okay i have these little bumps on the tip and sides of my tounge...they kinda hurt
do you think they could be like herpes? I am a virgin and havent done anything more then makeout...i havent made out for about 3 weeks and the sores started on Friday...

You can't get herpes if you haven't done anything more than just make out.
They're probably those annoying canker[sp?] sores that everyone gets.
Don't worry, they'll go away soon!

Canker sores usually go away without any treatment. For pain relief, you can try taking ibuprofen (brand name: Advil) or acetaminophen (brand name: Tylenol). Other medicines, such as Anbesol, Oragel, Orabase and Zilactin-B, might keep your canker sores from becoming irritated by eating, drinking or brushing your teeth. You put these medicines right on the sore.
You can also mix equal amounts of Milk of Magnesia and Benadryl Allergy liquid. After it's mixed, you can swish a teaspoonful in your mouth for about 1 minute and then spit it out. If you do this every 4 to 6 hours, your canker sores may hurt less.
Some people think that sucking on zinc lozenges, taking vitamin C or vitamin B complex, using a sage-and-chamomile mouthwash or taking a lysine supplement helps their canker sores heal faster.

I have been lately thinking about going to college in Italy. However, I speak no Italian, and probably won't be able to speak it too well for a little while (but I can take classes and get basics down!)
I really love Italy though, and I reallllllly want to go to college there. Are there any American or English Speaking Colleges in Italy? Any help would be great!! (Also, I'm interested in Medicine, so if there was an English Medical school, that would be faaaantastic, but I doubt there is one!)

This is going to be long or no one is going to understand my situation.
Basically I'm 16 & Female: I had this perfect boyfriend (or so it seemed) we dated constant, no breakups, for 17 months. He, too, was 16. We planned so much, we were even getting engaged, it was perfect. Near January of this year, things started getting a little rocky between him & I. See we go to different schools so we never really got to see eachother that often. We planned to meet eachother at the bowling alley, and that night we got in a fight. The fight wasn't really over anything big, he just got mad at me over something & hurt my arm. But I told him that he had anger problems & needed to resolve them. So basically, for the next 3 days he ignored me. He ignored my calls, my texts, my messages, my emails, & he never called me back, returned anything. Then I had gotten on the computer that day & he broke up with me. I was not only mad that it was through the computer, but I was furious because of everything he threw away. A week down the road, he comes back to me & asks for this thing he called "break-up sex" I knew it would have been a mistake for me to have done it, but I wanted him back & I wanted that feeling back. So I agreed to it. Later on, he tells me that he's "talking" to someone & doesn't want to ruin things with her, so he doesn't want to have this "sex." I was hurt. Basically because I still wanted him back. Friday night, I went to the basketball game at his school to meet up with a couple of my friends, and he was there. He wasn't with anyone like he told me he would have been. So he texts me & asks me to meet him outside. We ended up having sex in the backseat of his car. I don't really regret it, but last night he told me that he never would ever get back together with me & that friday night was an accident. What is your all's opinion on this situation?

My opinion is that this guy is a total a**hole!
He's using you for sex, sex, and more sex.
But...he refuses to admit it.
You have to stay away from him, or he'll keep wanting to have sex, and then tell you that "it was an accident" over and over again. And you'll keep being hurt, hurt, and hurt again.
Stay away from him, hun! You deserve better!

I have a friend thats a guy and I think I might like him as more than a friend. Sometimes I want to get that idea of my head and try and get rid of the feeling, is that possible? Honestly, not to be mean, but this guy isn't cute at all, but his personality is. I've never been attracted to someone based on the personality though and its weird. "Getting rid of the feeling" isn't really possible, unless you look at all the bad things about him. I don't suggest to do that, however, because thyen you probably wouldn't even want to be firends. You can't control your heart really when it comes to this, *UNFORTUNATELY*.

Okay, last month i had something like a period, it was just brown. And this month it turned red. In the summers i ususally spend most of my time outside swimming, at the beach, and all sorts of stuff like that. I am a self concious person when it comes to swim suits. With me just starting my period, what will my figure look like by summer time? Like curves, tummy, and boobs. Like how much would my boobs have grown or my figure have taken shape then?
About me now. Im about 5'5 and i weigh 125 pounds. My belly sticks out some, and my sides are like curved some in one spot basically on both sides, so it makes me have "love handles." And im basically, almost flat chested, they just stick out enough to have a shadow between them or to have a shadow at the top or a really low cut shirt, you know like where the boobs "start" theres like a little dark place between them.

There's no DEFINITE answer as to how big you're going to be, etc-you're stil going through puberty. However, now that you have your period, your boobs will grow a little at a time. You probably will grow by the time summer comes around.
Also, when you have your period, you will gain a little water weight. It'll come and go..but don't worry about it.

so there is this guy, m1 is what we will call him, and the day before new years eve i was at his house and he held my hand while we were playing man hunt with our younger siblings, but the lights were off. then he and i became closer, and now my friend says that he laughs and smiles around me and when im around he gets a *twinkle* in his eyes, but my other friend thinks he likes her so im like uhhhhh clueless. And to add to this whole thing his mom and my mom are BEST friends which is why i was at his house on that day. and we've known each other for ever and i dont know what to do!

IM REALLY NOT SURE if I like my guy friend as a close friend as in a brother or as a boyfriend. What are some signs/clues that I probably like a guy as a more than a friend and as just a friend?
Well my questions are:
Do your palms get sweaty when you're with him? Do you get butterflies when you're with him? Do you try flirting with him? do you ever picture him as "MORE than a friend"?
If you answered YES to more than 1 of those questions, then my guess is, YES you do like him.

okay so we just had a school dance yesturday and i no this guy that i have liked for like ever likes me back because he told my best friend that he did and he danced with me and hugged me and so i no he's gonna ask me out, but anyway, were only in 7th grade and his parents are really protective apparentley and with his last girl friend when they would go anywhere, his mom would go with them. im scared that if i ever want to go anywhere like to a movie (cause thats what his last gf would do) with him then his mom would go (cause i no shes gonna) and i will be really nervous and it would be so awkward. and when i was dancing with him i didnt no what to talk about so we were both just like dancing all nervous and not talking. so i dont really no if i want to go out with him cause of his mom but i really like him! help please, sorry this is so long....lol

His parents are overprotective because they care...you know how the world is today.
Anyways, if his mom INSISTS on going, sit somewhere she can't see you. Sit in a row behind her if she insists on being close.
You can also go other places besides the movies. IE: Rollerblading, Bowling, Mall..
All of these places have places where you and your boyfriend can go somewhere without his mother. For example, go to the mall & go into a different store like HotTopic--somwhere where his mom would refuse to go.
Remember, you're only in 7th grade so if this doesn't work out, there will be a relationship in your future that will. Don't become a relationship crazy person because in the end, you'll get hurt.

i always wear a sports bra. i dont know why its just more comfortable. i just bought a new regular bra and whenever i wear it it makes me itch sooo much. i dont know why regular bras are itchy to me but does anyone know if theres one that doesnt itch because hate wearing sportsbras cuz the straps always show and its soooo annoying.

2.] I think he likes you but he's afraid of what his friends might think. At the skating rink, just be yourself and stay with HIM for a little while-get to know him a little better. I don't know if you should kiss him yet, though, unless you know him pretty good. Don't dodge him if you like him!
