Well I'm going swimming tomorrow. Today I had my period for the first time and I tried a tampon. It was really hard to get out. I tried pulling it out in different directions and I tried like half a box of tampons and I'm pretty sure it's in correctly. The string almost broke when i tried to pull it out it hurts. My parents wont let me get in the water without a tampon and i cant sneak in without one because they check to make sure im not lying. Oh and ive tried the lowest absorbensy and lubricant stuff still doesnt help. Please help!

well this is funny because the first time i used tampons i used the whole entire box and i tired to sneak in the pool to but i always got caught but geuss what now i dont use pads because i like tampons beter you just have to get used to them that it and about the pool just try to avoid the pool while having your period adn deffently the beach too lol

Me and this guy name Marcus likes each other a lot and like we talk all the time and were really close but we live like 1 hour and a half away from each other and he said he thinks we will never date because of the distance and I dont know what to say or do now.. and like i'm really upset and i told him i was but he said theres nothing he can do.. what do i do?

Im17 female. a few years ago i used to wash my hair twice a day. One in the morning and one at night. Then i got lice. And i was told wash it once a day or once every other day. I did and it bothered me But i stuck to it for 2 years or so. Now i guess you can say im additted to washing my hair thre to four times a day. When I finish washing it and towel dry i always put mousse in my hair because i have really thin hair and mousse makes it thicker. if im going out or something that night ill wash it before i leave so it can be wet. So is there any hair supplies out there that make your hair stay wet for a few hours or atleast make it look wet. Perfer it be under $10 && and possibly sold at cvs.

Okay there are these two boys they're best friends. Or atleast thats what Matt thinks but Jeff really hates Matt. Anyway I like Jeff all last summer he was sweet and alll this stuff and he liked me but nothing could happen becasue my best friend Maria liked him. So them I liked Matt who is SUPER HOTT funny cute nice but only sometimes. Other times he pissy and concided. Now its the end of the year. And my friend Sarah likes Jeff alot, but I think im starting to like him. Jeff always says he lves me and stuff and we always talk about Matt and how big of a dick he is and im so confused. My dad doesn't let me straighten my hair. Like there's nothing in this world that will let him let me straighten it, but I straighten my hair! I'm going to camp soon so I safely snuck it into my bag. One problem how do I straighten it at home? I have to pack my suitcase a week early and mail it in which has my straightner. I can't borrow my friends straightner because they don't straighten their hair. I'm going on a plane... I can't bring it as carry on because if they inspect my bag my dad will see it and kill me!! I'm not checking any bags, so what do I do??

ok so my best friend(who is 15) for 8 years was dating this guy named Fred(not his real name,just turned 18) and they dated for about 3 months when he cheated on her and she dumped him but me and fred kept talking on the phone (since i live 3 hours away from my bestfriend and fred) and fred was about to move a lot closer to me. So we started talking about hooking up (since we both have problems with cheating)and trying to have an open relationship. Which sounds bad but i am the type of girl that doesn't ever get jelous and understands that everyone messes up. You can call me a whore if you want. we have a lot in common and we seem perfect for each other. but resently i found out that my best friend still likes him so i backed off and let her have him until he moved. and then he finally told me that he didn't like her anymore and asked me not to tell her that so i didn't until it kinda slipped out. and he wasn't mad at me cause he was moving the next day. and so everybody was ok but my bestfriend who is now claiming that he is her first true love but my bestfriend has a clinging problem with guys and this is like the fiftyth guy she has said is her first true love plus since i told her he didn't really like her she has started "talking" to this guy chris which was something fred doesn't know. Now this is where the real problem comes in. so me and fred decided to keep our plans and try dating. So he said he was going to come all the way to where i live and stay the weekend at a cabin his family owns and asked me to come hang out with him during the days. I said yes and then called my bestfriend to tell her about out plans. i said hi and instead of saying hi back she said your not f***ing going and i'm gonna kick your ass if you do because i still love him which pissed me off because i know she doesn't and i know she is and has been "talking" to chris. So now we are not talking. I want to make up with her but i really want to be with fred not only because we have the same views on almost everything but because he makes me happy and i've been really depressed lately. And my best friend always does this. If she even thinks that me and one of her ex's are going to start dating she starts telling me if i date them then our friendship is over. So i have always gave into her and told the guy no but i getting tired of it and like i said i really want to be with him. So my question is should i date him and lose her or should i give into her again and leave him alone. And there is no inbetween with her.

theres this guy ive had a crush on for a while. we always talk, and weve even hung out outside of school once or twice and i even think he likes me alittle, but none of us have ever broughten it up. today he signed my yearbook and he said "i hope you find the perfect man this summer" which i find wierd because normally guys dont write that kind of stuff. anyway, im going away this summer for 2 months and i wont be back for a while. im debating telling him i like him just to get it off my shoulders cause i just want him to know already and i wont be seeing him for a while. should i do that? or do you think it will freak him out and he wont want to start any relationships this summer??

Yes, I'm a pimple picker. Guilty as charged. I know the conseuences but for some reason its a natural reaction for me. I have so many scars on my chin and I don't know how to get rid of them. Should I talk to a dermatologist or are they permanent forever??

well if i were you i would see a dermatologit just in case to see if the scars are permenant but i pick my pimples all the time too and i never get any scars so you never know...

Hi, I'm an 18/f, from Australia. Recently my boyfriend and I of a year have started to have sex. I'm not on any kind of birth control but we always use protection. How affective is the condom and what are the chances of me getting pregnant?

wel first off the condom is only 99.9 percent affected and alot of girls get pregnate if they don't use a condom and if i were you i would get birthcontrol just to look on the safe side =)

I never let guys get close romantically to me, because I'm scared they will try something sexual. Now, its not that I'm morally opposed, but I think I'm just self conscious or something, because I'm scared to let a guy touch me. I have been really good friends witht this chick for a long time but then she got drunk and something happened one night and she did something that i thought would never happen, she flashed me. I didnt care cause we were too good of friends but i told her what she did and then another one of her best friends told her that it never happened and now she believes them and has forgot about me and wont talk to me...however it really did happen and i have no idea what to do about it..how do i convince her it was true and it did happen? Well before you go through all the hard work of winner her back ask yourself this quesion do you really want a friend that wont even beleive you on something that silly ? if no then make new friends and forget about it if yes then sit her down and have a heart to heart talk about what happen how would she know if she flashed you she was drunk an why would you lie about somethingas dumb as that and once you do that you should have her trust back because she would hopefully beleive you
