Maybe you could soak your retainer in mouthwash to help it stay fresh. Then, use a lot of breathmints and that sort of stuff.

My boyfriend is coming over later today to stay for awhile because we haven't seen each other much lately. The thing is, I don't know what to do when he gets here! He's going to be here for awhile, what can we do that's not super boring, I don't want him to think that I'm boring! If you know what he likes (as in sports or whatever) do that. You could also watch T.V. shows, movies, etc. or take a walk or something like that. Have some food around though, LOL.

I've had it done before, it doesn't really hurt. Just a tingly feeling after it happens. Use ice to numb the spot before you get them done to help prevent anything painful you don't want to happen.

It depends on who broke up with who. If you broke up with him and he still likes you, yes he would get jealous probably. But if he broke up with you, he shouldn't get jealous unless he regrets breaking up with you.

Get some highlights, which will brighten up your hair a bit. Then get your hair face-frammed which by the name is obvious on what it will do. When your bangs grow out, I'd get them like, side-swiped so they'll make your face softer.

A lot of my friends smoke. This means that whenever I hang around with them they are smoking and they often offer me cigarettes. I have always said no because I have my priciples but recently I have been smoking with them. I found that it was quite relaxing and I liked it. I really don't want to do it anymore but I enjoy it and as my friends do it, it's tempting. How do I stop before I get too addicted? (link)

Smoking is stupid first of all, so remember that. Whenever you're around them and they offer you cigarettes, have some gum or something around to help ease the temptation. Also, say no and maybe try to help them stop too. It's so bad for you and I don't think you'd want your friends dying at an early age from smoking causes.

She's on T.V. and he's here with you. Come on, he's like never gonna meet her. I'd tell him that it makes you feel weird when he just talks about her. He's being rude saying how hot she is and not complementing you. Let him know you feel jealous and that you don't mean it. It's some crazy love thing that happens to anyone. Hopefully, he'll understand.

My brother is 16 and his friends are goregous! LOL. I told him how I liked some of friends and he really didn't say anything. If I had the perfect time to ask them out, I would. It's totally worth doing. Just be yourself when you do it though.

Friends are people you can trust, so don't ignore what your friend said. Tell the guy that you really like him, but if he cheats on you and acts bad around you, you'll never go out with him until he changes. If he's like screw that or says he will but doesn't, find another guy.

I know this really sucks. Guys act one way and then another. I don't know why, they just do. I'd ask him out, and if he says no, find another and better guy.

This has happened to me before. Don't worry about it though. Either tell him you like him or try to get over him and find another guy. If you do find another guy, you can always go to him for advice and stuff.

Ok, I have this problem, I am WAY TOO NICE to my family. I give them advice, (after all, I do have an advice coulumn here)I'm supportive of them, and all they do is take advantage of me, then they ditch me. For example, my cousin has a weight issue, and I help her, and even doctors say my advice was good. She agrees, at the doctors office. She totally ignores me outside of it. When I bring it up she's always like "I have better things to do then talk to you" and on the phone I constantly have to call her name because she doesn't listen to me, and that's just 1 example. They ridicule me one minute, ditch me another minute, then ask me for advice like they are my best friend. What do I do? I turned to masturbation and porno as a getaway- masturbating while watching porno, but more masturbation then porno. Worst thing is that I'm a strong Christian, and their semi athiest ways are rubbing off on me.Help me! And don't tell me to talk to them and stuff, because I've done this in a civilized manner 1000 times, and everyone in my family is stubborn because they think I'm lying all the time because I'm the youngest,and I should suck it up and forget what they say. You must talk to her if the problem bugs you that much. She might be trying to do some things without your help, cuz maybe she wants to accomplish things on her own. Don't take that personally though.
