Q: ok me and my friend are really close she is like my sister but a year ago she started to hand out with other people and she gets drunk every night and does drungs and parties a lot (i mean i party to but not like her) and i have notest she has started cutting heself and she has just been mean to me and if any of u read me last advice u kno i just found out that i am pregnet i try to tell her and talk to her but she just wont talk to me......plz help me i dont now what to do i am soo confussed i am scared of lossing my best friend-----thanks

CONGRATS! (on the baby!) Well... she sounds like a bad best friend to me, (but if you like her.. than she must be good.) I say call her and invite her to your house where its just you and her, and tell her your pregnant. Then tell her about how she has been treating you, and say how hurtful it is, and say how much she matters to you. Hopefully she'll understand, and if not, i think you should just not care.

Q: I am completely confused about what I am. In regards to religion. I know i am christian, but I know nothing about it. I have never read the bible..and I know that most of the stuff in it I don't truly believe. And does God look down upon me for choosing not to believe parts of the bible?

Well, I cant exactly help because I am athiest, but i was catholic untill last year. So i know some stuffs about "God". I suggest asking your parents what religion they are. They should know more. Because there are many different kinds of Christians. I'm sure God wont smite you for not reading the bible. But if you are worried, maybe read one (the kids ones are sooo much easier!) Well have fun with your God believing. : )

Q: I hang around guys all the time. I don't have any close close girlfriends. I do but they really aren't close because they are all two-faced. If I tell them something, they tell another "two-faced" ""friend"" and then they tell their Friends. Behind my back or to my face it don't matter.. they will call me a slut because whenever I am around them at a party or in school I am usually with a bunch of guys. I am close friends with these guys and I love to be around them because they are so fun and there isn't as much drama. They think that I do things with the guys and I don't. But the bad side of this is that all the guys just want me to "flash" them or do crap with them. I don't because A. I am a classy person. and B. I have a boyfriend. I don't know what to do. I have people thinking that I do things. Like the other night I wrestled a guy and took him down (it was fun too) but then he pinched me in the chest and it hurt! All the girls were like "oh you liked it. Gah your such a slut" and all that I was like WTH! Then I stayed outside the rest of the night because I was soo mad. And there I was outside with 3 guys and me the only girl. One of the guys was sitting in his pickup and told me to get in cuz it was warmer. I was like no "I don't want people thinking I am a bigger slut than I supposedly am" He was like "F them. Don't worry about them. They are just prude B's that are jealous." (one of them were this guy's Ex.) I don't know how to get through to them that I am not a slut,whore,tramp,or any other name they can think of. I have never done anything not even with my boyfriend if that tells you anything. Please help me find a way to tell them.. Jst so you know I am a shy person so I don't particually like "chewing" them out.

Hmmm.. I think you should tell your guy friends that you are not gonna flash them or any other crap like that. Make it plain and simple for them to understand. Then tell your girl friends that you have not done anything with the guys, be serious and calm about it. If they dont believe you, then screw them. Haha. It really doesnt matter what they think, if they are THAT two faced, like you said. I know thats sometimes hard to understand, but its the truth.

Q: Hey ya`ll! I am a 14 year old female who plans on having her b-day party in the sumemr instead of the winter. My real birthday is on January 14th but we are going to celebrate it on July 14th. This is because I share my birthday with Kristin Cavallari from Laguna Beach and so my friends had the amazing idea to do it over the summer. Does anyone have any ideas on what we could do? where? and others. i rate high for good advice! thanks!!

HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY! Okay, where do you live? Because if you live near a beach, you can just have it there and maybe go to a near by restaraunt for dinner. But if not, transform your porch/backyard into a beach! If you dont have a pool, then you can get a slip and slide. You can go to the party store and get a lot of beach/luau themed decorations. Make sure you tell people to bring a bathing suite.

Q: So this is what you typically get; but I'm really confused because different people have been telling me different things.

It's a simple question, really, and that is I can't tell whether this guy likes me or not.

