hmm well it sounds like you are average but i know what you mean. (kinda) because i weigh around 160 but people ALWAYS think i weigh around 140... but i guess it depends on your height too. anyways if your family is financially ok then you should consider buying mini-stepper or treadmill

and work out on those for 30 min (with no stopping for break or any water)

while listeing to Music or watching Tube or whatever to make time go fast.

and i said do not stop because once you get past the first 5-7 minute, it will be a breeze. well it wont hurt as much. but if you feel like passing out then you can =)

and no water during or right after the exercise, you have to wait at least 30 min before drinking water.

i mean you can drink like a sip or something but not chugging half a cup like that =)

and try to eat 500 calories less everyday and try not to eat before 1 hour before sleep and try to not drink any soda and drink lot of water(except for right after exercise =)

hope i helped and trust me, this works because i've lost 10 pounds already in like couple months.

the only reason i would suggest losing weight would be if you became unhealthy because of your weight, or if you were truly unhappy with your appearance, other than that- weight is just a number- if you dont look how much you weigh- then who's going to know?

if you are over 5'5" then you DO NOT need to loose any weight! i have bigger thighs but thats because i have muscle. if you do soccer or track or any sport that requires a whole lot of leg muscle, you dont need to worry about it! if you are still worried, though, you should check seventeen, they usually have great excercizes for thighs, butt, tummy, everything.
hope i helped!

130 pounds is not by ANY means overweight, Hun. And since you say you "don't look it", why does it matter? As long as you FEEL good, you LOOK good, so who cares what some NUMBERS on a scale READS?? All that matters is YOUR opinion of YOURSELF!! And I'm shore you know muscle weighs more than fat, yes?? So if you are an active girl, this could be why you might weigh more than someone else of your age and height. However, if you insist on slimming up your thighs, do leg lifts. To do these, stand up straight, and slowly move your leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwards. Like, say you're going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS slowly, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! Make sense??? Also, jump roping, walking, jogging and jumping jacks should do wonders for you. But since it IS a FACT that muscle weighs more than fat, don't be upset or surprised if the NUMBERS on a SCALE rises, since all of this sudden activity will enhance your muscle tone. And I know saying this will NOT change how YOU feel about YOURSELF, and ultimately that's the ONLY thing that matters, but if you ask *ME*, I say your weight sounds divine. All the same, goodluck to you on your goals. Hopefully everything goes as planned. :D
