Hi my name is brandy i am sorry that i did not make my question clear but i was asking for advice on babysitting i want to start but i just dont know how i did the flyers thing like everyone has been telling me but it just is not working for me so do you have any other advice

You can still put up flyers and everything but to make your babysitting job more out there you can make business cards and ask your mom and dad to give them out at there jobs and you can hand them out at the grocery store and pharmacys.

What did you put on the flyer? Did you put like 'i am a babysitter [[ insert number ]]'. If you did, put more information, like what ages of children you are able to sit, when you are available to babysit, how much you want to be paid, your phone number, ect. You may need more experience. If you have babysat before, put that you have a lot of experience on your flyer. In my case, I have babysat my cousins over the years. I know how to change diapers, feed babies, how to take care of toddlers, ect.
Not all children are going to be 7/8/9 years old and can find something to do by themselves. You'll need to have experience with younger children, too. Try offering to babysit your mom's friend's daughter/son. You can also volunteer or get a job at a daycare so you can be with kids.

tell all your friends and let your mom and dad tell all their friend ahh did you put up flyers on in the library try that...try putting flyers in mailboxes but dont do it more than once that might pissthem off ok well maybe you could get another job busboy or a bagboy or work in the library that seems good or in a pet shelter ok bye

Dear Babysitting,
If your parents have anyone they know from work, or their friends have your parents tell them about how you can babysit. If you have any friends who babysit then ask them to request you to their client when their not available. Try the flyer things again if you can and if you by the Babysitters guide by American Girl books it has ways to get around and a lot of advice on babysitting it also comes with activites and buisness babysitter cards you can make! hmm..i can see why the flyers won't work. probably because they don't know you, haven't seen you, & probably won't want to leave their kids with someone they've never met before. try going door to door around your neighborhood. meet diff people & ask them. they might want to get to know you a bit. that way they can see you & you're neighbors & what not.
