well usually you'll feel loose, our more open and just want to jump around and have fun. everything will be a little bit different. your reaction time will be delayed but you will still be able to function and make clear decisions. when you move your head from side to side, it will feel like your vision is behind the way your head is turning. your mouth will start to go numb. you will know that your tipsy when you can deifinatly feel something different about yourself. you'll know the first time you experience it.

tipsy?? try standing on 1 foot and close your eyes, if you fall.. then you're tipsy. or another way to find out is stand on 2 feet and have someone lightly push/shove you. If you can't balance, then you're tipsy.

I know that I am tipsy!!