I've never felt so comfortable around anyone before. Usually when I feel so at ease around someone they are either related to me, or FEELS related to me. The thing is we're really good friends and I don't want to mess things up; plus we sit next to each other in English and it will be really awkward.

I had a crush on him at the beginning of the year when we didn't really know each other then I stopped. After a while, he was really depressed for no reason at all, and I was really worried he might be clinically depressed or sth so I spent time talking to him and trying to push him to go to talk to a counsellor about it or sth. We spent a lot of time together and I started liking him again. We flirt so much in English but sometimes I can't tell if he's just being friendly because I know he really respects me. Like every once in a while he'd lie his head on my arms or sth and there was once he wrote I love ****(his name) on my binder and grinned because he knew I'd get into trouble when my mom sees it. There are a lot of other things we'd do but everytime I go into English I'm thinking, alright, stop flirting but before I know it his legs are in mine.

I know what you're thinking, what about try asking him? Well I did. I asked him whether he wanted to do anything during the Winter Holidays just as friends to see what he'd do, but he kind of avoided giving me an answer. He claims he doesn't like anyone. What do you think I should do?

Hmm it sounds like he likes you. Either that or hes a big flirt. Look at him when hes spending time with other girls. Does he do the same things to them? If not, he probably likes you. Maybe get your friend to talk to him, or talk to his best friend. About asking him to do something for the holiday break, maybe hes avoiding answering because he wants to stick to flirting in class. Or maybe he just doesnt want to go out because he doesnt want to ruin the friendship you two have.

Q: so im 15, and i've been wearing tampons for quite a while now, and well ive never done this, but ive always wondered if you can pee while the tampon is still in you? because when i try to, it feels like its being pressured out, so i just take it out while i pee and just put a new tampon in..

Yes you can pee when a tampon is in! I do it all the time. haha.

Q: Okay I LOVE to tap dance. But I have a sort of large body composition which does not look good in those short, tight clothes. What should I do? Do people like dancers with a little (Or a lot)of meat on their bones?

Well i guess they like them trim. But, dont think about what other people like, think about what you like. If you want to slim down, then go on a diet and exersize more. But if you are fine with your body, then thats great. But if your worried about the ability of tap dancing, maybe ask your teacher if there is a preference.

Q: Me and my boyfriend have been going out for a little over a week. I'm not really into him like I thought I would be so I'm going to break up with him. However, he's getting me a christmas present. What do I do? If he gives me the present before I get the chance to tell him its over what do I do? I feel guilty cause he's probably already bought my present. I'm also pretty scared to break up with him cause he really really likes me, and I feel bad for not feeling the same. Please Help.

Ooo that sounds hard. What I would do, is break up with him now before he gives you the present. Because if you dont, it will seem like you used him for the present. But break it off with him now, and do it REALLY nicely.

Q: ok here is the truth. I'm in basketball and I'm not played a lot. I like playing the sport and I'm good at it, but my coach thinks that the starters should play all the time. I know playing time doesn't matter and it's the whole team as one, but I WANT to play. I'll finish out this year, but what should I do about next year.(it'll be my senoir year so I feel like one more year won't kill me)BUT, I DONT want to be in a sport that makes me feel sad. HELP!

Okay, all i can suggest is practice A LOT from now to next year. So you'll be amazing, and the coach will have to put you in a lot. And if he doesnt, i suggest talking to him about it.

I wouldn't know, I'm a virgin. But.. if it freaks you out don't do it untill your ready.

The guy i like (along with previous guys) look at pictures of girls and comment on how good/hott they look and it makes me extremly jealous and i always end up creating drama... how can i get over this??? PLEASE HELP!!

Well.. if he is not your boyfriend, then there is no reason to create drama. if he likes other girls, he likes other girls. You cant change that. But you can change your actions, by not starting drama and just not caring if he says a girl is hott. Jealousy is tough, and often times you cant control that, but you can control your actions. You might wanna talk to him, or get a friend to talk to him, and ask him if he likes you. Then maybe go out with him if he does. Good luck!

