Hey! First off, i'm going to start by saying I came here on this site to give people advice. Some people actually don't know the real meaning of advice. They think its the answers they want to hear. But i'm not here for that. I'll give you advice, and it might be something you don't want to hear. But deal with it! You may take my advice or not, its completely up to you and you are not gaurnteed a correct solution.

Ok so now that's clear, I'll talk to you more about myself. Hence the username... I play volleyball. It is my passion and basically my life since I've played for about 7 years. Most of my friends say i'm 50/50 tomboy and girly girl. I LOVE sports!! I play volleyball all year round, and then I go to the park during free times to play some soccer, football, hockey, basketball or baseball with my friends. But then again, I could be inside trying on my new Sephora makeup i'd just gotten, or reading the latest Seventeen magazine or even arranging my clothes for school tomorrow.

You can ask me just about anything and i'll be happy to answer it. You can count on a full and detailed answer.

Oh and another thing... I love getting feedback! Even if its a negative comment. It tells me what I need to work on or even what I did correct.

BODY EXERCISES AND WORKOUTS! my way or the highway

advice

Ok well im going to be a sophomore this august and my dad says that if i get straight a's he will buy me a car. If i get a b he wont. But the problem is ive never gotten straight a's im always getting c's. I mean i guess i never really try that hard. but how can i get good grades like that?

The Past 3 advicenators are soo correct. Do everything that they mentioned and you will get straight A's.

I just needed to add 1 more thing

EXTRA CREDIT!!! do A LOT of extra credit... even if you think you don't need it. Ask your teachers for it. Because 1 day you might fail a test and that could bring your grade down A LOT. But the extra credit helps it up.

Trust me, i've had experience with that.

Collages also look at extra curricular activities. So if you want to be in a good collage, I suggest doing an afterschool activity. It doesn't have to be a sport, it could be something like woodshop or art. Just make sure you have fun!!!

i love volleyball so much and im going to 8th grade next year. we have sports.. but no volleyball in middle school, just high. it think we should be able to do vball so girls can get ready for JV and Varsity, and also cause some people dont really know what vball is about till high school, then they realise they arent good enough, since the volleyball they play in gym is not the same as real volleyball. anyways, i live in new jersey.. and er.. what are things i can do to like get my board of education to let us do volleyball before Fall (vball season)? i'll be really dedicated to it.. since i really wanna do it and have a vball team next year.

write them a letter saying how much you are dedicated to this sport. tell them exactly what you told me. If they don't let you have a volleyball team in Middle School, then play for another team to get ready for JV and Varsity.

OK I think I have mono. 2 weeks ago I got really sick. These were my symptoms:
-reallyyy bad sore throat, like the worst ever :[
-head ache
-chills
-nausea
-muscle and joint pains
-high fever that ranged from 101-104 degrees
-sometimes I'd get really hot and sometimes really cold
-swollen lymph node on my neck, just on the right side though
-swollen right tonsil
I went to the doctor, but at the time, I didn't know what was wrong, and he just gave me some antibiotics. He said he thought it was a throat infection. He did ask me if I had muscle pains, but I said I didn't because I didn't think it was important. I feel better now, but a lot of the time I'm tired. It's not every day, but it's most of the time. I even took a nap yesterday, and that's like, really unusual for me, because I NEVER take naps, because I don't need to, since I'm usually never tired during the day.

So do you think I have mono?? And I read somewhere that there are 3 stages to mono. What are they? And I'm going to the doctor July 2 for a follow-up visit, should I say something? And what should I say?

Yeahh... you do have mono.
I had mono and it sucked because I had to miss school for 1 month and I got LOTS of homework.

if you feel REALLY tired, then thats a really big sign that you have mono.

Okay, so my parents bought me Paint Shop Pro X for Christmas for $90, which to me is really expensive. In March we had to do a system restore to our computer due to a problem we had, and it erased the PSP X program. When I went in to reinstall it, the computer told me I needed to have a serial number, but I couldn't find it anywhere on the box, cd, anywhere.

Anyone know where it would be? And if the case is that I lost it, does anyone know how I could install it? Because I really don't want to spend another $90 for a new one just because I lost some numbers.

Help, help, please.

go to the store where you're parents bought it, and ask the manager if you could write down the serial number on a piece of paper so you can have it to install it. It will help a lot if you bring in the CD to the store.

so i want to have my birthday party on the beach. not liek a party, more like a birthday get together, with guys and girls. by the way im f/14 and im celebrating my 14th birthday. so anyways i need ideas for this get together, i want to have a good time and im normally wounldnt have a coed party and im nervous about it going badly. i want it to go over good. so if anyone has any ideas then that would be great. thanks in advance

oh fun!!! I LOVE the idea! Do something really fun, like bring a boom-box and play music while you are there. Play beach volleyball, football, soccer. Just have fun! ooh maybe you should have a water balloon fight, i did that for one of my birthday parties and it was hilarious. lol. you can even have a swimsuit contest to see who's swimsuit is the brightest, best, plainest, sexiest, hilarious...etc.

