slut?
I asked my best friend who I trust everything with if she thinks I'm a slut. In the past she's said no but I asked her to please be honest with me yesterday and answer me the truth. So she said yes, she also said it was very very hard for her to say. I told another friend what was said and he said that if she was a real freiend she would understand and not think i was a slut. He also said if not, there is one good thing to come out of it; I found out that she wasnt a true friend.
So what do I believe? That she did the right thing telling me truthfully that she thinks I am a slut? Or she did the wrong thing in thinking that of her best friend?
She's always been there for me but now I'm confused.
I feel like I can't tell her anything now without feeling like I'm driving her away. She said it doesnt make her like me any less though and that it's my decision.
Can anyone help me?

Your friend did the right thing. You wanted her to be 100% honest. She was. Furthermore, if your best friend can't tell you you're a slut, who can? Friends are there to show us when we're wrong and help us through. You can still tell her things. She accepts you for who you are. She was being a good friend.

You belive your friend. You asked her to tell you truthfully, and she did! Don't get mad at her or think she isn't your best friend because she had enough back bone to actually tell you the truth. I always thought that best friends told you the truth, no matter if it's what you wanted to hear or not. She even said it doesn't make her like you any less. So stay best friends with her, because you don't want to loose that. Oh and fake friends are the ones who tell you everything you want to hear... Just a thought

She told you a truthful answer, on what you asked her. If she said that it doesn't make her like you any less, and its your decision, then wow, i wish I had that good of a friend. you should be happy, shes there for you, and can LOOK PAST your faults. How can that kid even say, shes not a true friend. Of course she is! shes looking past your inperfections, [just like you probably do to her to] and likes you for you! not for the little things you do.

And she said it was really hard for her, so you really shouldnt be this upet with her, considering you asked for it.She loves you no matter how you act/are. By a slut, do you mean sleeping around with people, or just dressing slutty and flirting with guys all the time? You should be a bit mre specific, maybe she thought you meant soething else when you asked her if you thought that...Shes your friend, and would never intentionally hurt you. Hope I helped! ok, first of all, women go through "slutty " stages sometimes. So she told you you are a slut...I mean you asked...you wanted an honest answer. Sex is sex. If you enjoy it, oh well, thats YOUR business. I have a roommate. Her best friend tends to sleep around. She tells her friend she is a slut all the time. Its just a word. Im sure you have opinions on her that would make her feel the same way. Friendship is unbreakable. Thats what makes her a true friend, is she isnt going to sugar coat it for you...she is honest. If the answer is something you dont like, then maybe you need to change some things. Its ok...she is right ...its your decision.Thats spoken like a true friend.
