My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I would like to find a hair straightener.Not those cheap ones,that don't even work,but those that leave the hair shiny and healthy.And can yall tell me the name of the store that i would find it in? Oh, and please tell the truth don't just invent. THANXSS!

Mine is Ceramic Straightener && I got it at Sally Beauty store. Its aswesome && its small but it doesnt damage my hair at all! It leaves it smooth and soft and shiny.

Before i asked a question about the aim colors and stuff and i got good advice but when i went to the place "MAKENZIE" told me to go to when i clicked on the applesauce thing it told me to download zano or something. is that what i'm suppose to do? and is it a pop-up like will it make my computer be messed up? thanks in advice...

Aww.. well ask him to go to see a movie with you or go somewhere. Then just hold hands with him, or you could even try to kiss him. Talk sweet to him and just say nice things. He will know that you still love him.

im not exactly the preppy girl but i want to wear pretty clothes and have pretty makeup and nice hair. i have brown hair and brown eyes. my hair is above my shoulders and i wish it would grow. how can i make my hair grow? do u have any makeup tips for me? what kinda clothes are great but not too expensive?

Right now the vintage style is in. Its preppy still but very adorable. Kinda like what Nicole Richie, Hilary Duff wear. Bold necklaces. American Eagle has a lot of cute stuff && its not that expensive. If you go to Marshalls or Tj Max.. or a department store you will find good things. I dont know anything that would make your hair grow faster but you just have to keep it healthy.

Dont have such low confindence in yourself. You have some personal issues so fix it. If you know by being a loser and maybe not very nice to people fix it. If people dont like you because you are annoying .. then work on that too. Just think that you can be a better person. At school, just talk to people in your glasses, lunch, whatever. If people see that you are friendly they will like you. The reason that you dont stick to baskeyball or music or anything else is becuase you dont try. You get bored of it! Find something that you LOVE and stick to that. You just have to find your best interest and hobby && something that you are good at. Okay now about the clothes. Middle school is tons of drama && bitchy girls will talk about your appearance and the clothes that you are wearing. Thats how my school is. Most of them are.. Anyways.. just come to school with a whole new image && personality. You dont have to spend tons of money on new clothes if you dont want. Grab some magazines and see whats in and what style you like. That will help you out on what to wear. Mix and match things you already have with new things. Wear a little make up if you dont like it that much && do your hair nice. Just be more outgoing. If you talk to people at school and when you go places you wont be so shy. About the guys.. the one that likes you for who you are will ask you out. You just have to be patient for that. Good luck!

Since you are over weight.. go on a healthy diet. Acne can be treated just go to the doctor && have them prescribe you something that will help. Since you think you have a big nose make one of your best features stand out. Like your lips or eyes so the attention is on that not your nose. Try being nice to people. Who cares what they thing but just be friendly and you will make more friends. Find your style. Since you are not a prep find some clothes you love. You dont have to be one of the labels but just find what looks good && that is super comfy for you.

I dont know how to dress ghetto or anything about being ghetto so I'm just gonna tell you about the prep clothes. If you want to dress preppy you can wear ripped jeans, flip flops, a cute polo or whatever. Stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, Charlotte Rousee, Aeropostale are all preppy stores. You will find plenty of preppy things there.
