Im over weight.
I have acne
I think i have a big nose
Im not exactly your average prep
I have a reputation of not being "nice"
Im starting over in highschool, i realized preps arent the only popular people because the punks are getting quite popular. I dont want to be popular i just want to be a normal me. Im kinda like Hilary Duff In A Cinderella Story.

If you don't agree to just try, don't bother reading the following advice because it will just be superficial advice if you don't take it seriously and work on your self esteem.
1--For your weight problem, try doing yoga, pilates, or tae bo. You can buy these tapes at any store that sells videos. They're fun and relaxing, and will help you shed pounds and strengthen your muscles. Kickboxing is also a great alternative. If you have a pool, try and do laps every night. Eat healthy, don't diet, eat healthy. Eat nutricious, and eat less. No seconds, limit desert. Cut out white bread, sodas, and packaged deserts. Use junk and sugars sparingly. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
2--For your acne, go to the dermatologist and see what he/she suggests. Some good products to ask about are Benzaclin, Retin-A or Retin-A-Micro, and Differin gel. For your daily face cleanser, use a natural astringent such as pure Witch Hazel, or a facewash with no dye such as Cetaphil. Wash your face daily, and wear SPF sunscreen everyday. Salt water and sun are good for drying out pimples. If this doesnt help, see about trying ProActiv or get natural herbal supplements. Try and avoid things like Accutane and Tetracyclin, i've heard bad things.
3--As for your nose, you just need to accept it, you can't change it. Find makeup styles that draw attention from your nose to your other facial features. This is what makes you, you. Learn to like it. It gives you character.
4--Lables suck, forget them, be yourself. Popularity doesn't matter, if you act confident and dress how you want, people will like you for who you are and you will soon be popular with friends. Avoid cliques, it will make you seem even more not nice. Make a point to compliment people every day. [ IndieKidsCanRock's advice column | Ask IndieKidsCanRock A Question ]

Go to a dermatologist.
Dont think about your nose just learn to like it or at least live with it. draw attention away from it...to a better feature...with an accessory or something or make up.
Start being more "nice" and you rep might change if not than dont think about what other people think you are. stand up for who you truly are.
Be who you are, be who you wanna be and like it no matter who is popular and who is not...you could even be friends with both groups...its possible, believe me.

Since you think you have a big nose make one of your best features stand out. Like your lips or eyes so the attention is on that not your nose. Try being nice to people. Who cares what they thing but just be friendly and you will make more friends. Find your style. Since you are not a prep find some clothes you love. You dont have to be one of the labels but just find what looks good && that is super comfy for you. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
