Q: I got my hair permed but its finally out. But now my hair is all frizzy and puffy what can I do about that? U use garnie frutics milk but it seems like it dont help

after a got a straight perm, in a month my hair became all curly and frizzy(ish). then I just used water and tried to straighten it and flatten out the curls. pantene pro-v smooth and sleek works well also; it's the green one

Q: I was just wondering if anyone had a suggestion on a very good straitener and if so where can u get it? My hair is dirty blond, very thick, notty, and wavy.

you should go to a hair salon and get your hair straightened there. it's the japanese style hair sraightening perm, or somethin like that. I've done that twice. It costs like 250 dollars, but it depends on the store, and it takes about 5 to 7 hours to get it done. it's so awsome because your hair will be straight for like 6 months to 1 year. some salons are better than others, some salons are cheaper than others. I did it once in china, and once in ny. in china is was like.. 250 chinese money, but in the us it's like 30 bucks, but it was soooo much better when I did it in china. it was straighter for a LOT longer. so, point is that you should go to a professional salon to straighten your hair(so you wont burn yourself as much)

Q: There are 16 people (all girls) who I'm getting valentines day gifts. What should I get them? Don't make it too expensive.

roses, or boxes of chocolate, which are the common valentines day present. a really nice thing is to get them all necklaces with their names engraved. that costs about.. 10 or 12 bucks for each necklace.

Q: When me and my friends go shopping, usually the only thing we buy is FOOD. lol. We plan on buying clothes but we rarely do, what stores have good clothes, and what are some good styles? Next time we go we actually need to buy clothes.

Q: i have hair down the middle of my stomach.. im alittle conscience about it.. should i wax or shave it?

I have hair down there too, everyone does. if it's like really dark and noticable, you should wax it. shaving will just make it darker, longer, and worse. if you shave, the hair will grow back in a few days. waxing will hurt a lot, but it'll keep the hair away for a couple of weeks.. like 4 weeks. the hair will grow back finer also. if the hair isnt very noticable or dark, then you should just leave it alone

my friend would always wear really short shorts and she didn't fit in the shorts! I was always kinda thinkin she was tryin to impress guys! One day i told her that and she got mad at me! She hasn't ever worn short-shorts again! Was i wrong?why did she wear that type of clothing? please help!

she's probably in denial and wants to think that she's attractive when she wears those clothes that show a lot of skin. I think now she's just embarassed. I dont blame you, if I had a fat friend that wore tight clothes, I would stay as far away as possible because they look ridiculous.
I think she'll forgive you soon. you just need to tell her that being a little overweight is fine, but when you're overweight and you wear tight clothes to impress people, that's just wrong. they look even more sad when they do that. she just needs to accept the way she is, and she shouldnt try to impress anyone but herself

Q: What would be a quick way to lose a few pounds? I can't do anything outside because of all of the snow, and I'm not allowed to run for at least a week because I have a concusion. So what else can I do like inside?

i always go there to find urls to some songs. just type in the song name, and or the artist, and enter, and then just right click on the link and select properties and you'll find the song url. you could also lookin for the song on the artist's website

Q: I know we really aren't supposed to ask homework questions but I really need help. I have Algebra finals next week and I do NOT understand how to do these types of problems: Factor- 2x - x + 4, x - 81, and 4x - 13x - 30 = 0. Whenever I ask my algebra teacher all he says is: "HOW CAN YOU NOT GET IT????" and then he just explains it the same way all over again and I still don't get it. I'm already at a C- in his class and I'm normally an A - B and nothing lower student so this is bad. I really need help. If I don't pass this exam I could fail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

4x - 13x - 30 = 0.
first you have to combine the like terms, in this case X, by adding it. so 4x +(- 13x), which is basically 4x - 13x, is -9x.
now the equation is
-9x-30=0
so since one side of the equation has a 0, you need to add something onto that side because you need to find the value of x.
What you do to one side, you have to do to the other. so if one of the sides had negative(-)9x, you need to add 9x to both sides. if it was a positive(+)9x, you need to subtract 9x from both sides.
so let's try it with -9x
-9x-30+9x=0+9x
is
-30=9x
now you need to find the value of x, so you have to divide 9 from both sides
-3 1/3=x

Q: How do you get rid of styes in your eye? I have one in each eye right now and they hurt so bad and it hurts to blink. You can't see them but they hurt like heck. How do you get rid of them and what are they? How do they form and what are some ways to prevent them?? Thanks.

