HI. I dont know why, but latly I have been a little moody. I mean REALLY MOODY! I screamed really loud at my brother and told him I hated him bec ause he wanted to borrow my GBA (Game Boy Advance). I dont normaly act this way and I am really suprised at myself. my real questions are is there anything i can do, does it go away, and is there anyhthing I can do to relive that stress? PLEASE HELP ME! IM HAVING A PARTY AND I DONT FWANT A BAD REPUTATION! THANKYOU!
As soon as you wake up in the morning, before you even get out of bed, sit up straight with your legs crossed in front of you. Rest your hands on your knees and close your eyes. Then, inhale S-L-O-W-L-Y for four counts and then exhale S-L-O-W-L-Y for six counts. Repeat for at least 20 minutes.
As long as you are relaxed when you do this exercise, no one will be able to piss you off for hours!

Caileyxxxkill answered Saturday June 30 2007, 11:41 pm: its just hormones. It will pass soon. But you should prob. just remove your self, from your family and friends for maybe an hour, and do something by your self, maybe watching a movie or tv or listening to music, something calming.

2tammy2 answered Saturday June 30 2007, 10:01 pm: ok sorry no cure for this one, im the exact same way and guess what its called-hormones, unless if you intend to die(no im not suggesting it) theres no way to get around them, just relax and theres really nothing you can do about it but remember even if you feel totally hosed you still have control you decide in what mood your in.
