Yes, I'm a pimple picker. Guilty as charged. I know the conseuences but for some reason its a natural reaction for me. I have so many scars on my chin and I don't know how to get rid of them. Should I talk to a dermatologist or are they permanent forever??
girlygirl answered Thursday June 15 2006, 12:58 pm: They are pretty permanent.... this coming from a 40 yr old that still breaks out like a 15 yr old. Cut your nails so short you can't pick them and start taking extra care of your skin now. [ girlygirl's advice column | Ask girlygirl A Question ]
love_angel_music_baby answered Thursday June 15 2006, 5:32 am: I used to be a total pimple picker and most of it had gone right into my skin and looked a lot like scars. But then I started using this stuff called Benzac AC and my face was cleared in a couple of weeks. If you use it, just make sure you don't pick it. I can guarantee it'll clear it up. xxsima answered Wednesday June 14 2006, 10:40 pm: I've never personally tried this scar cream, but I've seen it on TV and its called 'Mederma', and theres one where kids can use it too. [not that you're a kid or anything. xD] On the commercial it says that it softens scars. The official site is posted below.
HardxcorePunkLover answered Wednesday June 14 2006, 10:33 pm: Microdermabraisian [not sure i spelled that correctly] helps a ton with acne scars. I had the same problem & my mom has her own at-home kit that helps the the scars dissapear. I would talk to a dermatologist & they could do it for you. Hope I helped, Good luck, & please rate.

PunkieFreak4690 answered Wednesday June 14 2006, 9:55 pm: I have the same problem. Getting scars from some pimples. I find them very irritating, But what I did was getting a Dermotologist and asking how to reduce the appearance or get rid of the appearance of scars. He or she may give you prescribed ointments/creams for it. [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]