okay so i've been asking my dad for a macbook for a year, and when by bday came, june 21, he really led me on to thinking i would get it. but he didnt, because something went wrong with my pool heater and he was too busy fixing that, and he said he'd get the computer afterwards. its been basically a week, and he says he's looking..on ebay. i know i seem spoiled, but i really dont want a laptop off ebay! i ordered bracelets for $40 dollars and i never got them. i asked him for a black macbook, 1500. now he's saying he's getting me a 2700 macbook pro, and i know thats a lot of money, and now he's getting it from his friend for less. and i keep bugging him because i really felt like a piece of shit on my birthday because i didnt get anything from anyone. he said "i called my friend, but he says its not in yet." im ao aggrivated, because i just want the 1500 macbook! not the macbook pro! i keep telling him to just order the black macbook off apple and it comes in 1-3 days, but no! he wont listen! what do i tell him so he'll understand that i REALLY would like him to do that?

ask your mom!!! maybe get your mom to see what's going on and have her talk to your dad. Parents always understand each other more than a parent and child.

If it doesn't work, then find some time with your dad and sit him down. Tell him that you only want the 1500 macbook and not the other expensive one.

What you can also do is go on www.apple.com and go to the page where you can buy the macbook. Have it on the internet on your dads computer, and then just leave it there.

I have this friend, let's call her D. D copies everything I do. I mean it's a little stupid to complian over, but she took my title, #1 Pirates of the Caribbean Fan!, on myspace, and everything else. She copied my look, my title, my everything. I know, people just say don't worry about it or she just admires you, but I don't care! Sure, I liked to be liked (As a friend!), but I don't want to be worshipped! I mean, COME ON! Does everybody have to copy me and fight over me? When I was in school a couple weeks ago, my friends literally started fighting just to sit next to me at lunch! WHATS UP WITH THAT?! I like friends, but not my friends to kill my other friends for me! One time, my one friend D and ket's calll her T actually wanted to start a fist fight, just to sit next to me at lunch! And, I'm losing friends because I sit next to the people who don't beat each other up to sit next to me. I like all my friends all the same, but I don't want a massacre to happen! I NEED ADVICE BAD!!!!

talk to them and tell them how you're feeling. say something like you want to be friends with all of them, but fighting over you is just stupid. Spend time with 1 individual at a time, and then gradually increase to 2 of your friends.. then 3 and etc.

If none of your friends seem to want to share you, then i suggest talking to them about finding new friends or talk to someone else.

I have just started shaving my legs, and i was wondering, do you have to shave the whole leg, or what? Its kind of embarrasing so...yeah. Thanx!

since I play volleyball, with shorts that are spandex and super short... I shave my whole leg because it just looks and feels so weird if I don't have hair on my legs, but on my thighs i do. So yeah, it might take some more time... but definitally worth it.

I hate my hair's center part! How do I get rid of it? Some people have no part.. like guys..

I think girls must have a part... guys don't have parts because they have short hair and it stays pulled back without a part. So unless you have short hair like a guys, then i doubt you'll be able to get rid of your part. sorry

Ok, so last night my friends and I tp'd this guys house and what we did was just like two rolls of toilet paper but that part didn't work to well and the we poured chocolate syrup on the drive ways and egged his house. But with the eggs we cracked them open and kinda like rubbed them onto the house and splatted them on the driveway. One egg also accidentally went into the engine area of the car we think. Then his girlfriend came over to all of our houses and asked us if we did it (we said no) and then said that if no one came to them that they would go to the police.
What we want to know is that
A. does it sound like they are joking with the police?
B. Will the police actually come to our houses even though we are just a "Hunch"
C. What is the extent of our damage?
D. Do police really care that much about T.p'd houses.
E. What is a punishment.

hmm.. well situations like this are never a joking matter. It sounds like she is serious... so i'd just come clean and tell her the truth. If the police happens to come to your house, they are probably just going to ask you questions.

If she does tell the police, they WILL come because to them, it is never a joking matter. The punishment will probably be something easy like community service... but not jail. Maybe even a fine?

Paint is easier, in my opinion. Just look for the tool that has the square in dotted lines (or the squiggly one if you want freestyle) and outline the part that you don't want in the picture. then when it's outlined, hit delete and you're done. That simple... i know

okay this obvii isnt the right topic but i couldnt find one. im 14/f and we just started summer break, all my friends are leaving for nationals for softball and on vaca so i'm left a while home with no one for a few weeks. i am so bored now and i lay in my room then go outside for an hour or 2 to tan but then i cant sleep well at night cause i layed around all day does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to entertain myself this summer!

go swimming!! or go to the park and just mess around, like biking or kicking a soccer ball. Join some activities or clubs and meet new people. Go shopping. Go to an amusement park. Go to a museum. Go downtown or uptown. Help your community.

just open your eyes and look for things to do. It's not that hard. Maybe join some camps??

tipsy?? try standing on 1 foot and close your eyes, if you fall.. then you're tipsy. or another way to find out is stand on 2 feet and have someone lightly push/shove you. If you can't balance, then you're tipsy.
