hey i want to join every sport this coming year but im not VERY good at all of them and our coaches are all about winning and i dont want to be the one that ruins everything any tips on how i could get better in every sport (volleyball,basketball,softball,etc.)
if you have a coach thats all about winning- then there's sumthing wrong with your school system. coaches dont benefit from ther team winning or losing. they simply get a small bonus in ther check just for being a coach.any normal coach would just be there to show kids that they can do nething in the world that they want to. or at least, all of my coaches did. which should perfectly answer your question- a coach is there to teach you what you dont know about a sport in order to make you better at it. try out for any sport you are serious about being in- and i guearantee you that even if youre not the best there- as long as you ahow that youre determined- any coach in their right mind would let you on the team. good luck in what you choose to do. i hope i helped. *~aim~* mikelly4039

how do you know if you're dehydrated?

my sister get s dehydrated all the time. usually you'll start to feel dizzy, or like you cant stand up, or you can move a muscle. if you dont get enough water in your system by then- then there's a huge possibility you could black out. not tryin to scare you- but its definetely best to drink as much water as you can stand in one day. wherever you are, and whenevr you get the chance.

run. i was on cross country for 3 years- and my legs were never as fit before that. running as much as you can without straining yourself will definetely shape your thighs- not to mention your calves as well. good luck.

sounds completely cliche`, but sit-ups can do magic. i know theyre for your abs- but if you do them with your upper body turned either to the left or to the right when you curl up, in a few weeks you will notice a HUGE diffrence. but you should love your body, no matter what. and i hope you do. but i really hope youre not trying to change the way you look for someone else.

i was trying to get a group together to see a movie at the local cinema. im a girl & most of my friends are guys but my parents still want there to be some girls there with me because they dont always trust the guys. well i called up the few girl friends i do have & none of them will go. i get excuses even before i tell them what we're seeing. but thats besides the point, how do i get my parents to see that i can never get any girls to go?? i wanna see movies but i end up not being able to go b/c im the only girl! please help me!!
this sounds all way too familiar. when i lived with my parents- things were exactly the same. they respected me having nuthing but guy friends- but only for a few days- then if i still wanted to hang out with them 3 more days in a row- they'd make a big deal out of it. my dad always stood up for me- but my step-mom would always make a bigger deal out of it than it really was. in other words- i know exactly what ur goig thru- and it sux. i could tell you what i did, but thats the wrong answer. really- in all seriousness- explain to them that you just want to have fun- and you have a lot of fun with your boys. explain to them that all the girls have boyfriends or whatnot, and they want to go out on ther own, or watever the reason may be that they cant come with. watever you do- DONT get upset if they dont let you go- if you get upset about it- your parents will assume that something's going on between you and these guys that you have to see them so bad. and you dont want to lose your guy friends because of your parents. just be calm, and talk to them about it. as long as you get your point across- they should understand. hope i helped. good luck, and HAVE FUN! *~aim~* mikelly4039
Alright i have been dating this guy since July 3rd its the 26th today. first off i havnt seen him in 2 weeks and 1 days !!well i got grounded and i wasnt able to leave the house but yet my parents agreeed to allow him to come over. and every time i invtied him over its like no i cant i gotta go home and so and so answer everything and when i got ungrounded and he got grounded his mom said he could still come over and use the phone he hasnt called me once When i call him and he promise to call me back he doesnt. i really do love him i mean when i actully do get to see him we have so much fun together he holds me in his arms if im sad comforts me if i get hurt that kinda stuff and i dont no what to I RATE HIGH

well my hair is about a little longer than my shoulders, and it is VERY thick and sorta wavy. now i have been wanting a perm for awhile now, but everyone says it will look bad b/c of my thick hair! but i really want to get it! what should i do!?????? pls help!
i would suggest a body perm. it leaves those loose looking waves- instead of the tight curls. and it will more than likely look a lot better on thick hair. i should know. i have the thickest hair in the world. hope i helped. *~aim~* mikelly4039

I have been in a fight with my best friend for about a week and I have no idea what to do to make us friends again. The fight was over a really stupid reason. She used to have me change her myspace because she didn't know how to do the colors or anything. Well, I haven't really looked at it in a while since she wasn't allowed to go on it anymore. She claims about a month ago she went on and fixed it the way she liked and that I changed it. So she's being seriously retarded about it and won't forgive me. So what should I do? Don't say forget about her she's an idiot (I know she is already) because I don't want to end our friendship over this.

i got my first holes done and i took them out 4 weeks after they were peirced. but they werent healed and they started bleeding. do i have to wait another 4 weeks now?

the only reason i would suggest losing weight would be if you became unhealthy because of your weight, or if you were truly unhappy with your appearance, other than that- weight is just a number- if you dont look how much you weigh- then who's going to know?
