Hello, I'm a girl and I'm 14. I have a lot of fat around my buttocks, thighs, and my stomach. I'm actually had a woman at an amusement park ask me if I was pregnant! (If I was she wasn't going to let me ride a certain thing.) I didn't think I looked that bad until that day so now I'm worried about losing weight. I'm 130 pounds so I figure my goal will be to lose 20 pounds, but more importantly lose the fat. Has anyone got any tips, rountines, and exercises I should try? Heres what I do...and I'm kinda in the same situation as you...until now. I got involved in a dance class and its so much fun and a good work out! Another thing start eating healtheir DONT STARVE YOURSELFFF!!!!! but cut back on the snack in between meals if you can, do 10 crunches or sit ups a night and then work your way up to a goal that you can handle like what i did was start off with 10 a night then once i felt like i could handle it i did 20 a night then 40 and now i do 60 i want to make it to 100 soon!! Also drink more water because drinking pop really adds fat around the buttox and thighs if you drink more water that would be good. So eat healtheir do a couple sets of crunches a night run as much as you can, drink water, and get involved in any sports, and if theres no sports you can do then do stuff by yourself or call friends over to do it with you. you can dance byurself (Something i do!) and everytime you want to eat get a banana or something healthy i really hope everything works out for you ***oh and you have to really want to lose weight to do this because its really hard trust me** I Hope i helped!! AND PS> DIET PILLS ARE NOT THE ANSWER!!!

So there is this guy nick, and we met at a bat-mitzvah party in like september and had such a good time, joking around and laughing with my friend, Alita.
So the other day, we lots of my friends went to 6 flags. and like for the last hour, we changed groups almost...and i was hanging with nick ali and ali's boyfriend.

You can't really stop your feelings this could just be a simple stage, maybe since shes popular and cute (i dont know if she is) but if she is it could just be an attraction you have to her. or maybe you have mixed feelings from being in this new enviorment just wait a couple of weeks and see if your feelings change, if not then talk to a best friend you can trust, sorry this is the best advice i have

Well my boyfriend (of 6 days shy of 10 months) lets call him Steve, well, he has a problem with my best guy friend, we'll call him Joe.
Steve told me that he doesn't like Joe because i simply tell him too many things, and i talk to him too much. But Joe is almost like a best friend to me, and nothing more.
Now, Joe has a girlfriend, who i am good friends with. Accually today was their one year anniversery. So no, we have nothing going on between us more than a friendship.
So i don't see why my boyfriend is over-reacting, he knows i love him, and only him.
Joe loves his gf, and wouldn't like anyone else.
I mean, Joe has given me very sweet compliments, calling me beautiful, because i have a very low self-esteem, so he tries to change that, but nothing will ever change the confidence in my self.
He's just a nice guy, who i'm very good friends with i can trust Joe with a lot of things.
And i love my boyfriend to death, but i really wish he wouldn't have a problem with Joe, and Steve does know that Joe has complimented me, and didn't have a problem with it, he agreed.
How can i have Steve not have a problem with Joe?

MY boyfriend used to have the same problem this is what i did:
I sat him down and asked him if he truley trusted me, because we couldn't be happy together unless we trusted eachother. He said he honesly did so i told him that if he really trustted me he would understand that i love him to death! and he said yeah he does then i said that i didnt love my fguy friend its just that he is easy to talk to and can help me and that i only like him as a friend and then he said he was sorry he was jelous and trust me i dont know if you can do that but it really helped me so i hope it helps you!!

I might be pregnant, Il find out in a couple of weeks if i miss my period or not but im so stressed out about that fact that i might be pregnant this could cause my period to be late. Whatever you do DO NOT get an abortion its killing someone! I would have the baby if your pregnant then put it up for adoption, tell your family they may not understand at first but they will be glad you tell them and want to help! and talk to the guy who may be the father see what he has to say... this isn't the best advice but its the best i can offer. My dad pasted away from leukemia 4 months and 10 days ago (March 1st). Well right now, we're (my mom, brother, and I) in Ireland visiting family. We've been here for about 3 weeks. Well for then past 2 weeks my mom has been acting very different and forgetful. When she goes to do the dishes or something, when she's done, she'll come and sit down then get up and say that she needs to do the dishes. When she gets into the kitchen and sees that there are no dishes (because she already did them) she'll ask "Who did the dishes? I was about to do them!" It's so weird. She'll also repeats herself all the time and never wants to go out or do anything.
We're all so worried about her but we don't know what to do. My family members want us to get her to see a specialist here in Ireland but my brother and I want to cut our trip short and deal with it once we get back to the states. We don't know which is better.
At first we thought she's like this because of the loss of my dad but she's gone over 4 months without anything weird like this so why now? Any help?

Well a way to get rid of your nerves is you shouldn't be nervous with your boyfriend you should be totally comfortable around him so if you're still nervous after this then maybe your just not ready yet, and theres no rush things like this take time. If you want to make it good for him their is a book called sex for dummies you may feel stupid reading it but it really can help. or explain to your boyfriend that your ready but nervous and maybe he can help you!

I'm a girl and I know how it feels to be like that (I get shy around guys sometimes too!) I usually take my good friend Catie who is so social and can really talk and she usually loosens me up a bit and i can start talking theres confidence in numbers so when u talk to girls take ur friends who can talk to them without a problem and have them start of the conversation then when your comfortable start talking too! If your parents have anyone they know from work, or their friends have your parents tell them about how you can babysit. If you have any friends who babysit then ask them to request you to their client when their not available. Try the flyer things again if you can and if you by the Babysitters guide by American Girl books it has ways to get around and a lot of advice on babysitting it also comes with activites and buisness babysitter cards you can make! I think it's so nice that you still care about her, So here is my advice to you: If he is hitting her and being cruel and you have proof I would bring it with the police or parents Abuse is a very serious thing and can really hurt someone. So tell anyone you can to try and stop it. Your X-girlfriend my be very hateful towards you but it'll be ok because in the end she will realize you did it because you care. I can't tell you if she'll come back and I am sorry about that but I do know that if you get her help (even if she doesn't think she needs it) then she will appriciate you even if it doesn't seem like it at first! well, me and my boyfriend got in a fight because he told me i didnt respect him so i told him to go away. and hes mad at me for saying that to him. and i tryed to apoligize to him but he told me whenever i do that i just make things worse wich makes me even more upset. and last night i told him i loved him but he didnt respond back.hes still mad at me today i tryed to talk to him but i still got nothing. he might be going to jail cuz he had a bench warrent he just left with the cops but they said that his bail is 200$ n he has 200$. But im just not sure on what to do or how to make things better... because hes still mad at me for last night n hes gunna be in a bad mood if he comes back from jail...i just need advice on how to make things better or how to apoligize or anything i would aprecaite it alot. Fights come with all relationships, which really stinks! The best thing you can do is say you are truely sorry and that you will try to respect him more (if you're really willing too.) You can't change if he gets in jail he did something on his own which you can't change. 5 months is a long time too so I completely understand how it would feel if in the end things didn't work out. But like I said make him understand that you will respect him and that you are sorry and that you mean it whether that means getting him something, leaving him 500 messages on his phone telling him how much you're sorry and love him. I really hoped I helped.
