i like my friends brothers friend named eric. hes like what 16 is he to old he for me. cause i really like him. i live in tn. and he lives in ky. i go to ky to visit my bff (kaitlyn). this summer i went up there for a three day camping trip wit my bff family. eric was there. we didnt talk at all but he looked at me alot. i dont know what to do. ive never had a boyfriend and not even my first kiss. its easy to give advice. but i can never fall through with my own. i get scared. so help me please

Okay first off, no he's not too old for you but here in TN the llegal age difference is no bigger than 3 years. Haha I live in tennessee too but anywho, you may visit your friend a lot but trust me long distant relationships do not work and they are nothing but heartbreaks and worries. I had a boyfriend who lived in Arkansas and all I worried about was what he was doing and I was also VERY lonely. Obviously he was too because he cheated on me but I suggest that you find a boy that lives where you are and who is your age. I'm 13 and I'm skinny and I have chubby cheeks. Is it possible that I could still have baby fat on my cheeks even though I'm 13? When does baby fat go away?

Well, you have a face as they call it "The baby face". It's a very good thing though!! Be happy that you got a nice face because it of course makes you look younger and amazingly adorable! It's a common thing that you just can't get rid of and let me tell you, some people would kill to have a face like yours right now!! Whenever I would talk about my face to my mom she would tell me how I should enjoy the fact that I have chubby cheeks now because when I'm way older my face will start to become saggy and wrinkly. So just enjoy having a nice young face! If u want to try to make your face a little bit thinner then drink lots of water and maybe put a few drops of lemon juice in the water, it works for me and I actually lost some water weight in my body and my face! My boyfriend cheated on me one week after we got together. Now I have taken him back (about 2 weeks after he cheated on me). All of my friends thinks it's a misstake but I believe in second chaces and I like this guy...All advicenators out there do you believe in the term- "once a cheater, always a cheater"??
Was it a big misstake to take him back, should I dump him for what he did to me?

i have been friends with this guy for about a year. he's really cool and all, and i consider him my guy best friend, and i guess he considers me his girl best friend. we have a lot of things in common, and we talk about all anything. from sports to music to girls and all that stuff. one time we talked in AIM for 8 hours straight! the last time i talked to him, before he left for vacation, we talked about how we talked for 8 hours straight. [[it's always been random things that we talk about]] and somewhere along the line of conversation, i said something like, "well, i wouldn't wanna waste your time talking to me."
here's a quick scene from that conversation::
HIM: oh come on. you're one of the only people i could talk to for 8 hours and love it
ME: uh-huh
HIM: yeaah. why do you think that it would be a waste of time for me?
ME: i don't know... maybe you have better things 2 do?
HIM: now why would i talk to you for so long if i had better things to do? i talked to you for 8 hours because i love talking to you
ME: i guess... lol... this is turning into one of those "aw" moments

i thought it was REALLLY sweet of him to say that. since then i've been feeling like i like him more than a friend. i heard that he kinda likes someone, but i'm not sure who it is. i don't really wanna tell him that i like him, because i don't wanna put our friendship in jeopardy. i'm thinking of just waiting to see if he'll ask me out. maybe not anytime soon, but hopefully when i still like him. should i? we don't go to the same school anymore. we used to, but his parents wants him to go to this other school so that he has a better chance of him getting into this high school that i'm hoping to get into, too. i really miss him, and even though i talk to him more than anybody else, i still feel like it's not enough. what should i do?

Well, when you kiss someone you have to let it go on naturally. Maybe the reason why you pulled away from chris so fast was because you weren't ready to kiss him! All you have to do is not be afraid to kiss him, because once you've done it , you'll feel a whole lot better about it!Just do it when you think your ready and go for it!

