My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

k well i was hang`n out w/ one of my friends (katie) at this guys house (alex). i like him as a friend and he likes me as a friend. but they (katie & alex) like each other and more then friends. she was hangin all over him & stuff.. then she complained to me later on after he was nibbling on her ear and stuff. anyways just tell me if this is a tad what you might call 'acting slutty'. he was laying on the trampolin on his back u know his knees up or w/e. and she was on top of him with her ass in the air like with her legs open on him...and she kept making her thong stick out...we kept telling her but she would just act like she was pulling her pants up but she wouldn't really. is it just me or was she acting kind of whorish...she's not but well you know what i mean. oh by the way we're both 14 and the guy is 16

I think she was doing that to impress the guy more. She thought he would like her more and think she was hotter. I honestly think that any girl that does that is just really lame and its funny. She was acting slutish but she isn't. She just wanted to impress the guy but thats just not the way you do it.

Yesterday one of the guys that lives in my appartment complex knocked on my door and asked me out. I told him that I had plans and he didn't look too happy.

First of all, I've always been told to never date a guy that lives in the same building as you because if it didnt work out it would be very awkward. Also, he's about 15 years older than me and I don't find him very attractive, he's bald with glasses and is really nerdy.

I've also heard from other people in the building that he can be a real jerk. One of my friends asked him once if the mail came and he told him to fuck off.

I've always been nice to him because I wanted everyone in the building to like me.
But now I don't know how to act.
I have no interest in him AT ALL.
The worst part is he lives only 3 appartments down the hallway from me, so we will always be running into each other.
What should I do?

Don't lead him or tell him any exuses why you can't go out. Just tell him. You don't date older guys and that you just don't like him more then a friend and neighbor. He should understand. I mean you don't want to be with a jerk or anything so you should just tell him exactly how you feel. He will leave you alone then.

i know this guy and i think he is hott but he is one of the ones that you might not want a relationship with. But this has turned into a life or death situation. Today in 9th pd. he was all like "shit, ive been turned down way too many times and its pissing me off. Woah ... he wants to kill himself because he has been turned down too many times?? If that is the reason then he is just wanting attention and for people to feel sorry for him. If there are other problems you need to talk to him or tell someone, only if it's serious. Do you like him more then a friend? If you really do then go out with him but if you go out with him because you feel sorry for him don't because if he finds out he would be even more upset. I don't think he will have the guts to even try. If it's not serious he is wanting attention, but if something serious is going on, you need to tell someone.

My boyfriend recently broke up with me & now we're friends. We're not the kind of friends that don't talk, but we actually hang out & stuff. He's not telling ANYONE (even me) the reason why he broke it off with me. I want to start dating him again & get things back to normal but I'm not sure how. Any advice?

By the way, I know that part of the reason he broke up with me has to do with his parents but they said they liked me so I'm not sure why.

Getting back together is always kind of a mission and trying to figure out how and what to do better then the last time. Since he didn't tell you the other reason, I'm assuming he didn't have one. Since you guys are starting to hang out you should have a conversation with him about you guys. Since he still likes you, ask him if you guys would ever go back out. Ask him questions and find out. It's for the better. It will take time for everything to be back to normal, you can't just make it. But talk to him and find out and keep flirting with him. Give him signals that you are interested and that you still care.

I REALLY like this guy A LOT and i talk to him about everyday even though we go to different schools. ( he is one year older) and I was talking to him yesterday and he said ( on the internet) that he was going to ask this girl ------- at his school to be his gf and they made out a bout a day before.. But I almost like broke down when those words popped up!!! But he leads me on ALL the time and says " ur soo hott" and " i cant wait to i see u " and stuff but, I do not want to be competing against a grl for him because what if I am ending up hearting him if he likes ------ a lot?? I don't want to say anything stupid or wrong but I just think he likes you as a friend. He might think you are hot and everything but he also might not relize that he is leading you on. You shouldn't be getting upset over this but I know its hard not to. If he got to know you more and if you went to his school then I think he would change his mind. Then again, you really don't know if he likes you or not. He might, and he might be trying to make you jelous. Eather way, you shouldn't be sad. If the girl said yes then oh well. Every girl goes through these things, but trust me you will find a guy you like way more and you will see its not good being stuck on one guy. You'll be fine babe, don't worry.

No thats not true. It's not good cracking your fingers because once you get older your hands will swell. There are other ways to relive stress and cracking your fingers isn't one of them. It's a habit for me but it has never helped me.

I never match my eye shadow with my shirts or outfits because sometimes it just doesn't look right. If you want to use yellow eye shadow, don't. Rather use gold or anything shimmery. If you are good with mixing colors do a smokey eye. Use gray and dark blue and that would look really cute with your shirt. Don't use a bright blue eye shadow because that looks hitious. But if you like it then you should do it. I think you should use a dark blue or a smokey eye or something shimmery.

Calm down lol. Anyways, you don't wear prom dresses but its your decision you can wear whatever you want. The dance isn't during half time. The game is usually a night earlier and the dance is the next day. Homecomming is a dance though and just have fun when you go. You can wear a cock tail dresses because all girls wear short dresses, not really long ones. & thanks for the comment & you don't sound like a freak lol. =)

I think that it might be that stuff you are using. You really don't need to use all those acne things for your face, you just need to take care of your face. Wash it with clean soap and warm water every night. It will clear just dont use alchocol on it. And thanks!!

Yes, I still do the advice column I just didn`t have it because I was fixing my profile but it's there now. Anyways, hiatus is just another word that it's under construction and that they are working on it. Just like you say that some shirt is hitious.
