at night i cant go to bed!! my mom wont let me take any medicines cuz im only 13. "happy thots" no longer help. is there any programs or something i can get to help me sleep. i got this sleeping cd to help u sleep but i get scared still..ive had this my whole life and i get scared SOO much! (link)

Ok, this is kinda gross... but for the past two days I've been having this weird, brown discharge. It wasn't much at first but last night I put on a pad and it almost looks like I'm having my period. And that's what I thought at first - it kind of looked like the brown, not-quite-bloody discharge I get RIGHT before my period starts (like, within an hour or two). But so far, I haven't started my period and I'm still getting this brown discharge.
I don't have any other symtoms. It doesn't hurt or itch or burn or anything like that. I looked all over the place (including webmd) but couldn't find anything that matched my symptom.
So does anyone know what it could be? This has never happened to me and I don't know what's going on. Could it possibly be my period? Is it related to sexual contact? I'm a virgin, but last week my boyfriend and I did a lot of sexual stuff I've never done before, so could something like that have caused it?
I know I should go to a gynocologist but I'm way scared and I just wanted to ask here before I do that, just in case someone knows something about it and it's not serious.

15/f. i use proactiv for my skin and it really helps. my skin normally looks really good except for maybe one zit. but now i'm on my period and i'm breaking out like crazy!
what can i do? i look horrible. my face is all red and blotchy from the zits.

Dont worry everyone gets pimples during their period. They will go away shortly after your period. You should wash your face in the morning and at night, and avoid wearing make up. you should also use a face wash in the shower, and ive personally found that toothpaste works good on making pimples shrink. Just put a little on each pimple before you go to bed and in the morning wash it off =]

sorry if this is nasty to anyone, but i am concerned about my health &' i need everyone's advice, thank you if you do so.
It started the night before last, it started burning down there, and it is a really uncomfortable feeling. it felt like i had to go pee but i really didnt. i was running in and out of the bathroom wasting tampons because i was trying to get it to go away, by trying to go pee. i would only pee alittle bit but i kept having to do it. i've had this before, i guess it kinda went away. i'm having the feeling right now, and i hate it alot.
i had it the night before last, and last night. i could hardly go to bed, it finally just stopped but i think it will come back tonite. :[
anyone know what this is, and how to mabe fix it?

it sounds like you may have a urine inffection. My friend recently had one and her simpsoms were very simmilar to yours. For her treatment she just had to take some antibiodics and then she was fine. So i suggest you get it checked out by a doctor =]

I asked my best friend who I trust everything with if she thinks I'm a slut. In the past she's said no but I asked her to please be honest with me yesterday and answer me the truth. So she said yes, she also said it was very very hard for her to say. I told another friend what was said and he said that if she was a real freiend she would understand and not think i was a slut. He also said if not, there is one good thing to come out of it; I found out that she wasnt a true friend.
So what do I believe? That she did the right thing telling me truthfully that she thinks I am a slut? Or she did the wrong thing in thinking that of her best friend?
She's always been there for me but now I'm confused.
I feel like I can't tell her anything now without feeling like I'm driving her away. She said it doesnt make her like me any less though and that it's my decision.

i personally think that things between your friend and Kevin would work out better, because this Evan kid lives in Florida so you friend prob. wouldnt be able to see him that often. And the way you describe Kevin makes it seem like he really really reallly likes her =]

I was wondering if this product was made just for african americans?

ive tried hair growth products and i personally dont think they work, or if they do, they dont have a big effect. But yes, the product will have the same effect on african americans, and you do have to put it on in the shower when your hair is wet =]

its just hormones. It will pass soon. But you should prob. just remove your self, from your family and friends for maybe an hour, and do something by your self, maybe watching a movie or tv or listening to music, something calming.

i sujest getting him to like you yourself, and not have your friend convince him to like you. You should deff. flirt with him alot when you see him and make it obvious that you like him. Make sure to make eye contact. And maybe tease him, and touch his hand or arm.

wow thats a pretty hard thing to go through, considering that youve been with him for so long and he hurt you like that. Just give it time. Ik rite now it seems like you just cant live with out this guy, and the thought of you guys never being together again is pretty scary. But dont worry, ull come to see that he really isnt worth your time or effort if he chooses to be like this. But who knows maybe hell change. I would sujest not going back out with him again though.
