girdy_goo15 answered Thursday June 15 2006, 9:36 pm: depends on your plan. however if you have free nights and weekends it doesn't cost anything if they call you when you have your free minutes. i do that with my friends all the time. [ girdy_goo15's advice column | Ask girdy_goo15 A Question ]
S_C answered Thursday June 15 2006, 3:00 pm: It depends on your plan. I also have cingular and I am able to call people from other states no cost because I have long distance. I've never tried to call someone overseas though. You probably can if you at least have long distance. If you have LD and roaming then you chances of being charged are slim to none. If I were you I would call my service provider (cingular) and ask them just to be on the safe side. Normally it's the person doing the calling that is being charged. I would still call cingular though, better safe than sorry. [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]
