ok. so, school started for us thursday, august 10. my classes are great, and i have atleast one friend in each class. in p.e., i have several friends, but atleast half of them are really good runners. every year, we do this fitness thing where we have to do sit-ups, stretching, etc. we also have to do a mile run. this bothers me a lot, because i'm not really a good runner, and i feel bad because my friends are really athletic, and i wanna atleast be behind them in the mile run, not somewhere near the end. i know i can focus myself to not stopping and stuff, and that i can probably take the pain, but i have troubles with the breathing. how are you supposed to breathe while running so you won't get too tired or any of that stuff?
keep a steady pace in the beggining dont run to slow but dont run to fast. And when you get to
the last lap or straight away sprint. ( as in as fast as you can run. )
breathing : take two steps as you inhale. they take two more steps as you exhale.

You dont need to change for your boyfriend. If he likes/loves you then it shouldnt matter what you look like.
You can change for yourself but never change for a guy. He'll take you as you are or he'll get over it.
ok so here's the deal. me and this guy had sex on august 8. we didn't use a condom but he pulled out probably 3 minutes before and finished off in the bathroom..well here's my question, could i be pregnant? i don't get my period till the 20th or 21st and i really need to know if i'm pregnant or not. if i was pregnant, would there be any symptoms like aches or pains or anything like that on the first few days?
Yes there is a chance you could be pregnant. its called pre-cum. Everytime you have sex use a condom. If you dont your kinda of asking to get pregnant.
Take a pregnancy test soon. If you go to cvs you can get Two for like 15$.

I dont know if that one in general is a scam but ill tell you this. Do not put your email on those stupid things. I did and i get over a hundred scam emails a day.

i think a guy looking for a serious realtionship isnt going to go for the girl that shows alot a skin. As in wearing short shorts & a shirt that looks ten times to small for her.

My boyfriend smokes weed and it really bothers me. I know it's HIS life and I shouldn't tell him what to do, but I don't want him to mess up his life. I know people say ciggs are worse then weed, but weed can still give you cancer. I don't want him to die I just want him to STOP doing drugs so I don't always have to worry about him. Weed is alot worse then ciggs. If ciggs were worse then weed. Weed would be the behind the counter at store not ciggs.
hes your boyfriend so you should be able to talk to him and have him listen to you. Yea your right he doesnt have to change for anyone. But neither do you. Tell him that your worried for him & to please not smoke weed. He might get upset but anyone that does drugs isnt going to be happy about it. The most you can do is talk to him about it.
If he just up & say no. Then if hes not going to change you dont have to put up with it. You dont like when guys do drugs. You dont have to start liking it for him.

my friend slept over at my house, and we both slept in my room. i have a computer in my room, and i told her that she could go on my computer if she woke up before me, which she did. when i woke up, i was still in bed and i just opened my eyes, but i didnt move or anything. i could see from where i was on my bed that she was going through my computer and looking at all of my things. i could see that she was looking through one of my word documents. then when i said something, i sounded tired and she closed the document immediately and i could see she was hoping that i hadn't seen her looking through my things. i know that i shouldve said something but i didnt, and i completely regret that now, because it shocked me that she would do something like that.
so my question is...should i just try to forget about this happening? and also, is it just me or is it wrong for someone to look around someone elses computer without permission, even if they are(somewhat) a good friend?

since its bothering you then you should mention it to her. You can ask her what she was looking at on your computer. (Since you know she was going through your information.) If she says she was just online or playing a game. Simple say but i know you werent because i saw the document opened. If she denies it say i told you that you could use my computer. Not look through all my information.
If she up and admits it & apologizes tell her to not let it happend again because you trusted her when you let her use the computer.
And yes i can see why you are upset. But something like this can be resolved & you shouldnt ruin a friendship over something like this.

i am 15 female.

One: you should never have sex with anyone at the 12,13,14,15 and so on.
two: have sex with someone you love & marry.
three:Never have sex because of pressure from other people. Those people are stupid for having sex at such a young age. Seriosuly the most they probly know about sex is the word itself. They dont know about the diseases they could get. They dont know the conseqences that they would have to deal with.
four: sex hurts the first couple times no matter what. But being nervous & scared adds so much pain & causes it to be a horrible experience.

I dont have a sexual experience because im a virgin. But i have a slutty extended family so ill tell you a little about them.
Cuzn1: at the age of 12 she got a boyfriend - had sex & had a kid at the age of 13. Then she didnt learn her leason & had another kid at the age of 16. & another kid at the age of 18. And since she started having sex she has had a total of 5 miscarriges. Because she doesnt care. She is now 19 & doesnt take care of any of her kids.
cuzn2 aka her sister: started having sex at the age of 13. at the age of 14 she had a kid. Now shes 16 & pregnant with twins. And again she doesnt take care of her kids.
Those kids are now my aunts responsibilty & if she didnt take them in those kids would be in foster care.
Do not have sex because you do not & probly cannot afford the conseqences. And losing your virginty at such a young age & not with the guy you are going to marry. There is nothing special on your wedding night.

i used to date a guy like that && he ended up being Obsessed with me. You need to tell your boyfriend that he needs to let you talk & see anyone you want too. You never change your life for any guy. The most important thing in a relationship is trust & if he cannot trust you then the relatioship will probly not last. You need to tell him that you need him to trust you & that you can talk to anyone you want.

Alot of Friends of mine say yes sex does hurt your first time. & even though you May use tampons that doesnt mean anything. A penis is not as thin as a tampon.
If your cherry hasnt already popped then it will probly pop when you first have sex. And you will know it popped because their will be blood.
Seeing your Partners penis may be wierd the first time but if you love the person enough to having sex with him then you will eventually get over seeing it.

but when i was 14 i had size b. Yea i thought they were small. Now im 17 and size dd. My mom is smaller then me but i got them from her side of the family.
if your moms family is top heavy then you will probly grow. Or if you have any sisters that are older then you. if they are bigger then theres a good chance you will grow.

Kinda if you say it that way. You can do & finish anything if you put your mind to it. yea you may be in pain but think to yourself when your running. I can't be last or Someone might say someting. ( usually no one will say anything )
When i run the mile In school i run with a friend. Someone that can run at a good pace. And you tell your friend don't let me stop. And trust me if you tell someone not to let you stop they probly wont. If you have to run by yourself Keep a Steady past. Like run slower in the begginng then sprint the last lap.
I know when i stop running i feel like im going to fall over. So i try to run the entire thing.

Why has advicenators been deleting people who are 'fakes'? As in they are pretending to be someone else, with the picture in their column. I know that's pathetic, and they shouldn't be doing it, but..why worry about it? I thought this site was about giving advice, personally I don't think anyone's picture should even be considered in the removal of an account.
I dont know the correct answer to this question but You dont need to put a picture of someone else of your colunm. If its your Colunm Put a picture of yourself up.
