Hair growth
My friend cut her hair too short, and she bought this product called Dr. Miracle's Temple and Nape Gro Balm, She is white.
I was wondering if this product was made just for african americans?
Is it okay if she uses it? will it work?
And do you know if she is supposed to put it in her hair when it is wet?

ive tried hair growth products and i personally dont think they work, or if they do, they dont have a big effect. But yes, the product will have the same effect on african americans, and you do have to put it on in the shower when your hair is wet =]

I'm not sure about that so i'll let someone else answer that part of your question BUT there is a shampoo that helps with hair grow which is just simply washing your hair in the shower. so tell her she should try that also!
a shampoo called "hair formula 37" is actually supposed to work well....
