well one of my best friend john has recently told me i've changed and we just entered high school and i dont think i have changed. i think i have just found a new group of friends that i like and i hang out with and i dont doubt that they rubbed off on me, but i told him ill try to act the same around him but now it seems like he thinks hes my boss. he treats me rude and disrespectfully and acts like im nothing to him anymore, and ive done nothing but be nice to him..i've invited him places and try to talk to him but all he does is shut me down and im like one second away from yelling at him because i dont think i deserve him yelling at me. what should i do? i think if i approach him he'll just yell at me saying i've changed. -14 female

He could be jealous of the fact that you found a new group of friends to hangout with. And now he's just using the "You changed" quote to make you feel bad about everything. Maybe you should give him sometime to cool off. Then try to talk to him. If he still doesn't listen, write him a letter or e-mail. Your going to have to tell him how you feel sometime and he should hear you out. If he's your true friend, he'll understand, if not, his loss. Just give it sometime and I'm sure he'll realize you didn't change at all. Your just growing up!

Someone added me to their favorite's list nd now when i click on they're name, it doesnt show ne thin.. so i looked them up in the "search columnists" nd they weren't there.. wuts up with that?

You could be spelling something wrong, so maybe you can double check that. Or they could have a space in their name, example: Pretty_Lady, and your not picking that up. And lastly, they could have deleted their column, thats why there might not be results when you search it.

A lot of girls have irregular periods. What could be making it even more irregular is the sex, but she could also be late, meaning she could be pregnant. You did say your sure everything was fine and the condom didn't break, so she'll probably be fine. If your still worried just ask her to take a pregnancy test so you'll know for sure.

I started snowboarding this year and i have this instructor. He's very cute and we seem like we have alot in common. He's only in 11th grade which is one ahead of me. I think he's cute and super cool but i can never work up the nerve to talk to him or sit with him on the way up the ski lift. I always think about but hes really quiet too and he has flirted with me once but now he's juss really quiet. I wanna get to kno him but im to scared to say anything...what should i do?

Just go up to him and start a conversation. A simple "Hello, how are you" would be great. Then maybe you could tell him your having trouble with stopping or carving? Then you'd get some 1 on 1 help and maybe that way something can start up!

Does your sister know that you like him? If she does, I don't think she'll go with him. Sisters are worth much more then some guy. If she really cares and loves you, she won't go for this guy. I think you really need to find another crush. One that will like you for you and not anyone else. Don't worry, that special person will come, I promise. You just have to wait. And don't try to find him, let him find you!

Padded bras give you more of a "fuller" look. So if your smaller, you'd get a padded bra to make you look bigger. Cup bras just give you the normal look. They don't make you look any bigger then you are.

You seem like you really want to go to this cooking thing. Just tell your other friend that you'll go to her cheer game another time (if she has anymore). If she doesn't have anymore cheer games, just tell her you'll do something else with her another day. Explain to her that you really want to go to this cooking thing because it's something you love. hello. i apologize if the english that i speak isnt as good. i have moved to USA from brazil one month ago.since i speak portuguese(the language used in brazil), german, spanish, italian, french, and english, sometimes i do not remember to speak in english. at my school it is hard to join with friends. if a person has knowledge on joining with groups of people it would be helping.

Wow! Six different languages? That's amazing. I can only speak two. As for your question, you could join some clubs or if you good at sports, join a sport team. That way you can make some new friends with the same interests as you.

well i have naturally kinda sraight hair, but i straigten it if its now curly, but i really want curly hair, and i already got a perm one time and its just too much so i dont wanna get that again, and so what i do is i get out of the shower and twist my hair up and put it in a clip, then i take it out a few mins after and spray some hair spray on it so it stays and its fine, what are other ways to make your hair curly? and also i have a curling iron but i dont know how to do my hair with it haha, my friend can do it but i just cant seem to get the hang of it! please help *xoOx

Put some jell in it and scrunch it with your hands. Or you could always put some curlers in. Theres new long ones out that you just clip together. They work well and give cute curls. You just put them in while your hair is wet and leave them in over night. Or you can blow dry your hair while the curlers are in, it will give you the same effect.

You can always make him something home made. I'm sure he'll love it. Make him a card and inside explain how happy you are to have him as a friend. Maybe put in 50 reasons why he's a great friend! Then you could make him some cookies and put it in a little can. One each cookie you could put a word telling him what kind of person he is. Example; Cute, Funny, Caring, Sweet, Trustworthy, etc.

It's effective after a month. Using a condom and being on birth control it's not 100% safe, it's only 97%. Just be safe and don't buy the cheap condom brands. If you do have anymore questions, just go to your doctor. I'm sure he/she will be more then willing to tell you everything you'd like to know.

Alrighty, well I feel like a big goob doing this but I figure what's it going to hurt? Well, I like this guy. A LOT. I've liked him for a while now and we've been friends for pretty much since we first met. Anyway, we'll call him "FRED". He's in a band (which will clear some things up in a moment) and he's also 24… I'll be turning 18 in September… Major diff there? I know. But anyway, I wrote down a list of he likes me/he doesn't like me…. And I just wondering if any of you could possibly go through them and tell me what you think? Do you think he likes me? Signs He Might Like Me
1. Knew I was feeling bad one night so he sent me my favorite song and told me he was being my granny for the night.
2. Told me his band wasn't going to be able to sing my favorite song at their concert because it wasn't really the 'place' for it. But he surprised me and played it anyway. He knew I was upset because they couldn't play it.
3. My friend said that he looks at me. At one of his concerts my friend said he kept walking by me, looking at me out of the corner of his eyes. And would watch me when my back was turned.
4. Sometimes I catch him looking at me.
5. Made me one of his friends on myspace but didn't make someone who he had known longer than me a friend. He also replied back to me when I left him a comment but not to any of the others that commented him.

10. When he found out another girl was trying to throw bracelets on stage at their shows he left a message on the message board that said it was my thing and for the other girls not to start copying me.

Signs He Doesn't
1. Sometimes he acts completely aloof when I'm around, like he doesn't even know I'm there. He says it's because he's usually out of it in the mornings (at church) and at concerts he doesn't notice people too much because he's too 'excited'.
2. Once seemed to flirt openly with my friend while on stage. Not sure if he was flirting or just wanting to scare her because she was just standing there and he likes for people to be energetic during the shows.
3. The away message he had up after the concert could have been about someone else and not about me at all.
4. Chances are he just talks to me because he wants to be my friend
5. He probably only sent me the song so I would compliment him on his wonderful singing.

First off, did you notice anything? You have more signs of him liking you then him not. I think he likes you a lot actually. Maybe you could try talking to him or getting the down low from one of his friends. Then you could take it from there and maybe start something up. And no, this isn't pathetic at all. I find it cute and he sounds like a sweetie pie!
