is this a cuss word?
in your opinion, is "pissed" a curse word? i am 15/f and my friends and teachers say it, and i was just curious. for example, "that really pissed me off."

First of all, to answer your question, I don't think that it's a curse word. But you said your teachers say it. This is because your in highschool and your teachers probably think your mature enough to not say stuff like "ooohh he/she said a curseword." or something like that. I have teachers that curse all the time, but say much more explict stuff the "pissed".

But, no, it is not a curse word.
Just be careful of who you say it around because some people freak out about it.

I personally wouldn't consider it a curse word. If it is, it's certainly not even close to being as bad as others.

Some say yes, some say no. You are however not allowed to say it at a place of employment. I nearly got nailed for saying it at work.
