I have shoulder length hair. My hair is very boring, its between blonde and brunette, and i always have it down, but i want to have something different for a change. Are there any good sites with instructions on how to make really cool hairstyles? Something like curls/waves, buns, whatever, that will work with shoulder length or slightly longer hair? (link)

I don't really know of any websites, but when I can't think of a good hairstyle, magazines usually give me a pretty good idea of what to do.

I "like" this kid named pat. Well atleast i thought i did. Shee what happened was me and my wicked good friend sierra met pat at the same time. I started liking him but he ended up liking her instead. I liked him through their whole relationship. I was right stuck in the middle of their relationship tooo, i saw EVERYTHING that went on and heard everything too. They got in soooo many fights but now their done and she broke up with him. I still liked him and he ended up liking me too. Sierra didnt mind at all she was really happy for me and all. But the problem was i dont seem happy now. I mean its werid dating him cause i saw his last relationship with like my best friend and i dont really feel anything with him at all. I just dont know what to do. We haven't been dating that long and I really dont want to loose the kid as a friend or anything, but its just strange. :\ (link)

If you're not really feeling anything for him, then break up with him. Tell him that you just don't think it's working out and that you hope that you can still be friends or whatever. You choose. xx

I'm not sure but it's not as if cars, pedestrians or cop cars are going to peer in your window on the way past to see what kind of footwear you have on. I wouldn't do it anyway, it's not too smart. Something could happen.

i know this may be long, but please i really really need help, i hate being heartbroken like this =[
so basically, i've liked this kid, lets call him gary, since the 4th grade, and now i'm going into 9th. we were "boyfriend and girlfriend" at the end of 5th grade, but since he was a grade younger, we couldn't see eachother when i went into 6th grade. i did something pretty low during the middle of 6th grade, i told my brother to brake up with me for him since i never saw him anymore, and started going out with this other kid. i still always thought of him, but i really wanted to just get over him. Then during the summer going into 7th grade, i went to his house because i found out my brother never told him that i didn't like him anymore, so i went to tell him because i was having dreams that we were back together. It turns out that he was away, so i talked to his mom and found out we had the same lunch period (i nearly died). THe first day i saw him in lunch, my heart explodedd, and so a few months later i broke up with my current boyfriend and he asked me out 2 days later, i said yes. After 3 months, things started going bad, and we broke up. I was soo soo depressed, i didn't know what to do with myself. Its been more than a year since we broke up and i still have feelings for him. He's had another girlfriend, but they didn't last for more than a month. i've never felt this away about someone, and i haven't talked to him in about 5 months. so i have a few questions.
1)how can i feel such a connection with him and feel sparks when i see him, but he doesn't feel the same? i mean cauz literally when i'd pass him in the hall, it would just feel like we were the only two people who existed at that moment.
2)i need to get over him, but i don't know how.
3)will i ever feel the same connection with someone else, or does this kind of connection only come around once? i'm not even sure if its a connection, its just my hurt bursts when i see him and i get sparks and everything, and it feels like we're the only two people who exist when we lock eyes, and he used to look at me in such a way that no one had ever looked at me before.

Heya doll. I reckon that you shouldn't have to worry about finding your 'perfect guy' when you're a teenager. You have your 30's to flip about that. I think that you should just put all of what happened in the past and try to get some sort of friendship with him. Talk to him and become friendly again. Having him as your friend is better than not talking to each other at all.

I'm from Scotland and I moved to Australia about a year ago. Whenever I call my mates, it costs me a whole lot but they've never been charged for it. If someone calls you, you probably wouldn't be charged either.

If you're only 13, what's the point in worrying about it? You've got years ahead of you to worry about getting dates and falling in love for real. Just enjoy youth!

Yes, I'm a pimple picker. Guilty as charged. I know the conseuences but for some reason its a natural reaction for me. I have so many scars on my chin and I don't know how to get rid of them. Should I talk to a dermatologist or are they permanent forever?? (link)

I used to be a total pimple picker and most of it had gone right into my skin and looked a lot like scars. But then I started using this stuff called Benzac AC and my face was cleared in a couple of weeks. If you use it, just make sure you don't pick it. I can guarantee it'll clear it up.

My dad doesn't let me straighten my hair. Like there's nothing in this world that will let him let me straighten it, but I straighten my hair! I'm going to camp soon so I safely snuck it into my bag. One problem how do I straighten it at home? I have to pack my suitcase a week early and mail it in which has my straightner. I can't borrow my friends straightner because they don't straighten their hair. I'm going on a plane... I can't bring it as carry on because if they inspect my bag my dad will see it and kill me!! I'm not checking any bags, so what do I do??

I think you'll be ok for a week. Or maybe you could try some new styles with your hair. Clip it all back or curl it or something new.

like warm cold and hot?
its it like better for your hair to dry it cold?

I go with warm, cause if you put it on hot it'll burn your hair. I mean, it won't set it on fire or anything, but it'll just damage your hair if you know what I mean? Doubt it. But anyhow, if you're gonna dry it when it's on cool, it won't dry too fast. Just go with warm, I reckon. mwa xx

I think that i have really good style, but a lot of people think that it is "different" i wear like hollister stuff and stuff like that, but i turn them into "me." I really need some help to decided if i should dress like everyone eles or if i should be myself???

i reckon that having a style thats totally diff from every1 else is cool. u'll stand out ... u dont wanna be wearing what everyone else is wearing, u wanna be unique.