Q: alright so me and this guy who we can call Eric have been together for about 2 weeks but we've known each other all our lives. We aren't going out (bf/gf) yet only because we go to dif schools and we can't hang out enough for him to get that right moment. Well, anyways, we talk on the phone a lot and that's pretty much our main communication because we're both so busy. Lately, when I've been calling him he always comes up with some excuse to not talk to me like "I have to drive up to Yarmouth, again." or "i have to go do my brother's laundry" and "I have to go hang out with my cousins". So like I'm fine with him doing other things because I totally don't want him to have to feel like I need to be #1 in his life. He knows this too. But now it's been like a week where we haven't really talked and everytime he comes up with an excuse, he says he'll call me back. Yeah, he never does. My question is, should I call him back or should I just wait until he calls me? Or do you think by not calling him anymore, it's putting our relationship at a risk?? please help I'm so confused. Okay. I say dont call him back a lot, because then he might get sick of you, and guys apparently sometimes like hard to get. So call him back maybe once. But not a lot. Have you thought that maybe those excuses are very truthful? I mean, they might just be an excuse, but who knows? They might be truths.

Q: Basically, in the last 6 or seven months I've lost abut 10.5 pounds/three quarters of a stone just through cutting down on certain foods and running. I've never stopped eating completely although there were certain times where I ate minimally and may have not eaten quite enough. I didn't really need to lose the weight in the first place I just had some puppy fat but now i am much skinner (48.7kg/7.6 stone/107 pounds)and generally happier. My only concern is that I may have stunted my growth through this. I am 15 years old and 5 ft 4 inches. Is this likely? x x x

Well.... that sounds pretty normal for a 15 year old. Everyone is different hights, so it may just be your hight and your rate of growth. But I have heard of people stop growing because of not eating properly, so that is a definite possiblilty.

Congrats to working hard and losing that weight and feeling comfortable about yourself! But please, please, please eat right!!

Q: I have a question, and I know it's gonna sound stupid, but you know how when you were little and got all excited about Christmas? You'd count down the days and get up early to open presents, and you just had that special feeling that you only get around Christmas? Well, I don't get that anymore, and I haven't for a while. Why is that? Is it just cause I'm older and more mature? I still love Christmas, but I don't get that special feeling anymore. It's like Christmas is gone or something, and I just feel so weird. Its not very dumb of a question. I think it is because your getting more mature. Or maybe its because you've had so many years of having this feeling, its just not as intense or noticable because your getting used to it? Haha i dont think its because of that, but its possible.

Well it doesnt sound like your obsessed, it sounds like you like her and you are a good friend to her. So, i suggest that when your friends say your obsessed just be like, "No I'm not" and leave it at that, dont keep saying that even if they keep telling you you are. That will just motivate them to keep making fun of your "obsession". Well if she has a boyfriend, theres nothing you can do untill she breaks up with him. Sorry kid. But hopefully for you, she will break up with her boyfriend so you can ask her out!

Q: Ok there was this guy I liked named Mike...well I thought I liked him but then I jst denied it because I didn't know what people would think..ya I know I shouldn't care but I did. Picture frams would be EXTREMELY cute. I would enjoy a picture frame if i was 20 or older. And maybe you could put a picture of the family inside it.

Since you are running low on money, you might want to suggest (for next year) pollyanna. (Where you pick names out of a hat to get someone you buy a present for, and only that person) Because thats what my family does. I am 13 and i have 4 brothers and sisters who are over than 20, and my 3 sisters have husbands, so its a pain to buy presents for ALL of them. So we do the pollyanna.

Q: Ok, well my boyfriend, well I guess, ex-boyfriend and I broke up today. He told me that lately he's been confused about how he feels towards me as in like which way he likes me and all. Hmm... My first question is do you really love him? Because most likely... you dont even know what love is, to say you love somebody. And you'll just look back on him years from now and think, 'I never loved him' But its an easy mistake. Second of all, if he doesn't like you any more, I'm sorry, but you can't do anything. You cant force him in to liking you again (wouldn't life be so much easier?) Sorry, kid. But you just gotta get over it, thats all you can do. Nothing is wrong with you, you probably didnt do anything, and theres nothing you can do.