I used to get those like once a year, but I havent had those for a while now. They usually heal in a couple of days, and I had to use medical eyedrops and put cream on the area. I heard you can get it by rubbing your nose and then your eye, cuz the bacteria forms in your nose, so rubbing your nose and then your eye causes the bacteria to infect your eye. you can try healing it by applying hot compresses for 10 to 15 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day over the course of a couple of days.

you could try getting liposuction, but that would too too expensive. there's a patch that helps you lose 30 pounds in thirty days. you could also try going anorexic, it'll help you lose 30 pounds in 10 to 15 weeks, but it's unhealthy. you could try going on a low carb diet, or a diet like weight watchers. I heard in the news that it's the diet that works the bestt

first off, dont cut. second, it's really strange for you to ask people where you should cut because you're letting people know that you cut. if you were a serious cutter, you woud just keep it to yourself. And even if you were a cutter, why would you tell people about it?
So i dont think you're a serious cutter, and if you do cut, you'll break out of the habit soon. you should stop before it becomes a serious problem, and try buying a punching bag and instead of hurting yourself, pretend that the punching bag is all of your problems and hit and punch it as hard as you can

Q: So I got offered this easy babysitting job from a rich family down the street, and they are going to pay me 50 dollars an hour, BUT at the same time my BFFs birthday party is going on. She said it was OK if i went to go babysit.i don't want her to think i don't care but I really need the money!!!!!!!!!!!

you should definately go to your bff's brithday party! Even tho she said it was fine, deep inside she's probably really hurt that you cared more about making money than her. Friends are forever, and money is great, but it cant buy everything. You can try asking if you could babysit for them next time, or maybe you can babysit for PART of the time. Dont bail out on your friend, her birthday only comes once a year, but a high paying babysitting job probably comes every once in a while or so.

another thing you could do is take the babysitting job and use some of the money to buy her an awesome present that she'll totally love. if you do that, it'll make up for you not being there for her celebration.

Q: 14/f...theres a girl in one of my classes and she'll sit there the whole class period and talk about me loud enuff for me to hear..so she obviously wants me to. my advice is that you should just try to ignore her and stop caring. when she's talking about you, pretend you dont hear her and that she's not there. when she tells you that you're weird or that you're a loner, just say ok, or alright. if you talk back to her, it'll make her insult you even more. just ignore her and stop caring, and she'll soon be too bored to bother you or talk about you.
just dont start cursing at her or shoving her, or give her a big attitude cuz I did that once and it got me into a lot of trouble..

This is so obvious... DUMP HIM. he is obviously clingy. he's trying to control yourself and he's trying to make you feel bad so that you'll spend more time with him. no wonder why you feel like you're in jail; he doesnt give you much freedom. He doesnt respect you, and he's basically pushing you around. when he's trying to make you feel bad, you just need to kno that he doesnt control your life, you do. Dont let yourself suffer like this. He's not right for you, and you'll be better off without him. Your need your space, you need your freedom, and you need to get your life back

it depends on the guy. some guys prefer virgins because they'll be the "one" that the girl gave up her virginity for. other guys like sluts because they're just really wild in bed. If I was a guy, I would prefer sluts..

there's nothing wrong with you, many girls are in your same situation. you shouldnt force yourself into having a boyfriend, just wait until the right one comes along. you're not REQUIRED to have a boyfriend, and it's better to wait for 1 special guy than go through hundreds of bfs. dont change yourself. your prince will come to you one day

Q: No matter what I do everyday when I come home from school I am always unhappy. Im happy in school I laugh and everything but for some reason when I come home everyday the same house seems depressing. I dont really like my family and since im young as my mom says I dont get to go out as much as Id like. What do you think is wrong with me and what should I do?

I can totally relate to you. I would be really hyper, funny and cheery in school and when I'm with my friends, but I would always cry and feel alone when I'm at home by myself. Well, now I'm like cherry and funny 24/7. I guess I was just in a phase.. now I'm not as sensitive anymore. maybe you're just experiencing a phase also. I know you're not depressed cuz then you would be unhappy in school also.

Things will get better, and you will not feel as bad, I'm sure of it

I think you should get back with him. He sounds really sweet, and it seems like he really cares about you and your feelings, and he probably regrets ever touching you like that. Maybe he didnt know that you were going to act all serious about it. everyone makes mistakes, and he probably didnt know that you would care so much about it. forgive him, but if he does it again, you really need to talk to him about how it's inappropriate.