Now, about Chris and Correy, maybe you need to work more on Chris before you do Correy. Since you love him as you said. All I gotta say is just keep talking to him and be yourself, flirt with him! He'll come around to it! If there still isn't any hope with him then maybe you need to move on to Correy. hey everyone... im a 15/f && i have been getting bullied since 8th grade by this girl && some of her friends... && this girl in 8th grade started IMing me on the internet and started cussing me out.. && then in 9th grade she got my cell phone number and started prank calling me along with her friends... && she also would say im ugly and i try to hard to fit in... she told me this when i talked to her eariler today!!! i wuz like im not ugly && i don't try to hard to fit in && i don't care what u && yur firiends think of me... but she was like fuuck you && go to hell && don't tell me what to do... do she's going to keep bothering me!! so how should i prevent her from bothering me? i've tried to ignore her && that didn't work... && i've tried standing up for myslelf

Well first off, people only bully other people because either they are bullied too or they are jealous of you so don't take any offense of what this girl is saying.

Second, what I think you should do is maybe tell her to get a life and leave you alone. If that doesn't work then just tell a teacher or adult, that can surely settle the problem. We are moving this summer and my parents told me I could get a dog. I want a small dog that I can carry around with me everywhere. I've thought about getting a bichon frise for quite some time, but I found out that they can get fairly big sometimes. Any ideas on some small, full bred dogs I could get? And some of the positives and negatives about them?

Oh my gosh! I LOVE little dogs!!! What I prefer for little dogs is maybe a yorkie (those r cute), a pomeranian, or DEFINITLEY a chihuahua.

ONE IMPORTANT THING: do not get a super small dog as they call (teacups, mini, etc.) usually those dogs tend to have organ failure later on, if not that they are sick A LOT which equals many many visits to the veteranarian!They may be as cute as can be but they won't live long enough.

I have two chihuahuas and they are the sweetest things ever! I hope you enjoy your new doggie! Remember, NO SUPER SMALL DOGS!

well my best friend and i have been friends for like 2 1/2 years. we usually get along suprisingly well and never fight, although we did get into some arguments and there are just little things she does that annoy me . i've tried to talk to her about it but she is frustratingly stubborn and wont see anything from anyone elses side but her own. she also makes it blantantly clear about the little things i do that annoy her and try to stop, but cant quite since they just happen involuntary. in the past week or so shes been acting weird and telling me differnet things, such as pointing out if i have acne on my face...which obviously isnt a huge self esteem booster. she told me i had gained weight since last WEEK, that i havet oo much fat on my stomach (which i know i dont because im 5"7 and only 115 lbs) and that i have too skinny of arms and man hands. i try talking to her about this but she freaks out and says it was a joke. it wasnt a joke...and if it was why didnt she laugh? why didnt i laugh? she didnt say it in an easygoing voice she said it matter of fact and i dont know what to do because i want to remain friends with her but the fact that she wont listen to me is really irritating.
i need to know what i should do.

Okay, yeah I have a friend sort of like this. I think that maybe the only reason why she is saying this stuff to you is because she is possibly offended by you and JEALOUS! Thats what girls do, we can be VICIOUS!

What you need to do is possibly sit down with her and tell her how you feel about what she is saying about you. Tell her you don't appreciate it, and its not the best friend thing to do! I met a guy (steven) through my cousin when i visited him last week...they are friends and he was over there when i came over. Well it obvious that he was into me..he was overly nice..always complemented me..and we hit it off. Well my cousin was mad when he found he out we were kind of into eachother. I guess he was being overprotective. But this guy lives an hr away and i miss him already..i really started to like him. And that was the first guy i liked in years! i dont have his number but he has a myspace. Should i forget about him or what?

Ah, trust me you don't want to get into a relationship like this. I've learned from experience that long distant relationships aren't the best. My boyfriend ended up cheating on me... anywho, I think that if you and him are willing to see each other A LOT then maybe it would work out. Just get to know him first. my best friend is scared of the dark. i can't get to sleep when i spend the night at her house because she keeps all the lights on in her room and i just cant fall asleep. so when she hits the hay... i quietly go to the light switch and turn the lights off. as soon as i do that she wakes up and starts crying! what to do???

i've had this bump behind my right ear/on the back of my head for a really long time. i'd say a few years. the thing is, it hasn't gotten any bigger, it's hard, but stayed the same size & it's actually pretty small. it doesn't hurt when i touch it er anything. do you think it's something serious?? any ideas on what it could be??
