My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Lol, babe I'm not an expert eather and I'm sure you're not a dumbass. Anyways, making an adivce column is pretty easy. First you need to read ALL of the FAQ because if you don't there is a higher chance you might get banned. Like typing in all CAPS or tyP!nG l!k3 tH!S .. you have to give some decent advice. I get all of my background from my xanga layouts. I'll explain how to do it all if you ask later. Have fun.

when ever I like a guy my friends HATE him or just really like him that much, why is that? and when ever Im around them and Im dateing a guy they dont like they give me awful looks and it bugs me... why???

Ah, been there. It gets pretty annoying but only your friends have reasons why they don't like them. Maybe you should talk to them about this next time and see what's up. Perhaps your friends might be a little jelous? Have you ever ditched them for your boyfriend. Maybe they are afraid that you won't be as close friends when you get a boyfriend. A lot of girls get caught up in the idea of keeping the perfect boyfriend. It's normal for friends to do that. They don't neccesaraly hate him, they just don't want to see you get hurt, or maybe that guy has been mean to them before. There are many things why it could be, but only they would know why. Don't worry though. Everything will be fine.

Your hormones are kicking in. It's normal and it's fine to feel like that. Just remember that you're too young, so please don't do it. But, nothing is wrong with you or anything. Plenty of girls feel like that.

Aww, that's a really cute idea. Are you a blonde or brunette? Oh well, who cares! There are brunette barbies too =). Well, for your outfit, you can buy a pink poofy dress which you can get at Famour Bar or Dillards. Wear heels. You don't have to put on a lot of make-up so you'd feel discusted. Use dark foundation to make you dark if you already aren't. Pink blush, and lip stick and eyeshadow of your choice mascara and you're done! For hair, you should curl it and put a tierra in your hair. Whatever you like. For him, if he has short hair, he should spike it. Otherwise, he should just leave it normal. Get him a nice outfit. Something Ken would wear and he'd be done. Have fun at the party !!!

Babe, there's nothing you can do. It just shows how much he cares about you, and he want's you all to himself. That's noraml. Guys get over protective because they get jelous way to easy. They just think that you might start to like some one else besides him. You need to talk to him, if you already haven't, and just tell him that you don't really like when he gets mad because you really care about him and those guys are nothing but your friends and that you would never want to hurt him and that you really love him. He needs to understand it because you just can't stop hugging or talking to your guy friends.

My ex-best friend Maggie is such a jerk!!

We had a fight and decided not to be friends anymore, because she totally used me to come over to my (big) house, swim in my (inground) pool, and just get away from her own house. i have proof that she did that too - cuz one time i got sick when she was over and she swam and hung out with my little bro & sis all day while i was up in bed throwing up!!!!

Now she is telling everyone rumours about me and being such a brat. she told everyone on our bus who i like. she told him too. she told everyone all the secrets i used to tell her..even the old ones. i want to get back at her..but i don't. i mean, i'm sort of the girl that NEVER does anything mean and people even call me a goody goody or whatever.

i am really fed up with maggie! what should i do to get her to stop making up things about me and telling all my secrets! i could tell all of her secrets to everyone..but to tell you the truth i actually don't know any (it was sort of a one sided relationship..i cared about her but she didnt give a crap about me)

Why do you want to get back at her? Would it make you feel better or something? I don't think so. Don't tell people her secrets because that will make you be just like her. She wasn' a good friend at all, but you should just forget about this whole thing. There is nothing you can do. Well, you could be an evil person and do that back to her, but you seem really nice so don't do that. All those rumors she said, you and your friends belive that they aren't true and that's all that matters. She is trying to make you mad and piss you off, and the more you care, the more she will do it. You have to proove to her that you don't care about her or her selfish attitude. If you let go and forget about it, she will stop. Trust me. She won't keep doing it.

Ok my bestest friend just broke up with her boyfriend. At first he liked her bestestestestestest friend and she didnt care. Now i told him i liked him and he likes me. I havent told anyone else that i liked him. Should I tell my bestestest friend that i like her ex? PLEASE HELP!

Of course you should tell her. There is nothing going on between her and her ex so it's fine. She is your best friend, so you can tell her anything. Even though she might not be 100% over him, she shouldn't care because I'm sure you mean so much more to her.

i want alot of honest opinions on these 2 questions.
1)what do you consider a girl that has had sex since the age of 13? Had another bf when she was 14 then had sex with another guy (cheated on her bf) she barely knows the 2nd time they hung out together?

1- I don't consider the girl anything. Maybe a little shallow and she probablly wasn't thinking straight about what she was doing. Having sex at 13 is very young and she shouldn't of done it. Having another boyfriend is fine, but she shouldn't of had sex with him or cheated. But, no harsh names.

2-I'd consider the guy desprate.

I really can't tell you the right answer to this. He eather likes you or doesn't like you more than a friend. He loves this girl, and it's going to be hard for him to get over her fast. He said he can't picture himself with anyone but her, so it gives me a clue that he only likes you as a best friend. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but if he liked you he would be giving you a lot more hints. Does he flirt with you a lot? Maybe when you and him get on a subject like that you can ask him. He is your best friend so you should be able to talk to him about anything, right? If he still likes you, it might take him some time to show it because he still likes that other girl a lot.

I am 5'1" & I weigh around 139 to 143 lbs. I am not happy with this at all..I am a lil pudgy around the middle and want to loose this! I have tried and tried with the crunches everynight but that hasn't seem to help so now I am at a loss of what to do next! =[ One of my friends can loose 10 lbs in a week by just drinking water...maybe I can try this! Drinking water for a week is not healthy at all! Do not do that. You can loose strenght and get really unhealthy. There are a lot of easier and better ways to loose weight. Doing crunches every night will not help. You have to change your eating diet and exercise a lot more. I know that you don't want to hear it, but if you really want to loose weight, that's how you do it. By eating healthy. Buying foods that say fat free, sugar free aren't that healthy. They have other fats so make sure you read the labels. If you plan out your eating and exercise schedule and if you stick to it, you will loose weight pretty fast. People say it's so hard, but it's not. The reason that it is hard for them is because they don't dedicate and try to stick to the plan. You can talk to your mom about going to a nutritionist and getting their opinion on what foods you need to stop eating and what's good for your body. Girls don't really like when other people ask them out for someone else. It makes us think that you aren't brave enough and that you don't like her that much. You should talk to her first and get to know her better and how she is and then ask her if she likes anyone. If you ask her out before talking to her then she might say no for some reason. Talk to her and then if you feel like you have a good connection ask her out! I'm sure she will say yes.

ok so this might sound gross but i have had my period for like 2 years now and i am 13 and so well always after my period the WHOLE month till it starts again i have to wear a thick panty liner cause it all comes out like the goop does. the white goop. it dosnt smell or anything though please help i rate high

That "goo" is discharge. It is very normal and every girl gets it. You really can't prevent it but it's fine if you wear a panty liner. I wish there was something to stop it but its a normal thing, and all the girls get it so you're fine.

im am 13 i havent gotten im period and im afraid it will happen at the most embarrassing time like in class or something. i went to the doctor and she said that she etimated it would happen when im 17 but im scared that it will start and i wont knwo and ill be really embarrased :-(

You will get signs when you are about to get it. And when you first start you won't leak really bad. You will just get a little blood on your undies. Before you get your period you will get signs of discharge. Which is white stuff that comes out and it's natrually healthy so you have nothing to worry about. You will know and you won't be embarrased. Just carry a small tampon or pad with you at all times.
