How much should I charge per kid for babysitting? Any suggestions, comments? This is a main concern for me right now. Thanks in advance.

I'd say about 6-8 dollars an hour, depending on how difficult they are and how many kids you're watching =)

i have to baby sit 2 kids. ages 6 and 9. my parents are best friends with their parents so my mom doesn't want me charging them a lot because our families are really close and they live next door. they are pretty good kids - if you put them in front of a tv they're perfectly quiet for 2 hours. how much should i charge an hour for the both of them?

Well, for me, I've never had to really charge anything. They just give me money, but if they ask, you should probably charge about $6 an hour. =)

Play with the kids and make them like you, and then they'll ask for you to babysit them. Also, make sure the house is clean, and you've done everything the parents have asked, like put the kids to bed at a certain time or something. =)

what's a good acne product that you can get at department stores? i've tired proactiv and i'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide, so i can't use it. I have to use sylaic (spellling?) acid. I want something that would give me proactiv results though. I have mild acne and combination skin. i have a lot of blackheads around and on my nose, and I don't really get pimples except when i get my period sometimes. 13/f

The other day i saw a commercial for this curling shampoo, im not quite sure what brand or anything it is, i was wondering if anyone knows what i am talking about and if they have ever used it? because i have pretty straight hair and i want my hair wavy, but not curly curly.

i'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, but i've used curling shampoo before, and it didn't work at all. if you want to curl your hair, use a curling iron or curling moose. i just bought some and it kinda works..my hair is sorta wavy rather than curly. it's called Studioline. i'm sure if you put it in right..which i probably didn't...it'll work well. hope i helped =)

I have the stuff called "Sun In" that lightens your hair by the sun and my friend told me that was really REALLY bad for your hair..Is that true. Does it damamge my hair? Should I stop using it?

i'm not sure if it's bad for your hair...it probably is...but i used it [i have light brown hair] and it turned my hair kinda orange. it doesn't really turn out the way you want it to. hope i helped =)

my friend told me that if you put lemon juice in your hair and go into the sun that it would make ur hair lighther is that ture?

it does work. all you do is mix it in with water in a spray bottle, spray it in your hair, and then either go outside in the sun or blow dry it until it's totally dry. it'll probably work if you have meduim brown hair. i have light brown and it worked for me. hope i helped =)

Alright, so whenever I wash my hair it is frizzyish and dull afterwards. I usually wash with hot or lukewarm water and I put like 5 drops(Whatever they are) of shampoo. Then I wash it for 20-40 minutes. I tried blowdrying it afterwards but it's still the same.

What am I doing wrong? -__-' I need to know now please! I have to do a play and I want to go with shiny nice hair and it's in a few hours so yeah.

if you wash your hair with cold water, it's better for your hair. i wash my hair in warm water, then at the end, i put it under cold water for a little. it helps make it not as frizzy and shinny. my hair isn't really frizzy, but i've heard that cold water helps. hope i helped ♥

hey i have like dirty blonde hair (and it usually gets blonder in the summer) i've heard that putting lemon juice in your hair and going out into the sun gets it blonder, and i tryied it but it didnt work! i re aplyed a few times too. but i just got a bottle of lemon juice from like kroger, is there a cirtan kind that works better, also i herd that putting like camimile tea or something in your hair makes it blonder.....does that work? any advice on what to do and use?

i've done it before and it does work. i used Realemon. i mixed it in with water, squirt it in your hair, then either lay in the sun for a while, or blow dry it until its completly dry. hope i helped ♥

every time i put on makeup, i put on loads of waterproof mascara. and you got it! it never comes off whenever i use makeup remover. and i have tried many kinds of removers and i have to use waterproof mascara because i curl my eyelashes and if i use normal mascara it will uncurl them. and im asain so i need to curl it. so what should i do to get all this mascara off? i have even tried lots of makeup remover but it doesnt work.. any tips or GOOD makeup removers taht will take off lots of waterproof mascara

Is there any way to make medium-long hair curly (temporarily) without braiding or using curlers? thanks in advance.

you could use Studioline. after you take a shower, you shape your hair into curls then blow dry it, and it should come out curly. i just bought it, so i haven't used it yet, but i heard it works. hope i helped ♥

well im 13/f. i used to hang out with this group of 5 girls. but then 4 out of the five started ignoring me slowly but surely. the other girl stayed with me and got ignored too. the girl and i decided that we would not talk to them as much. then we gave them antoher chance and became "friends" again with the other 4. that happened again 2 more times. so then it was happening again so we decided to make new friends and not talk to the 4 girls forever. it was going as planned. we made new friends and had fun. but then the 4 girls called and said sorry and asked for another chance last night. so seeing that we all knwon each other since we were 3 we missed the 4 girls, so we gave in. our parents knew about this whole thing. so today instead of sitting with our new friends we sat with the 4 girls for lunch. the friend that stuck with mes mom found out. now the girl is forbidden to sit with them and hang out with them. because he mom doesnt want her daughter to hang out with people who ignore her. also one of the 4 girls from the group is labelled as a slut. so the girl who stuck with mes mom doesnt want her daughter to be that. now the new friends we made are mad at us, because we basically didnt talk to thjem at all today. so my mom doesnt really care and is letting me make me own decisions. so now i want to talk to the 4 girls, my friend who stuck with me, and the new friends. i cant talk to all of them. also about sitting with them at lunch. i cant just ditch my friend who stuck with me. but i really want to sit with the 4 girls. my friend either sits by herself or with the new friends(if they forgive her). what should i do? i need help ASAP!

i'd stick with the girl who stayed with you when the other girls ignored you. since she didn't ditch you, you shouldn't ditch her. and it's not the end of the world if you're not the most popular person in the school, you'll live. ♥

my friend kayla .. thought it would be a GREAT joke to IM my boyfriend and act like some girl looking to hook up .. and the thing is that kayla has a tendency to make things up .. or to invision things differently when she doenst like the person .. and she really really didnt like how my boyfriend treated me.

well she called me after she 'IMed him' as mandy moody, and he apparently asked her for pictures, her age, grade, and said that he had a girlfriend but wasnt thinking it would last much longer, becuase 'i didnt put out'.

so when i heard this, i got very hurt and very upset. and i tend to make snap decisions and judgements in the heat of hte moment .. so i broke up with him .. now i realize talkin to him would have been a better idea.

the more and more i think about it, the more and more it seems as if kayla maybe did say that just to get me to dump cody .. her own sort of motivation in a way .. because for someone who had such a problem with me not puttin out, he never made any moves .. all the things we did do I INITIATED! .. so i guess my question is .. what should i do .. try and talk to him .. see if i can get him to take me back .. how would be the best way to go about doing that?

i mean i wasn't completely happy with how he treated me, but i cant do this anymore. i cry constantly. the only time i dont cry is when i sleep, and then i dream about him. so i wake up and cry more .. i liked this kid for over a year. 7 months of that was trying to get over him. now ive dated him and fell harder, and now i have to give him up. what kills me is i didnt lose him, i let him go ...

Well this is my first time babysitting by myself w/ younger kids. I have done a little 6 year old with my friend, but now i have a 2 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. Im sorta nervous b/c i just saw when a stranger calls! lol. So my question is: is there anything i need to know before i go? How much to charge, emergencies, cautions, questions to ask the parents? ill rate! thanks so much!

There's not too much to know. Just know their cell numbers, if their allergic to anything, their bed times, etc. The parents should tell you this kinda stuff before they leave. There's nothing to worry about. =)
