itz not that bad when they put it on you but the beginning when they tighten it thats when it will feel achy and sore. and itz not good to chew gum when you have braces but it depends on the braces cuz my best friend had a great orthodontist and she chewed gum all the time and it never broke. and I think that u should choose ure bands by ure favorite color,school color,holiday,season and watever looks or seems kool to u.

Q: how can i stop excess sweating under my arms? Everyday when i go to school, i always have huge wet circles under my arms by first period. I usually have to wear sweatshirts or something thicker than a regular t;shirt or long sleeve shirt.Every deodorant or anti-perspirant I use it doesn't work at all!!! Please help me!?

Proactive works great and try the concealer compact by neurogena which covers and heals acne. Now, I'm currently ussing L'oreal pure zone and it works pretty well. Or u can go to a dermotologist.
