x_pink_x109 answered Saturday July 30 2005, 10:23 pm: I got mine at a hair salon called "TNT Hair Salon". It was about $200 but it works GREAT! My mom used it and her hair, which is natually VERY VERY curly, is now straight and it STAYS that way the entire way. It has ceramic plates and some have about 25 settings and little combs and stuff.
They work really good. If you want one a lot cheaper, you can go to Target and they have good ones for about $10-50. Some have ceramic plates and some have metal so be careful! I hope I was of assistance to you!

Karen answered Saturday July 30 2005, 4:58 pm: I have a Helen of Troy straightener that I'm using at this moment and it leaves your hair shiny. It defrizzes your hair also. You can find it at Sally's Beauty Supply for less than $100. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
